I cannot recommend this stay more. The location is amazing if you’re looking to be within walking distance to the heart of downtown Denver while also getting a quiet nights rest. In addition to the amazing location, Allan’s recommendations were absolutely priceless. He clearly knows the city and all of its best spots! The place itself was also incredibly cozy. Allan has everything by set up for you to have the most wonderful trip!

this unit near Parkville was better than I could've imagined and the best value ever for all it offered. Not only was it good value, but it had wonderful, comfy beds, beautiful linens, lighted, make up mirrors, everything I could ask for at a price I could afford ! Exquisite little sanctuary walking distance to the center of Parkville! Score! ✨ Annette is one of those Airbnb hosts who just go above and beyond! She's amazing and so caring, attention to every detail with so much care . she was flexible with me about check-in and Checkout, which was very helpful and when I locked my keys in the unit, she was there to help me within minutes. Truly could not give her or this sweet home any higher accolades. She brought in extra things for me because I was going to need to cook during my stay. She checked in on me to make sure I had everything I needed, was wonderful to communicate with, went out of her way to ensure our safety after the parking lot got slippery after a snowstorm. Thank you!

Space was exactly as described. Safe neighborhood. Comfortable beds. Clean. Pet friendly was very important to us and we and our dog felt right at home! We will be back to Burlington often to visit family and hope to stay at Katrina’s again.

Cally is a great host and was very helpful throughout the process. The apartment is so chic and nice to stay in - felt very cozy. There is a bunch to do within walking distance, including food, restaurants, shops, bowling, a casino, museum, etc..

Susan was a great host. We reached there at night time so could not meet with her in person. Next day before leaving, she came to us and engaged in a communication. She sounded very friendly even provided us with local recommendations for restaurant and places to visit. I would recommend anyone visiting the area to consider staying here.

Abbey's place was the perfect spot for our group to stay! Such a cute loft-style apartment, love the eclectic design, the indoor hammock, and the ease to pop out the door and head out to grab drinks or food. Great view of the lake as well! Had everything we needed.

This was the perfect place for our Utah ski trip. My two young adult kids and I felt right at home. The hot tub was a welcomed delight after a day on the slopes. Maddi was extremely communicative and the owner Diane who lives upstairs was very friendly and went out of her way to make sure everything suited our needs. We hope stay again on our next trip to Utah.

Henry was a great host! He was very throughout with his communication and very welcoming. The place was great, just as described and had everything we could need. Definitely would recommend! :)

The place was perfect for me and my family. She allows dogs which was great cause we wanted to bring our fur baby to go hiking with us. Tina was willing to give me recommendations and was always responsive. The hot tub and massage chair were great, our teens loved them both. Perfect distance from Colorado Springs that we got to see the beautiful mountains every time we went into town. Thanks for allowing us to stay. :)

This was the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in! Lots of space, very comfortable, and so many extras that most places don’t have! The kitchen has tons of dishes and pots and pans, the bathrooms were well stocked with plenty of towels and extra toiletries, there was a bassinet and pack n play, tons of games for us to play in the evenings, and our kiddos loved that there were coloring books and crayons/markers for them to use! Great place and will definitely be booking again!!

The home is very centrally located and there are some great restaurants, shopping, etc. very nearby. Very convenient and Lori was quick with response to all questions.

Had to find something last minute, super thankful I found Amelia’s place! Clean, comfortable and easy to check in! Amelia was friendly and had great communication, definitely recommend!

The house itself was fantastic – clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The attention to detail really stood out. I had a great time staying at their place in capital hill! It was quite walkable to parks, food, and other attractions. Also, there’s a bus stop only a block away that is convenient if you don’t have a car. The unit was also great! I worked from here for a few days and had great wifi. They also responded quickly when I realized I did not have any oven mitts. Would visit again!

The room is at the Waldorf so all the hot amenities are available to you. You will be charged a daily resort fee by the hotel that is not included in this reservation but it’s all worth it. The room is pretty small but works fine for 2 people. The room cost booked here is significantly lower than what you would pay booking a non-residence room directly with Hilton. Overall a great value, location, amenities, etc.

We just stayed at Brian’s place over Labor Day. He was incredibly helpful and let us check in early after a bad experience at another airbnb. His place is INCREDIBLE. 360 degree views of downtown Denver, the Rockies etc. We sat outside every evening - it was so lovely. He lives within walking distance of coffee, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. It was so easy to get everywhere we wanted to go from his place. Also the place itself is great- he has an incredible bathroom with a 3 head steam shower and a soaking tub. We will stay there the next time we are in Denver if it’s available!

Perfect Ski-In, Ski-Out Location with All the Comforts! We had an amazing stay at this property! The ski-in, ski-out location was absolutely perfect – it made hitting the slopes so easy and convenient. After a long day of skiing, it was so nice to come back to the unit, where the bed was incredibly comfortable and the big TV provided the perfect opportunity to relax and unwind. The added bonus of having a washer and dryer in the unit was a game changer – it made it so much easier to keep our gear clean and dry. The overall convenience and comfort of this place made it the ideal home base for our ski trip. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy, hassle-free stay!
