Villa vacation rentals in Modica

Our holiday with three families was fantastic. We especially enjoyed the outdoor space of villa Sofia: beautiful swimmingpool (though cold water end of October), a huge outdoor kitchen with possibility to cook on a gas stove or a lava stone, romantic setting of the outdoor table around the old olive tree. The extra entertainment tent is great for spending evenings together, having table tennis contests, as wel as playing pool or darts or table football. We also used the karaoke, it was a lot of fun. The (teenage) children could stay in the chalets with basic furnishings and the adults had three bedrooms in the ground floor apartment (sharing one bathroom). The parents of Benedetta stay on the property, but are very discrete. There are 2 small friendly dogs and some cats on the property. Benedetta received us on arrival and was extremely friendly. This is agriturismo at its best!

We had a great week in early April at Loredana's house. The garden with a pool is really beautiful ! Since it was still the low season, it was nice and lonely and quiet. Just right for us! If you are looking for hustle and bustle around the time, you may want to go somewhere else. A car on site for shopping etc. makes very sense. Then you can discover many great things even with little driving time ( depending on the excursion destination, an insensitive car is recommended, as the roads are partly adventurous.. Fully recommended ) Loredana was available to us at all times and very friendly and helpful. Communication via translator was very straightforward! We fully recommend the property for families with younger children . The beds for the children are rather small and our teenager with 1.80 m we relocated to the sofa. But it did, too. We will be happy to come back!

Ignazio is a fantastic host! We had a few issues with the breaker because of unseasonably cold weather and he was there to help right away. He gave great suggestions for local visits and was warm, hospitable, and a genuine delight throughout our stay. The property is beautiful and well kept. Keep in mind you'll need a car to get around. There is a lovely welcome gift but otherwise the house minimally stocked so you'll need to do a grocery haul for water,etc. Decent grocery store is 8 minutes up the road. The marina and beach are a short 10-15 minute trip and you're 20 minutes from other historic towns such as Ibla Ragusa, Scicli, and Modica. Siracusa and Noto are a little further but still an easy day trip. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again at Cutalia soon.

Our family of 5 adults thoroughly enjoyed Emanuel’s house. Luana met us and helped us house information. The house was spacious and we had plenty of room. The area surrounding the house is amazingly beautiful. We didn’t use the work out room or sauna, but appreciate it being available. The kitchen is well equipped.

What an incredible place! Communication was excellent and upon arrival we were greeted by Carmelo who explained everything we needed to know about the property. The house itself is stunning, we enjoyed the swimming pool, ping pong, table football and all of the games! The house is very well equipped with most things you would possibly need which made everything so much easier Location was great and everything accessible by car, complete with STUNNING views from each balcony! The house is in a beautiful area. Very clean. Host extremely friendly, Selina responds very quickly to messages. Would come back at any time.

The house is in the middle of a beautiful orchard. It is quiet, and the terrace is large and comfortable. With an outdoor shower. Within walking distance of the sea, along the boulevard. With more secluded beaches down the coast, so beautiful! Santo gave us tips for nice and good restaurants around. We had a top week!

It’s a beautiful, modern villa with an infinity pool and gorgeous terrace, 10 minutes by car from Siracusa. You most definitely need your own transport but if you do, it’s easy to find restaurants etc that are a short car drive away. Would recommend Cava Grande, which is about 45 minutes away (Carrubella hike) and the beautiful nature reserve on the Southern coast. Definitely worth the trip to Mount Etna as well (a couple of hours in the car)

Amazing Stay at a Beautiful Villa! We recently stayed at this lovely villa as a group of 15, and it was absolutely wonderful! The villa was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, making it the perfect place for a relaxing holiday.The ambiance truly enhanced our stay especially as we could see the Mediterranean Sea 🌊 Getting to the villa without a car was a bit of an adventure but entirely manageable with a little planning. For those flying into Catania Airport, you’ll need to take a bus from just outside the airport to the train station (€4), then catch an AST bus (opposite the train station) to Scicli (€9). This part of the journey takes about 2.5 hours. Once in Scicli, it’s only a 10-minute taxi ride to the villa. To buy your AST bus ticket, simply walk across from where the buses are parked, and you’ll find the AST office. While the journey is a bit longer if you don’t have a car, it’s absolutely worth it once you arrive. The villa and the surrounding area are stunnin

Noto to be missed. The house was recently built & has been constructed & furnished to a 5 star hotel standard. The setting is also perfect, very peaceful with a beautiful view over olive groves & out to the ocean yet only 10mins drive to Noto As you might expect with a brand new property there were some teething problems but these were quickly rectified by the team. Roberto the owner was a pleasure to deal with and owning several properties in the area has assembled a great team to look after them. Lucky the property manager and Sonia who both cleaned and did some cooking for us were both lovely and very helpful as was Daniel who drove us out to restaurants. Highly recommend having Sonia cook for you. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend a stay here but would note if planning to work from here the WiFi is through a wireless router and as such speeds vary significantly during the day. Also the pool is unheated so by mid-Sept was too cold for our baby but refreshing for the grown ups.

we had a great welcome. the place is heavenly, never hot, the pool is beautiful, the outdoor spaces spacious and well maintained. We were a group of 19 people and there really was a way for everyone to relax in peace and tranquility, starting with the kids who wanted to swim up to the adults who wanted to rest. Everyone had the opportunity to do what they preferred without disturbing others. The kitchen is large and equipped with everything you need. The host was really thoughtful. He pampered us throughout the week. He was able to give precise directions on the surrounding places and more. We really enjoyed ourselves

We came here for my dads 60th and wow! The view from the villa was breathtaking, the pool was great and the villa was so lovely. There was 9 of us and and we always felt like we had our own space. The closest beach is a 10 minute walk and the town is also a 5 min walk from the villa and you get a very authentic Italian experience as there’s not many tourists at all. Plenty of food nearby with a couple of supermarkets all at walking distance. Salvatore and Isabela were super nice and helpful throughout the whole stay. I will definitely be back!! Thank you for a lovely stay.

Beautiful, peaceful villa situated amongst the lemon groves, within five minutes drive of Noto. We had a wonderful stay here and will definitely visit again in the future. Ivan and Dino were great hosts. Super helpful and friendly. Highly recommended on all fronts. Thank you x

Our stay was absolutely incredible! If you’re considering having a wedding here—10/10, highly recommend. Everything was stunning, even more beautiful than the pictures. Ignazio was a fantastic host, providing great recommendations. We tried a restaurant he suggested, and it was amazing. He also recommended a caterer who went above and beyond—everyone said it was the best wedding they’ve ever been to. The venue itself was perfect. Lovely place, wonderful experience—stay here!

LM7 is the perfect getaway for discovering and enjoying the Western part of Sicily (Etna, Syracuse, Noto, Taormina, …). Beautiful modern villa, well maintained and equipped, magnificent pool in spacious garden, nice terraces all around so you can pick a spot in the sun whenever you want. Francesco is a wonderful host with thoughtful attentions, proactive without being intrusive, and ready to help with excellent local recommendations. Thank you for making our week a delightful experience!

Very nice and huge villa in a countryside with complete privacy, a large garden (3 cats at disposal) and perfectly looking swimming pool. Well-equipped kitchen, two big bedrooms and a modern bathroom. Every room has air conditioner that can be used also for heating during cold days. Communication with Antonino was perfect, he helped us several times and was always in touch. Approximately 20 minutes from Syracusa and 45 minutes from Catania airport by car, flexible check-in and checkout possible

wow wow wow. it was just beautiful. like in the photos or even better. you have space, the pool is large ..... it is as described. pietro as well as riccardo are helpful and nice. riccardo is always available when something is needed. we were once unsure because there was a fire nearby and he came to check immediately. we will be happy to come back and can recommend it to everyone.

Gianni and Renata were really adorable, super friendly and cute! Their son speaks English and helps. The garden is amazing, much space and nice corners, washing machine, pool, table tennis, all you need. All very clean and tidy, pretty plants. They welcomed us with cookies, wine, water, milk. So nice! The place was very quiet, but Comiso nearby is a pretty city with restaurants, churches…pretty beaches 25 Minutes away (we enjoyed Riserva di Randello), 30 minutes to Ragusa, 40 to Modica. Syracuse longer, but must-see! We enjoyed it a lot!

Our whole experience with Villa Clara has been perfect! This stunning villa really gave us everything and more than we expected. Prior to reaching the villa, we had some delays whilst travelling. Everything was more than accommodated for, nothing was trouble and they wanted to make sure we arrived safely. On arriving, our host met with us so we could be guided to the villa. We were met by three family members who were very friendly. They gave us a tour and showed us around the land and told us of everything that grows there. The landscaping is immaculate and the olive trees are just wonderful. It was a truly welcoming and homely experience! We were given Clara’s number should we need anything whilst we stayed. We messaged a couple of times and got very fast response s which we were grateful for. Olive oil from the olive trees that had been harvested was gifted to us. It really was a nice touch and olive oil was the best I’ve ever tasted. Thank you for making us feel at home x

Giorgio’s villa is very comfortable and has everything you need for a pleasant holiday. It’s easy to find and feels private, and it’s located just about a ten-minute walk to the centre of the town, where you can find great restaurants, cafés and activities by the beach. The place was perfect for a family of 4, it could even have comfortably fitted another person or a couple, as it has three double bedrooms and three bathrooms. Would highly recommend as it’s also great value.

We had a really nice time in Pozzallo. The Airbnb was nice and clean, and the host was very friendly. The host was very friendly and always responsive and had some nice suggestions for restaurants and activities. Overall a really nice experience!!

Matteo was a helpful and amazing host. The house had everything you can wish for. The location is excellent with proximity to several beaches and many cozy cities. Best in Sicily! Highly recommended for family, we were three children and two adults.
