Our stay was great. Very close to RMNP so it is extremely convenient and only takes a few minutes to get to the park. Everything was very clean inside

Becki was always very attentive, promptly answering all my questions and being exceedingly kind. The house is exactly as seen in the photos. It is very well located, well-maintained, and excellent for a family vacation. I would definitely stay there again. My family and I were very happy.

Greg’a place was very clean with a lovely view of the river. The heated floors and useable fireplace made the space extra special. Would stay here again.

Breathtaking views, peacefull and quite. A must stay if you're looking for that get away in the blackhills. Greg has a gem and we highly recommend this to anyone looking to get away and enjoy nature.

We felt welcomed and at peace. It was great! We could relax and just watch tv and enjoy a cup of coffee.

Loved! So glad we chose this location. Exactly as photographed and described. Exceptionally clean, bed was super comfortable, plenty of space, fully stocked kitchen and the setting was so peaceful. Just a short 2 mile drive from downtown Bayfield. Instruction manual was super informative, including photos, and recommendations. Website included complete and updated information about the surrounding area. Hosts were professional and responsive. Would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended.

Ann and Kari were great hosts with good communication and helpful tips on the area. The home is well-designed and updated. It's spacious and open with lots of windows overlooking the lake and forest. Our winter trip with 5 adults and pups was a nice getaway. We were close to Lutsen Mt. for snowboarding and the home was big enough for all of us to cook and eat together. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the beds were comfy with nice linens. We were fortunate to get a snowfall while we were there and it was so quiet and peaceful. The roads were plowed early and we had no trouble getting out. We are already planning a trip back in the summer!

The condo / cabin was perfect for my family. Mark was great and very responsive. Literally ski out, or a very short walk to the slopes. Everything you need, multiple restaurants, bards, shops, market, ski rentals, all within 100 yards. We'll be back. PS Find the elevator day 1... it is a life savor in winter

Best hosts we’ve had! also the best home we have stayed in. They made our family winter trip possible and very comfortable! the town was perfect and had the best views. all the winter activities where within an hour from there. we’ve stayed in many airbnbs and this one is the the cleanest everything was spotless.

Beautiful views cozy home just a couple of issues with communication with the cleaning lady when we first arrived for early check in but very kind and quick response from the host. Will definitely be rebooking! 😊

We loved this spot. While the directions were very clear, there were so many emails with lots of info that it was hard to find the info we needed to check in once we got there. I highly recommend future guests either print or screenshot the address of the sign in station, the address of the property, the door code, and pertinent instructions. It was clearly explained but we couldn’t retrieve it when we needed it without scouring through multiple emails about the property. Cell service was spotty for us, so that made it more difficult. We finally got where we needed to go but it made us feel like we were 100 years old trying to find check-in info and the door code. The check-in spot is about 2 miles from the property. The place is perfect. We had family with 12 people celebrating Christmas. The house was decorated for Christmas. Everyone was comfortable. We found a nice restaurant in town called Social House 227. Very happy and we highly recommend.

Wonderful visit, as always! This is the second winter we have stayed here and we can’t wait to go back to this fabulous property. Nick is very helpful and responsive. The home is very inviting and well kept. Instructions are clear and check in and out is very easy.

We spent the past week with 4 adults and 5 kids/teens. We were all very comfortable, had plenty of space to spread out, as well as to hang out together. The kitchen was well stocked and the house was extremely clean. The location was excellent-easy drive to the ski resort and even closer to the town center. The snow we had every single day was icing on the cake! Both families voted this the best ski trip yet!

We had an amazing stay at this chalet near Lake Superior! The property was spotless, spacious, and well-maintained. The amenities were fantastic—our group especially enjoyed the game room and relaxing sauna. The kitchen was well-equipped, providing everything needed to prepare meals with ease. The host was readily available and ensured we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was also perfect for enjoying the natural beauty of the area. Overall, a wonderful experience, and we would highly recommend staying here!

This was the 2nd time our family & friends stayed here for a winter getaway. The chalet is fantastic, very spacious and with plenty of room for our group. We enjoyed the hot tub and fireplace, as well as the views from the deck. It was fun leaving food out for deer. The host had great communication with us, approving a couple extra friends to visit one day, and also a late check-out. We really enjoyed it and will probably stay again in the future!

Goose Lake Chalet was the perfect place for us! We wanted to find somewhere to unwind and connect with friends. We found it. We have been to multiple airbnb's in the past, but i must say that this place stood out. The Chalet is stocked with everything you need. Spotless upon arrival. Everything is well organized, and even labeled to make things easy. We would definitely come back.

What a beautiful place to stay! House is amazing, scenery amazing, fishing was good as the boys caught large and small mouth bass, northern and grand baby was elated at all the blue gill she caught off the dock. Gene was very prompt on answering all questions and very gracious for helping with all that mattered. Nice scenic drive into town for shopping and other needs less then 10 minutes away. Close walking trails. Great for family vacation!!

Our stay at Ella’s Roost over Christmas was wonderful. Every day we saw deer roaming near the cabin. Hiking the property was very relaxing. We appreciated that the cabin was well supplied. It was great to use the extra amenities offered at the resort. Using the workout room and playing pickleball added to our vacation. We definitely recommend this property.

Carrie is a stellar host—we had some weather challenges (snow!) that put our plans up in the air, and made parking and access tough, but we ultimately decided to go for it. She hung in with us in the chaos, communicating quickly and helpfully as we got everything worked out. The house was adorable, clean, well-appointed, and so comfy! Each space hit all the notes. One word of caution: in the winter,: the loft space with 2 beds is too hot for sleeping, unless you turn the heat off at bedtime, so plan ahead. I’d stay there again!

We loved our stay! Super comfortable and cozy cabin. Perfect cabin with our little kids.

Cabin is lovely as are sandy and Rick. Feels like you’re at a friends nice place. They will help or leave you alone as much as wanted. Other 2 cabins they manage are on their own lots - everything feels private. Great bird watching too. Stayed w my mom and my infant. Very comfortable. As listing says it is probably not the place for little kids that can move (just w stairs and nearby river etc). Would like to come back again without a kid to relax again soon!

This place was absolutely wonderful! Plenty of privacy and great views. We wished it were warmer weather so we could have taken advantage of the lake. We are already planning to come back next year!
