Luxury rentals in Modica

Great relaxing location for my family, 8 of us- we swam in the sea every day just off the back garden, walked to beaches, and swam and chilled at the pool. Giorgio and Ignazio were great and always ready to help. Wonderful holiday!

Beautiful, modern house with everything you need in a week. Privacy is somewhat limited by the pool. We felt very welcome, problems were resolved immediately. Pleasant communication, great helpfulness. Highly recommended.

The property is beautiful. Our family of 7 enjoyed our stay very much. We were traveling with a newborn so we ate at the home every night. The outdoor patio is magical. The pool is large and welcoming after very hot days visiting the small towns surrounding the home. We took a wonderful wine tour and saw much of the surrounding countryside and got to see the local wineries. The kitchen could use some reorganization and broken things replaced like serving bowls and utensils. We wished the pool was a bit warmer so those that wanted to swim in the morning could get in the pool as the nights cooled off nicely and in the morning the pool was very cold. Small things as the home really was a wonderful spot to bring the family. The air b and b team did a great job communicating and taking care of any issues we did have.

Martina was amazing. She listened to feedback and addressed it straight away. She assisted us communicating with locals and helped us overcome some problems and she gave us great local tips. You couldn’t find a more generous and caring host!

A very nice house, very bright and friendly. The employee is always available and open to recommendations. A car is necessary. All shopping is nearby. We had beautiful days

Beautiful, peaceful villa with excellent amenities This villa is thoughtfully designed, with a beautiful interior that feels both upscale and comfortable. The setting is quiet and peaceful, offering lovely views that make it easy to relax and unwind. The kitchen was well equipped, with everything we needed on hand. Overall, a very well-appointed property in a serene location. A great choice for those looking for a calm, high-quality stay.

Our 7 night stay was “Bellissmo”! The villa had everything you might need to ensure an enjoyable experience. The views are spectacular! The kitchen is a chef’s kitchen and very well stocked. Loved the induction stove top. Beautifully furnished throughout. Housekeeping was spotless. Michelle, who greeted us upon our arrival was extremely helpful. Whenever I had a question he was quick to respond. Nunzio, the owner, brought us a box of lovely vegetables from his farm, which enabled us to make Pasta Alla Norma, delicious! Down the road is a nice restaurant, Sicilian Mia Restorante. They make very nice pasta dishes. A 5 Star experience! Highly recommend it!
