Cottage vacation rentals in Missouri River

We now stay at this cozy cottage yearly for a family, mother/daughter trip. My husband and I are also interested in staying for our own romantic get away sometime. It is the perfect blend of city perks combined with a wooded, lake view natural environment. We also loved enjoying the huge hot tub outside right in the middle of winter. It was a joy all around that we can’t wait to enjoy again and keep recommending!

Sarah was extremely accommodating and helpful!! This place is adorable with all the modern amenities. You can hear the creek running while you are soaking in the hot tub. It was a fabulous vacation option and will definitely go back!!

Such a wonderful place to stay!! This little cabin/cottage was so comfortable, clean & relaxing! The owners go above & beyond to answer any questions & make your stay enjoyable. You will experience quiet relaxation & beautiful surroundings. The deer & turkeys visited us every day! We were able to walk for miles on trails right from the cabin. Will definitely be back & tell all our friends/family about this place!!

This place was super cute! Very close to downtown loveland. The hot tub was perfect! For the price this place is well worth it super cozy cottage. 10/5 recommend this spot

We had a wonderful stay at Bethany’s place! We had originally booked for 6 nights but extended the trip one day. It was cozy but it had everything we possibly needed. The instructions were clear and it was easy to feel right at home. It was 4 of us so it was fine with just one bathroom. Laundry was easy to do, and the best part was the hot tub. It was so easy to go out there and have a nice relaxing time. Half way thru our stay we needed something and Bethany was super helpful and quick to respond. The location was perfect as well as it is only 15 min from Walmart. we did make a couple of trips there for some extra food. We would definitely book again next winter!

Me and my wife came and stayed there for our anniversary and it was amazing. It had all the amenities we needed for three days. It was clean, spotless nice view Homie very much recommend if you’re looking for a nice getaway.

Staying at this Airbnb was an absolute delight! From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by how well-equipped and comfortable the place was. It truly had everything you could think of and more. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials and then some, making it easy to have a cup of coffee or heat up a meal! The living spaces were cozy and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The attention to detail was evident everywhere. There were thoughtful touches like extra blankets, a variety of board games, and even a selection of books! The host went above and beyond to ensure that every need was met, providing toiletries, laundry supplies, and even brochures of things to do nearby! The location was fantastic, offering a peaceful retreat while still being conveniently close to local attractions and amenities. Overall, this Aironb exceeded all expectations and made for a truly memorable stay. I can't recommend it highly enough!

The cozy cottage was just perfect for family trip to the mountains. The house is located just off Main Street and had so many things that were within easy walking distance. Our dogs loved the backyard and our daughter loved the bunk bed and the park that was right around the corner. Would definitely come stay again.

The place was just what it said it was. It was clean, she had fun snacks and drinks for us. Every thing you need is right there and more. She communicated well with me. It was so easy to check in and out. Love it and highly recommend for girls get away.

This stay was lovely! You can truly tell how much care and thought Christopher has put into this place. If you are staying during colder months it would be a bit chilly but if you come prepared, that should be no problem at all! He provides a space heater and everything! We even got to enjoy some muffins he left for us. As well as all of the amenities our dog could need. It was a lovely stay and do not hesitate to reach out to Christopher as he is very kind and willing to help in any way he can!!

Our stay was glorious. I went with my mom and the kids. We got a huge snowstorm the first day. We skied the next day at Bearskin and Pincushion. The kids loved playing in the snow and enjoyed the fire at night. Thankful for plowing service so we didn’t get stuck. Much thanks

Overall I’m happy with the listing and reservation. The power had randomly went out but Brooke was very communicative and quick to provide alternatives that would help. Brooke gave me some extra time to check out regarding the power going out which was great. Great area and good price for what other hotels offer around the area! Thanks again for hosting us! :)

This was our second time staying at Andy’s place, and our experience has been great both times. Andy keeps a very clean and beautiful place to stay that makes you feel right at home in the Northwoods.

Wonderful, peaceful cottage with access to a small private beach on Lake Superior. Great outdoors amenities including a charcoal grill and fire pit with wood provided.

I used the cottage as a workplace while needing to be near the little town of Waconia. Imagine that this rental is incredible from spring through fall. Plenty to do around the area in winter as well. Bed is super comfortable. Will probably rent again for my next work assignment there.

This home’s location could not be better—it is nestled in the trees right on the lake and just steps aways from the ski hill allowing you to ski in and ski out! It was down a winding and hilly road that was easy to find with Marks instructions; I was grateful for the all wheel drive on our vehicle to get us there :) The house itself is also very impressive—it was beautiful, well constructed, clean and well stocked. Mark and his brother were super responsive and very friendly. We had a great stay!

Very responsive host. Found unit in a condition consistent with description. Highly recommend checking out Red Pines Bar & Grill for a great meal. Very scenic view of Lake Onalaska and a short drive into town. Parking can be a challenge if you have multiple vehicles in your group during busy periods, as there are other units located nearby. Thanks Angie, we plan to be back!

The host (Lori) is super friendly and the cabin is cozy, comfortable and cute. Great access to the lake with sandy beach and canoe right out the front door! Too bad we only could stay for one night.
