Great 👍🏾 experience working with Feddie. The penthouse matches the advertised pics 📸. Very attentive and responsive to my questions about certain things within the penthouse. The view of Bologna was beautiful at night 🌙 and day. Great location and friendly doorman.

All good, all as on photos and descricption and more. Maybe it could be a little cheaper for this standard, as compared to other similar places. But who knows, all in all it's hard to compare. In price you receive a house, good even for 4 peoples, all clean, all ready to live there for weeks. Beautiful localization, with trains about 15-20 minutes from the house. I would recommend

We had a great time at Emiliano's apartment. Emiliano is very welcoming and accommodating, he was very understanding about our delay on arrival. The accommodation is totally as described, very comfortable, very well arranged and decorated, and perfectly clean. Numerous amenities are available as well as small touches that are a real plus. We recommend this property without any problem.

The house is very well cared for in detail. Too bad the fresh air, otherwise we would have taken a dip in the pool. Beautiful garden, very well cared for. The kitchen is huge. The owner of the bar in front of the house is also very nice. I wouldn't know what to add. We had a great time and had a great time. Congratulations to Miriam from all of us.

Elena was very nice and helpful. The villa is very nice, in the quiet nature reserve. The rooms are very spacious and very comfortable in two bathrooms for a group of friends. She also left us several options for breakfast, we had a great time.

My group of friends and I stayed in the beautiful home of Andrea and his parents for 1 night, but we felt right at home. Andrea and her parents were very kind, helpful and in company. The place was clean, well cared for, and the kitchen was super stocked! The area is very quiet, ideal for getting away from the daily routine in the city. Highly recommended!!

The apartment was very convenient for me to go to an event at unipol, it matched the description and lost was extremely helpful. I actually found it to be better than I expected. There is a laundry room and a livable balcony with a bowl for any pets. We were also greeted with a very nice welcome basket.

Apartment perfectly in line with the description, well-kept and with all the comforts you can find in a home. Fabrizio is very nice and communication with him was very easy. There's plenty of parking in the neighborhood, but it fills up fast. I highly recommend it!

Greatly recommended. We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Riccardo's appartement. The hosts have been nothing but helpful and responsive, their appartement incredibly clean and we've had no complaints about our stay whatsoever. Everything they stated on their airbnb listing was present and there were lots of amenities and small attentions. Additionally, the double bathrooms were very pleasant. Outside, there's a supermarket close by and a good local restaurant just out of the front door. It clearly shows that Riccardo and Paola want to give their guests a wonderful experience. Frankly, I cannot recommend them enough. Go and book a stay, you won't regret it.
