Had a wonderful stay (booked at last-minute due to weather-related issues at original destination). Spacious, clean, with great amenities (including deck, grill, hot tub, pool table, etc). Far enough from Boulder that we felt away from civilization, but close enough that most anything we needed was only a 10-minute drive. Kitchen was very well-provisioned. Robert was excellent in communications with us, from check-in to check-out. Highly recommend for a larger group looking to get away to the great outdoors for a few days (or longer!).

My family of 9 loved the place and the location. Even though it was in the mountains, restaurants and grocery stores were only 12 minutes away. Many of the hikes and activities were less than 30 minutes away. We stayed with two children under 2 so being close to all activities was a must and this place had a great location. The only thing that I will mention is something the host could not have accounted for and that was the weather. It was abnormally hot the first 4 days of our stay so not having AC was a bit rough for us. The weather app said it was 15 degrees hotter than normal in that area so I believe it’s rarely an issue. Nights were fine as it would get below 70 but the days we just made sure we were away when it was hot. We fully knew there would be no AC and I’m sure it could only ever be an issue in the month of July. With that being said, I still would recommend this stay to anyone and if you’re thinking about booking this place, don’t hesitate. It’s a great cabin for sure!

We had a great stay! It was exactly as described and has literally everything we could think of. They even had some medicine including Tylenol and a lighter for the fire pit. I wish it had advertised it had a high chair and pack and play this would have saved us room in the car. There are two living areas, one in the far back and one on the second floor. We wished the second floor living area had a tv as this is the room we mostly stayed in. We couldn’t find the thermostats so the cabin was very warm so we just opened the windows at night. The cabin lighting is also very dim at night. We didn’t really have a complaint at all! The host is very responsive and friendly and we will definitely stay in the future. IRS also Super close to Breckenridge which is where we spent most of our time.

Fantastic all around, some of the best hosts we’ve ever had!

This home was the perfect place for us to gather our family -- along with lots of friends. The floorplan is perfect for a big group. Everything was well-stocked and carefully thought out, so we had everything we needed and plenty of space to spread out. There were lots of options for day trips and local adventures, but we also enjoyed several afternoons just sitting on the huge outdoor porch, reading and enjoying the spectacular weather. Our hosts were super responsive, including a last-minute agreement to let us extend our stay by several hours rather than sitting at the airport waiting for our flight home. Overall, an amazing getaway that we'll remember... for life. Truly a 12/10 getaway.

The condo / cabin was perfect for my family. Mark was great and very responsive. Literally ski out, or a very short walk to the slopes. Everything you need, multiple restaurants, bards, shops, market, ski rentals, all within 100 yards. We'll be back. PS Find the elevator day 1... it is a life savor in winter

Five stars is not enough to truly rate how incredible this place is. From booking with Angie many months in advance, to a last minute change of plans due to the property losing power the dates I was supposed to originally stay, Angie is a fantastic host and was so kind to re-book me for a November date instead. I'd been following Dahlia House on social media for sometime and knew I had to get here. My 40th birthday this year was the perfect reason to experience a solo, peaceful retreat for one day, and have my husband join me for an additional day. Every. Single. Aspect. Of the furnishings and amenities contributed to one of the most restful, cozy weekends I've ever experienced. She stocked the place with great snacks, and provided robes and slippers, I clearly over-packed considering I stayed cozy in my sweats all weekend. I didn't have to leave the property the entire weekend. The sauna and hot tub were such treats to enhance the experience. I will absolutely be back. Thank you!

We eloped here, and I can’t imagine a better place for such a special moment in our lives. This home was everything we hoped for and more. It was absolutely beautiful, with plenty of space for our group of 12 to feel comfortable and enjoy the weekend together. What really stood out, though, was the care and thoughtfulness of the hosts. They went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcomed and at ease on our big day. From toys for our child to a cozy setup for our dogs, every little detail was taken care of. They were so quick to respond to any questions we had and made the entire experience completely stress-free. The house itself had more amenities than most hotels—everything we could possibly need was already there. It felt like a home away from home, only better. We created some of our most cherished memories here, and I know this weekend will stay in our hearts forever. If you’re looking for a place to celebrate something special, look no further!

The listing worked well for our large group! It definitely has some quirks, but the hot tub outside is magical.

Our third straight year staying at Nick’s beautiful chalet for our Thanksgiving holiday. Perfect accommodations for our family of 5 adults, two toddlers and the hounds. Peaceful surroundings, comfy beds, a well stocked kitchen and a wonderful host will keep us coming back!

Perfect house for our stay! Was exactly as advertised. Close to Town Center which has shops and restaurants. Hosts were quick in responding to emails. Would definitely recommend!

What a beautiful place to stay! House is amazing, scenery amazing, fishing was good as the boys caught large and small mouth bass, northern and grand baby was elated at all the blue gill she caught off the dock. Gene was very prompt on answering all questions and very gracious for helping with all that mattered. Nice scenic drive into town for shopping and other needs less then 10 minutes away. Close walking trails. Great for family vacation!!

This place was a cleanliness paradise! From the moment I stepped in, it was like a breath of fresh air. The attention to detail was impeccable, making it a cozy and inviting stay. Highly recommend for a spotless and comfortable experience!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ella's Roost! We were six mature ladies on a girl's weekend. The kitchen was well-appointed and perfect for heating up snacks for our group. We loved the large table both inside and outside-we ate breakfast on the deck both days. We enjoyed the fire pit both nights we were there and loved the secluded feeling we had while staying there. Very close to a local winery, which we visited for lunch. We did not visit the restaurant or use any other amenities at Innsbruck but we really felt like we had all we needed just hanging out at the house together. I would highly recommend for a family or small group of friends!

We loved our stay! Super comfortable and cozy cabin. Perfect cabin with our little kids.

Cabin is lovely as are sandy and Rick. Feels like you’re at a friends nice place. They will help or leave you alone as much as wanted. Other 2 cabins they manage are on their own lots - everything feels private. Great bird watching too. Stayed w my mom and my infant. Very comfortable. As listing says it is probably not the place for little kids that can move (just w stairs and nearby river etc). Would like to come back again without a kid to relax again soon!

This place was absolutely wonderful! Plenty of privacy and great views. We wished it were warmer weather so we could have taken advantage of the lake. We are already planning to come back next year!
