House vacation rentals in Modena

The house is very well cared for in detail. Too bad the fresh air, otherwise we would have taken a dip in the pool. Beautiful garden, very well cared for. The kitchen is huge. The owner of the bar in front of the house is also very nice. I wouldn't know what to add. We had a great time and had a great time. Congratulations to Miriam from all of us.

A lovely spacious house, elegantly and stylishly furnished (AB&B photos don't really do it justice). Beautiful tranquil location - apart from the Apennine wolves we heard howling one night (a definite bonus in our book). Lovely walks from the house along the river Dolo gorge, and especially recommend the Golfarone waterfall about 25 mins drive away. A 15-minute scramble upriver brings you to a beautiful pool for swimming under the waterfall. Also lovely local neighbours, who offered us homemade wine and jam. Good local restaurants. Alessandro was extremely helpful and friendly.

Lara is a friendly and helpful hostess. We felt very comfortable with her. The apartment is on the lower floor, but nice and cool. The surrounding area and the space around the house are fantastic. Especially the large pool with the loungers under the trees. The sunsets while dining right by the pool will remain unforgettable to us. Fireflies can also be seen. The place is rather expensive, but superbly located. Also ideally suited for excursions. We will be happy to come back!

We had an amazing week at Tommasos place! From the moment we arrived, the host and his very friendly mother made us feel incredibly welcome and was so helpful throughout our stay. The place itself was spotless and well-maintained, with a serene atmosphere that made it the perfect getaway. The surroundings were absolutely beautiful, offering peace and tranquility, truly great for the soul. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax and unwind. Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a peaceful retreat with a wonderful host!

The perfect place for a holiday with family or friends with glorious views over a lush valley in the hills above Modena. Our historic casa was renovated to the highest standard with generous bedrooms, three fabulous bathrooms , a well functioning kitchen, dining and sitting area. We enjoyed the pristine pool, BBQing and dining outside under, and using the wood fired pizza oven. The plumbing, power and internet did not miss a beat! Our hosts were generous and welcoming, sharing some of their home made and local produce, and encouraged us to forage herbs and fruit [just ripening figs, wild arugula] from the beautiful garden. Their recommendations about the local area were spot on. We recommend using it as a base for visiting the motor museums and factories, for enjoying the wonderful food traditions of the area and to relax in a most beautiful environment. The visit to La Noce to learn from Georgio about and taste Balsamico di Modena is not to be missed! A wonderful stay!!!

Roberta is an excellent host who takes the time beforehand and during the stay to ensure her guests have everything they need and recommendations of local activities in books at the house and throughout our stay. The house is charming and very well appointed, little touches like tea and coffee, balsamic and olive oil are very welcome as well as a lovely present and bottle of wine on arrival. We would not hesitate to stay again if in the area, it’s very handy for Modena, Parma and Reggio Emilia and the pool is fab for the kids and adults alike. Everyone we met in Baiso was friendly and welcoming and our kids enjoyed meeting and hanging out with the local kids who took great care of them also.

we just had a short stay but it was very nice. Alex gave us a very warm welcome and guided us through the house. We really felt like home.

Great location to catch a flight. Felt right at home. The apartment was fully equipped with everything. The is also a bus which takes you at the airport in 5 minutes if you don't wanna walk. Thank you very match for a stress free stay! ☺️

Accommodation is fully furnished, including detergent, iron, herbs.. et cetera. A few hours before arrival, we were asked if we had another wish that could be taken into account. Furthermore... communication is great! You feel the space to come with questions (if they are there). Finally: beautiful location as a starting point for walks and visits to Florence and Bologna. By car to a train station, parking and buy a ticket. Public transportation is cheap and very well arranged.

Very nice and clean appartment. Quick, helpful and friendly communication and a great location (central and many cute cafes close by)! The hosts accomodated our requests and were very hospitable. I would highly recommend staying in this Airbnb and I hope to be back. Ciao!😊

Beautiful property, clean and with garden and private parking space in a quiet setting. Staircase with 2 ramps for access to the floor. Excellent solution the 2 double beds + 1 single bed. We'll be back.

Very kind host, timely in resolving any "problem". The structure is exactly as described, equipped with everything and equipped. Highly recommended.

Primo's home is an oasis of peace. Perfect for relaxing in the middle of nature and perfect for children who can have fun and play in the large garden. There are also some trails from the house, one of which leads to the village where there is a great grocery store, which can also be reached by car in two minutes. In general, it is located in a great spot from which to reach some shelters and other trails in a short time. If there's a way, we'd love to come back.

Large and perfectly maintained apartment. Comfortable beds, including the sofa bed. Ilaria was very kind, answering a million questions and giving us maximum flexibility on both arrival and departure. Too bad about the noise from the planes, had we known we would have all brought earplugs 😂

Very nice and well-maintained apartment. Places and rooms perfect for 4 people, everything you need for the kitchen. The bathroom is clean and complete. Quiet area in the mountains, great view. Parking under the house.

Great location and host

We had a great stay! Check-in and out with a lockbox was really convenient. Super walkable to everything in center city. And the home is just very cute and well decorated :) the only thing to mention is I would be wary of counting on the WiFi. It’s just a mobile hotspot and it was pretty spotty. Nicolò was responsive and brought us another one to try but it wasn’t much better. I had to tether to my phone to do Zoom calls for work.
