We had a wonderful 4 night stay at Sarah's, the home was clean, comfortable, answer SO convenient to the beach, local restaurants and easy to navigate from. Sarah and Geoff were quick to respond to messages, even talked me through problem solving an accidentally locked bathroom door! Hope to stay again, highly recommend!

My husband and I were looking for a quick getaway and Jennifer's place did not disappoint. We loved the quiet and surroundings. Definitely would recommend her place to anyone.

Nice location, comfortable beds, pool and hot tub are nice. Kitchen was appointed well enough for our needs. Communication was strong. Lovely views. Recommended.

There were 6 family members and a 1 1/2 year old. We especially loved the quiet and peaceful location and the fact it was central to downtown Santa Barbara as well as the airport since we were driving back and forth picking up and dropping off family members flying in. The house was well equipped with everything we could need especially the pantry items. Lots of towels, both bathroom and beach towels for the pool and hot tub. Marie was so responsive to all our questions and needs!

Our five family members, all adults, had plenty of room to spread out, but also great spaces to be together. It was a lovely home with a gorgeous kitchen, and it was tastefully decorated for the holidays.

Consider yourself lucky if you’re able to book this beautiful home in Ojai. Julie was just the sweetest and most thoughtful host. Her curation and dedication to this beautiful space shines through every piece of decor and detail in the house. If you are looking to relax and find peace in a healing setting, book it. I hope to stay here whenever we return to Ojai.

Excellent place to stay and easy to find! Well worth the money.

As a group of moms wanting to truly relax and enjoy a weekend away, we could not have asked for a better location to do just that! The ranch is beautifully appointed, having everything we needed for a restful and relaxing weekend (and a homemade meal!). The home is exactly as pictured and described and was well situated near a lovely walking/biking path, markets, restaurants, and downtown Solvang. Michelle was wonderful to coordinate with and was always clear and warm in communication. We look forward to a future stay on Lavender Hill!

What a wonderful find! This attached duplex is a perfect spot to be when spending time in Ventura, Oxnard or Thousand Oaks. Our family used this as our hub while visiting family over the Thanksgiving holiday and was a short, easy freeway trip to Thousand Oaks and Oxnard. The house is on a quiet, cute street with lots of street parking that is close to many amenities....including a less than 10 minute drive to the Ventura Beach Bike Path which is a perfect spot to walk, jog, spend time on the beach or eat. The shoreline is beautiful. The place was spotless, well appointed, had very nice fixtures and materials, a very functional, pleasing kitchen and comfy beds. It was also very easy to have 2 main suites simply by closing the hallway door for the more public bathroom. Highly recommend!

This is the second time we have stayed here and it was great. The beach is very close and the neighborhood was peaceful. The house had everything thing that you would need for an enjoyable stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Lizbeth was very welcoming and her place was perfect for my visit. I recommend her place - she has several places to suit couples, and single travelers. Nice amenities and very homey. I would definitely stay at her place again! She even sent me on my way with some chocolate chip cookies!

My stay at Vivian’s place was truly wonderful! Her home is located at a very convenient location, close to everything: the market, Downtown Ventura, Botanical gardens, and the pier! The inside of her house is gorgeous, spacious, clean, and decorated so nicely. The pictures posted did not do it justice; we were pleasantly surprised! My family and I enjoyed cooking together in the spacious kitchen. The patio dining area is so lovely, but we were too cold to eat outside this time. The living room is great, my kids loved hanging out there! Vivian offers nice streaming options on TV and some games to play, so the kids were entertained the whole time. The bedrooms are serene and tastefully decorated and we appreciated plenty of closet space and the hangers. The master bedroom and bathroom are the best! My parents really loved their stay there. The room is so spacious: there is a bed, walk-in closet, a sofa, and a desk/chair. Thank you Vivian for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Hollywood Katina! From start to finish the experience was Hollywood! Katina was proactive from the beginning! Asking me about the trip and making sure we were comfortable and had what we needed. The area is so chill and so peaceful! The beach is pristine and the unit was about as clean as I have ever seen. My family and I explored the area and surrounding areas. From Pinnacles to the Channel Islands back to Ojai and Oxnard, Ventura, Solvang then back down to LA! The people the shopping the hiking all as perfect as you can get. We loved all the extras that Katina had for us and would recommend this unit to anyone looking for a SoCal getaway. Thank you Katina

It was a great home with everything you could need, there was toys for the kids and books to read, the kitchen had everything. We would definitely recommend this place.

This was a great house and we hope to stay again! Note that the studio is separate from the house and you do have to walk outside from the house to get there, but it is right next door, and the casita is a bedroom at the other end of the backyard from the house with only a bed in it. Also note that the sleeping nook in the 2nd bedroom is not a full twin size, but more narrow. The grounds are gorgeous and the house is well maintained and extremely comfortable. The neighborhood is very family friendly, with both beach and More Mesa in easy walking distance.

Chico and Coco could not have been kinder. Chico met us at check in and showed us everything. What a luxury to have a 2 car garage. We were very happy with our stay!

Joel's place was perfect for our 2 night destination wedding stay. Joel responded immediately to our needs. His place is well appointed with a gourmet kitchen, coffee and a few little extras that made the visit special. The home is quiet and an easy 10 minute drive from Ojai. We would absolutely stay there again in the future.

My husband and I did a five day stay here and it was well worth it. We wanted to stay somewhere serene while still being able to explore Santa Barbara and Ojai. Santa Barbara is only 15 minutes away and Ojai is about 30 minutes. We bounced around between those two towns and also got to see what Carpinteria was all about. Steven's place is 7 minutes to the Carpinteria Bluffs where heaven meets earth. The locals are friendly and high in consciousness, they are one with the environment and take pride in their role in keeping it safe. The home itself is spacious with great views, the kitchen was fully stocked with the all the cooking essentials. Instacart delivers to this location if you need anything last minute. During the stay you will hear different sounds of farm animals in the distance which I found relaxing. The living room is comfortable with tons of lounge furniture and space. The outdoor decks have plenty of seating and is surrounded by wildlife. If you want peace come here!
