Our stay was fabulous! We walked in to a restful space with every amenity we needed. David graciously offered an early arrival, and while we didn’t need it, it was so nice to be offered. He also didn’t ask for a pet fee! This was a first! I appreciated it so much and it made us want to clean even more. The house is beautiful, and so is the neighborhood. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and were proactive. It was a great stay!

I had a wonderful stay at Marisa's beautiful space! The place was exactly as described. Marisa was incredibly responsive, quickly addressing any issues I encountered. Her attentiveness made my experience even better. I highly recommend!

Home was very clean, comfortable, and peaceful. We liked having 2 full bathrooms, and a private bedroom for each of us, 3 people stayed. Host was easy to communicate with, answered any questions we had, and got back to us quickly. The neighborhood was very peaceful, easy to find, and getting in and out to our event was easy. Would reccomend, and will be trying to stay there again in the future for future events in the area.

This rental was absolutely perfect. My family came to town for my grandmothers funeral and this house was a home away from home as we processed her passing. It allowed us a safe secure place to rest and a relaxing place to visit and share memories. The house was clean and well stocked with appliances, dishes, etc. The beds were comfortable and clean. The laundry and dishwasher were easy to use. I cannot say enough positive things about this rental! Great experience during a difficult time.

This is such a great little house! It was perfect for four of us. The back yard was wonderful - we even did an Easter Egg Hunt and it was lovely! The house was spotless and even though it is pet friendly there was no sign of pets who had been there. Highly recommend for anyone in the Kansas City area!

We had to come to KC in an emergency, and even though we checked in at 3:30 AM, Lance was responsive and everything was ready to go when we arrived. We then had to extend our stay at the last minute and again, very responsive and easy to deal with. Very high recommendations!

We loved staying in this enchanting cabin. The cabin is so modern yet quaint and cozy. The entire wall of windows opens up to an outside view. Including a stream and bridge. The morning views were peaceful and the evening views were lit up with lights hanging from the trees. Everyone we met were so nice and helpful with anything we needed. We truly couldn't have asked for more.

My family really enjoyed this place! The kids especially did with the down stairs area . It was set up nicely for them. The backyard area was awesome it was just too cold for us to enjoy. Thank you allowing us to used your space for our yearly family meet up. We knew was in the right place when ready the sign in the kitchen. It was a saying our mother said and had us sing every morning before school growing up. Thank you once again.

What a wonderful stay we had. The house is really great. Very clean and tidy. We enjoyed our stay so much. The beds and furniture were so comfy. The kitchen is spacious and user friendly. Felt like home. I would definitely suggest this vacation rental to everyone when they are in the KC area.

Charming little house. Very clean. Great BBQ in the greater KC area, so plenty of options to choose from. Zabrina was quick to respond to my messages. If I am attending the same workshop/conference next year I will definitely check to see if the house is available.

This was an unexpected pleasure. Hallie is this amazing woman who loves what she does and is extremely responsive and friendly! The house is so clean and I felt like I was home. I would return anytime she would allow me to!

This was a great spot for my toddler and I to stay. Quiet neighborhood with a park within palling distance and a great walking trial. Short drive to many restaurants and Target. I would definitely stay here again. Extremely good deal as well! Just was responsive and kind.

Amazing place. Pictures reflected what it actually looks like. Our expectations were exceeded and host is very flexible and attentive. We were able to get an early check in with no problem. I was even able to get my glasses shipped back to me too! 10/10 would recommend!
