Beautiful quality apartment and impeccable. Very well arranged and comfortable. Very welcoming and willing family, always available and eager to ensure the stay goes smoothly. Despite the beautiful April weather, the host left us the heating for cooler nights, the attention was much appreciated. Really delighted with our stay and thank you to Simone and her lovely family.

We visited Reggio Emilia for a conference at the Loris Malaguzzi center, the accommodation is very close to the place and was comfortable for our stay. The accommodation is very well equipped and has all the amenities one needs. The host Alberto was very friendly and concerned that everything was perfect. I highly recommend this place if you want to visit Reggio Emilia.

We were greeted by Marisa, a very kind and helpful lady...an aunt!!! The apartment in a very quiet area is clean and equipped with everything. Apart from the defeat of Inter... it was a pleasant stay.

Studio apartment, recently renovated, not far from the center and the stadium. It has a private parking lot with an outdoor space available.

My son and I visited Modena to look at all the famous car factories in the area and the Tortellino Suite had the ideal location for this. very kind, friendly and supportive host, all questions answered and the flat was in pristine state. we only can recommend it. thanks for everything!!

Absolutely stunning, Emanuele’s place has to be one of the best places I have stayed. It is modern, clean, spacious & exactly as the photos. It felt like a home from home. I would definitely recommend staying here, there are some lovely local restaurants in the area. Cannot praise this place highly enough, loved it! Thank you for hosting us.

We had an amazing stay in Alberto's place (Anna's apartment and Alvaro's apartment). Alberto was so responsive and helpful when it came to planning our trip to Modena to go to Osteria Francescana. We had two great nights in the town with wonderful food recommendations from Alberto. The apartments were great value, comfortable and spotlessly clean. I deal for our large group of ten people. The location was perfect too - a quiet street just a few minutes walk from the centre and near all the great bars and restaurants. I highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Modena!

Perfect apartment with a very unique aesthetic.

Located in the center of Modena, great location and the apartment looks newly renovated and very nice. If you travel by car consider that it is not so easy to find a place to park. I see it more comfortable if you are traveling without a car.

Super nice and friendly host, clean accommodation equipped with everything, very positive experience. The exterior is also remarkable, unfortunately due to bad weather we did not take advantage of it. 10 minutes from the center of Carpi and 30 minutes from Modena, relaxing property. In short, great value and recommended!!

Riccardo's house is a ground floor apartment of a beautiful villa. The house is spacious, bright, with a beautiful garden. The rooms are spacious, two large bathrooms. There were 4 of us staying and on the second night I asked Riccardo for an extra place and he accepted my request without any problems. Check-in instructions were clear and precise.

Beautiful and modern agriturismo, family run, with a nice garden that includes a swimming pool and spa, which is a bonus during summer and winter. The room is as depicted in the pictures, it was clean and the kitchen sufficiently equipped. Alice was a very kind and dedicated host, with immediate replies and useful information for our stay. We had to end our stay earlier than expected for personal reasons and Alice was very helpful and flexible. We will for sure come back to fully enjoy the beautiful surroundings and all the services the agriturismo offers. Grazie Alice e spero ci rivediamo presto!

My husband and I stayed with Alice and her family on Valentine's Day weekend and we were pleasantly impressed by the attention to the customer, she provided us with many solutions for activities and restaurants to eat at. The studio was equipped with everything you need, studied in detail like all the lovely furniture. In the fridge there were all the products of their farm, each one better than the other (yogurt, panna cotta and puddings and milk of the highest mountain quality). A visit to their farm is a must, because it's really worth seeing the love and passion that the family puts into the business up close and, above all, a special thanks goes to Paolo, the owner and father of Alice, who enchanted us during the visit to the farm. What can I say, keep it up and you can't help but have super happy guests who are satisfied with everything you offer. The truly delicious and cozy spa is a treat to try

We felt comfortable and enjoyed the bathtub to relax. The kitchen is super equipped and otherwise we didn't miss anything. All in all, a great apartment!

Lovely and large apartment over 3 floors. Very comfortable, clean, secure and peaceful. Comfortable beds, a rainfall shower, coffee machine, lift. Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby, very close to the Grand Piazza. The parking space was a brilliant amenity. Nice views across Modena rooftops. Highly recommend.

Have a great stay, responsive host. Very nice house and full of children's amenities have been made available for us. Small negative: watch out for mosquitoes
