Luxury rentals in Modica

The property is beautiful. Our family of 7 enjoyed our stay very much. We were traveling with a newborn so we ate at the home every night. The outdoor patio is magical. The pool is large and welcoming after very hot days visiting the small towns surrounding the home. We took a wonderful wine tour and saw much of the surrounding countryside and got to see the local wineries. The kitchen could use some reorganization and broken things replaced like serving bowls and utensils. We wished the pool was a bit warmer so those that wanted to swim in the morning could get in the pool as the nights cooled off nicely and in the morning the pool was very cold. Small things as the home really was a wonderful spot to bring the family. The air b and b team did a great job communicating and taking care of any issues we did have.

Artemare - really delivers what it promises! Six of us had a wonderful and very relaxing week in this unique and modern house. It offers plenty of space both inside and outside to sit comfortably together in all weathers. With unforgettable sunsets over the sea bay to the opposite city of Syracuse, which can be reached in about 20 minutes by car. Syracuse and other nearby places like Noto offer also a lot for history buffs. If splashing in the hip-deep pool is no longer enough to cool off at home, a staircase right in the garden also allows you to enter the sea. The nearby area also offers a lot. Be it more beautiful places to swimming, such as the small bay at the cliffs of the "Grotta Marittima Pillirina" or the easily accessible but somewhat crowded sandy beaches or nature reserves. We a group of 4 had a fantastic time! the property is very good in sense of size, deco, comfortable, clean look, easy to clean, it has all the necessary appliances, lots of towels :-) We had the master room which is an on suite and the view is breathtaking. The ocean is just there in front of the bedroom and the sitting room and open plan kitchen. The outdoor is a perfect set up with the right furniture to spend the evenings there. Jacuzzi is an amazing feature which we enjoyed a lot! Very good communication with Michele! Only 30 minutes away from Syracuse and very close to other towns around! Highly recommendable

We had the best time! Beautiful house, beautiful pool, everything was amazing. Great communication with Giorgio and Sasha, and the dinner at the house by Theresa was outstanding. Highly recommend! Thanks a lot
