A nice apartment in a superb location.

We stayed at this place for the last of the year to look for some tranquility outside of Florence. The accommodation is a very cozy studio with the essentials to stay there. We were happy to find the coffee maker and some snacks or drinks offered by the house. Check-in was quick and the time was flexible. Checkout has been done by automobile.

We had a great time Bologna, everything was nice and close.

Miriam's property is great. She's great with communication. We didn't get to use all of the property as it was rainy during our stay, but it would be a perfect spot for a large group to relax and have fun.

Elena was very kind and helpful. The villa is very nice, in nature and quiet. The rooms are plenty of space and very comfortable in two bathrooms for a group of friends. She also left us several proposals for breakfast, we had a great time.

We had a really lovely stay at the house. The poolside and the view are awesome and Marco was super nice. I absolutely recommend to do the wine tasting with dinner!

My group of friends and I stayed in the beautiful home of Andrea and his parents for 1 night, but we felt right at home. Andrea and her parents were very kind, helpful and in company. The place was clean, well cared for, and the kitchen was super stocked! The area is very quiet, ideal for getting away from the daily routine in the city. Highly recommended!!

Stefano was always kind, even though I was late with check-in. the house was practically perfect and the building was very quiet. the area is quiet even at night and it is easy to get around by car or on foot. the house was clean and especially the fragrant sheets ( which impressed me most). I really don't have any negative things to say. Highly recommended

We had a good time, the house is located in a very quiet area, also close to many supermarkets including Carrefour and several bars. The only thing to keep in mind is that it's a halfhour walk from the historic center. The apartment perfectly matches the photos, the host is always available and very kind.

Perfect location, clean, quiet, everything was good - except it's not a private residence. When I occasionally choose airbnb, I want it to be private, hoping that renting in that way does not undermine the inhabitants of the city.
