Location is great not too far from Overland Park and other areas. Quite area and lots to do.

Super stay! I recommend for sure. Heather’s description of “funky” is spot on. There’s a flight and a half of stairs between the sidewalk and the apartment door (then the 2 floor apartment), and the furniture layout is a bit “funky,” but I found it doable. Heather was always lightening fast to respond, even for simple questions. I really liked the smart TV, ample parking, and space heater! Reliable WiFi for working. Would stay again in KC or with Heather.

Everything about our stay was amazing. The home was spotless and smelled great. The host was very flexible and accommodating with our check in and check out needs, and we loved the location. Highly recommend, will definitely stay here again!

I would definitely recommend staying in this charming little home. It has the basics that one may need and things were clean. My dogs enjoyed the spacious backyard to run around in. The neighbor 2doors down has an unfriendly dog but this is not a reflection of Shane’s place. He is now going to put in a different fence which would benefit him greatly and ease the minds of his guests. The only item I needed and he didn’t have was an iron and ironing board. But maybe I’m the last person on earth that actually has clothes that need ironing. lol. If you are needing a simple place to stay that is clean and easy to get to on a quiet street look no further! We wanted to extend our stay but unfortunately it was already reserved and had to relocate to another AB&B and trust me……the new place is not as nice or clean! Thank you Shane for the comfortable, clean place to lay our heads! And thanks for the quick response with correspondence! Hope all goes well with the fence!!😊
