Villa vacation rentals in Sicily

Villa was clean and tidy, and matched the description on the AirBNB website. It had all the facilities we needed for our stay. It had a modern contemporary feel, yet was comfortable and homely. There is a great view of the coast line from the first floor balcony. Our host, Tommaso was friendly and responsive. He was kind enough to bring us pastries on our first morning, biscuits when we checked out, and a lovely ice cream cake when he needed to visit during our stay. The Villa is located in a rural setting and a car is a must. It is situated about 20ish miles/30 minutes east of Palermo Airport. There is a fantastic beach about 5 minutes walk. The nearest town is about 6 miles away and has a good variety of restaurants and shops.

We had an amazing stay at this villa! Check-in was super easy, and Concetta went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Since we arrived at Christmas time and most stores were closed, she made sure we had food and everything we needed for the first day—such a thoughtful touch. The villa itself is fantastic, with a fully equipped kitchen (including a coffee machine) that made it easy to cook meals. The location is perfect for exploring nearby cities like Modica, Noto, and Syracuse, and Pozzallo even has a ferry to Malta. Concetta also gave us excellent restaurant recommendations, and Pozzallo’s dining options did not disappoint. The beach is close by and absolutely lovely—even though it was off-season, our Canadian kids still swam and enjoyed it! We absolutely loved this villa and would recommend it to friends—and to you, if you’re reading this review!

Just returned from a wonderful 11 days at the villa. The accommodation and grounds were more than enough room for all 9 of us (5 adults 4 children). The villa is super clean, nicely presented and situated in a beautiful rural location, which is very accessible from one of the main roads. We loved the large pool and there was plenty of room poolside for the kids to play football and have fun. It was also very safe for our adventurous two year old. Kathryn and her husband were first class hosts, providing us with useful information, sweet treats, and allowing us to pick fresh fruit from the farm. They were attentive to our every need. We also enjoyed using the barbecue, watching the sunset and having walks around the farm. Piazza Armerina is a nice, quiet little town. There are some good restaurants and people are very friendly. We also visited Taomirna, Enna and Caltagirone. It was a perfect getaway and we would definitely book again.

All we arrived, we were totally delighted with the house. It actually looks like the photos. It stands in the middle of a mountainside and noisy olive and tangerine plantations around it. From the house you can see directly to the sea and there are no neighbors. You really are here. In the large outdoor area are outdoor kitchen, pool, hot tub etc... There are many corners to move and relax. Just great. Santo Ulderigo, the homeowner, greeted us with a smile and a select little shopping so we didn't have to go shopping right away... SANTO is a great host, always available, gives good tips and was super helpful. When our daughter got sick, he even drove to the pediatrician, waited there and let us know that we can come... One of the best Airbnb stays I've ever had. The space is even nicer in reality than it appears in the photos. The entire huge terrain with the many oranges, clementines and lemon trees feels like paradise. The apartment is very large and beautifully tastefully furnished. We stayed here for New Year's Eve and my birthday and didn't want to leave. Simona and her family are great hosts who were quick to respond, proactively gave tips and made us feel right at home. It's also paradise on earth for my dog. We will definitely return.

We enjoyed the house, everything was clean, the service and communication was always in time. A big thank you to Maria Angela, who took care of us personally. She always answered promptly and gave us so much recommendations for food and thinks to see. We did not know that the house is part of a gated community. And we were surprised that the house was offered by an agency. But in the end all good.

Stunning villa, spacius inside and outside, huge porch with comfortable sofa and tv, private pool with deckchairs for sunbathing. Walking distance to the beach, a short drive to the shop. Perfect fit for 6 people, with lots of kitchen amenities and various glasses to enjoy wine or other sicilian spirits and delicacies.

A fantastic host, friendly and helpful, who offered lots of local recommendations. Beautiful location with lovely views.

Amazing place - probably one of the best air bnbs I've stayed at. Very well equipped, spacious, modern, clean apartment with very comfortable beds. Sadly it rained a lot whilst we were there so we didn't get to use the pool but the garage gym was great. Alberto was super helpful and kind, providing recommendations and advice - very easily to contact throughout our stay. Would highly recommend.

Property has absolutely delightful outside space and the master bedroom is fantastic. The kitchen is very well equipped. The check in instructions could be clearer on the listing, and the address took us to the next road, but Roberta was a delight to deal with and quickly put us right - they could enhance the check in instructions because until they messaged, we weren’t clear quite what we were doing. The second and third bedrooms are fine and comfortable, but not all that big, with a toilet upstairs but the shower for those two downstairs. The pool, outdoor furniture etc are amazing, as are the views. They had a very helpful tour/taxi organiser who they put us in touch with, who sorted out wine tastings, taxis and boat trips for us, all of very good quality and not overly expensive for what you got. Thank you.

This place was exactly like the pictures. It’s gorgeous and the pool and surrounding areas are beautiful. The rooms are clean are modern and it feels like a five star resort. Marko was very responsive and helpful in terms of planning - I will call out that they don’t allow outside chefs or visitors which wasn’t in the listing and caused some stress for us. Additionally, although Castellammare del Golfo is a very cute town with lots of restaurants - it is difficult to walk there and back from the villa due to the large hill and it was much harder and more expensive than expected to get back and forth from the city centre and to the beach. Overall we had an amazing experience at the villa and would highly recommend. Thank you so much!!

Excellent place. The house has a beautiful pool, huge living room. Terrace on the top that is perfect for watching starts. The house has large bedroom. I rented the place for my girlfriend and myslef - it was fabulous to enjoy the large space, and privacy. The place is surrounded by trees and no neighbours nearby so we could enjoy privacy. The owner was super proactive, responsive and helpful. We plan to go back again in the future. 10/10

We had a fantastic stay with our 3 families. The kids were in heaven with the outside area and pool. We stayed at the end of October and enjoyed amazing weather and bbq every night. Very comfortable stay and Oriana was the perfect host. Very responsive and welcoming. Thank you Oriana!

The house is simply fabulous. The architectural design is beautiful. A modern design where everything has been thought of - super bathrooms, bedrooms with excellent beds and storage. A truly great kitchen. The air conditioning is zoned - works quietly and well with simple controls. The pool and outside area is great - sun in the morning and shade in the afternoon. The house is clearly a home designed & completed to the highest standards - not something made with rental in mind. It's a premium priced property that definitely is worth its price. Location is great too. One block from the beach and very close to multiple bars, restaurants and lidos. The public beach is huge - not taken up with private lidos. Letojanni is a very Italian seaside spot. EUR1 gets you on to a bus to Taormina in about 7 minutes. The buses are regular and run until gone midnight. Why drive?

We had amazing time in this exceptional countryside house with truly beautiful Mediterranean garden. The choice of plants and of all the furniture and equipement of this house was really more that great! The house has amazing view to the countryside and sea. It is near all beatiful beaches in Scopello and we had great walk in Zingaro natural park. Everything here was an amazing experience.

Villa Lenzo is located in a beautiful setting. Lots of privacy at the location. The village of Ferla can be reached in 5 minutes by car. There are a few restaurants and also a Coop supermarket. It's a must to have dinner at Quattro Canti. Traditional dishes and the pizza Etna is highly recommended! Furthermore, there is a bakery and butcher. In the direct surroundings you can find Pantalica. A beautiful area to take a walk between the rocks and along the river. But you don't necessarily have to go out. Enjoy the sun at the villa with the occasional splash in the beautiful swimming pool. There is also a large gas BBQ available to have a bite to eat at the villa. For the sports enthusiasts, there is a table tennis table. We thought it was a top location and the host Paola provided us with all kinds of information to make our stay even more pleasant. A very nice modern house with nice pool, the children were enthusiastic. We had a very nice time there. It is not the typical tourist district but if you like it a little quieter, you will get your money's worth there. So great.

The check-in was flexible and easily arranged. The villa was beautiful and very comfortable for two couples, located outside of the city which makes it easy to unplug and relax. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Mindblowingly Gorgeous! quick drive to Marina di Ragusa....central to other day trips, Modica, Noto, beaches...Kitchen had everything we needed to cook some great meals, Ignazio very responsive and helpful. Fresh milk from the dairy farm for our morning coffee was an extra touch!

Wonderful villa, beautiful indoors and outdoors, nicely furnished, equipped with everything you could need, super clean, spacious and peaceful. Good size swimming pool with comfortable sun loungers to hang out and watch the beautiful mountains. Loved the outdoor kitchen with good size bbq. Great base to explore the northwest and west of Sicily. Castellammare del Golfo has many great restaurants (don’t mis La Tonnara) and is a beautiful town. We also loved our hike in Monte Cofano. Communication with Nicole was excellent, pro-active, friendly and fast responding throughout our stay. Extremely good value for money, we stayed in more expensive places in Sicily that were nowhere near as nice. We would certainly come back

We had the most wonderful stay at Villa Perla Bianca. The villa is in a fantastic spot with amazing views with so many spots to sit and enjoy the views. We came with a toddler and baby and loved the fact the kitchen led out onto the pool so we could always be close. Laury was very helpful with getting 2 cots for us and the host at the villa was lovely and very helpful! Thank you for a great stay!

We had a great time at Villa Veduta. Comfortable beds and bedding, well-equipped kitchen, ultra clean house and beautiful Mediterranean views. Vanessa and Francesca are hosts who respond very quickly and are very proactive. They were kind enough to leave a bottle of Prosecco in the cool and offered to delay our checkout if needed. The terrace and gardens are nice for coffee or aperitivo. We highly recommend this Villa for a stay in Sicily. It's great!
