This was our 2nd stay we loved it so much our first visit. Felt right at home.

This was my third time staying at Jennifer's yurt, and it was a great stay as always! So close to everything you'd want in Santa Barbara, but a really lovely escape into nature, with a clear view of the stars and so much tranquility. Highly recommend!

Nice location, comfortable beds, pool and hot tub are nice. Kitchen was appointed well enough for our needs. Communication was strong. Lovely views. Recommended.

There were 6 family members and a 1 1/2 year old. We especially loved the quiet and peaceful location and the fact it was central to downtown Santa Barbara as well as the airport since we were driving back and forth picking up and dropping off family members flying in. The house was well equipped with everything we could need especially the pantry items. Lots of towels, both bathroom and beach towels for the pool and hot tub. Marie was so responsive to all our questions and needs!

The stay here was amazing. Probably one of the best airbnbs we have stayed which felt like home. All the amenities were available. The house was very clean. Felt like home.

Our five family members, all adults, had plenty of room to spread out, but also great spaces to be together. It was a lovely home with a gorgeous kitchen, and it was tastefully decorated for the holidays.

Consider yourself lucky if you’re able to book this beautiful home in Ojai. Julie was just the sweetest and most thoughtful host. Her curation and dedication to this beautiful space shines through every piece of decor and detail in the house. If you are looking to relax and find peace in a healing setting, book it. I hope to stay here whenever we return to Ojai.

Thank you, Grady, for offering such a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the view! The openness of the living area, the different outdoor areas to gather together or just relax alone quietly, and the dedicated office area made our stay the perfect place to reconnect and visit with family we hadn't seen in awhile. The house was very clean, the beds were really comfortable, the kitchen has a great coffee maker and the ocean view from the dining room was beautiful. We especially loved the surfboard table in that area. We can highly recommend a stay here!

What a wonderful find! This attached duplex is a perfect spot to be when spending time in Ventura, Oxnard or Thousand Oaks. Our family used this as our hub while visiting family over the Thanksgiving holiday and was a short, easy freeway trip to Thousand Oaks and Oxnard. The house is on a quiet, cute street with lots of street parking that is close to many amenities....including a less than 10 minute drive to the Ventura Beach Bike Path which is a perfect spot to walk, jog, spend time on the beach or eat. The shoreline is beautiful. The place was spotless, well appointed, had very nice fixtures and materials, a very functional, pleasing kitchen and comfy beds. It was also very easy to have 2 main suites simply by closing the hallway door for the more public bathroom. Highly recommend!

Agree with the previous positive feedbacks, this home is wonderful! Appeared even larger than it seemed on the photos and there is everything you might need. Karen is always responsive and helpful. The neighbors are nice and friendly. We were especially lucky to have chosen this location as it was safe in Oxnard during the LA/Malibu wildfires: no smoke, no smell, no evaluation recommendations - you would not notice the disaster was less than one hour drive from there. Wish all the best to Karen and hope to visit again!

Lizbeth's place was pleasant, quiet, and very clean. The neighborhood is a 10 minute walk to a local coffee shop, restaurants, Trader Joe's, grocery and drug store. Lisbeth is very hospitable and welcoming. She gave me my privacy but made sure I had everything I needed. She even brought over fresh homemade bread. This place is a gem!

My stay at Vivian’s place was truly wonderful! Her home is located at a very convenient location, close to everything: the market, Downtown Ventura, Botanical gardens, and the pier! The inside of her house is gorgeous, spacious, clean, and decorated so nicely. The pictures posted did not do it justice; we were pleasantly surprised! My family and I enjoyed cooking together in the spacious kitchen. The patio dining area is so lovely, but we were too cold to eat outside this time. The living room is great, my kids loved hanging out there! Vivian offers nice streaming options on TV and some games to play, so the kids were entertained the whole time. The bedrooms are serene and tastefully decorated and we appreciated plenty of closet space and the hangers. The master bedroom and bathroom are the best! My parents really loved their stay there. The room is so spacious: there is a bed, walk-in closet, a sofa, and a desk/chair. Thank you Vivian for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Hollywood Katina! From start to finish the experience was Hollywood! Katina was proactive from the beginning! Asking me about the trip and making sure we were comfortable and had what we needed. The area is so chill and so peaceful! The beach is pristine and the unit was about as clean as I have ever seen. My family and I explored the area and surrounding areas. From Pinnacles to the Channel Islands back to Ojai and Oxnard, Ventura, Solvang then back down to LA! The people the shopping the hiking all as perfect as you can get. We loved all the extras that Katina had for us and would recommend this unit to anyone looking for a SoCal getaway. Thank you Katina

An amazing experince in all senses!!! The apartment was amazing and it had all what we could dream for. My only request would be that they leave the possibility of using netflix. All the rest waa AMAZING. The views are to die for. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Krista and Brad were lifesavers! They were incredibly kind during our evacuation. The space is so great and perfect what we needed. Very close to beach and shops. Cute yard and super private.

The house is beautiful and tucked away in the hills. I would recommend to anyone looking for a secluded get away with easy access to wineries, restaurants, and the beach.

We loved our stay at Jesse and Abha’s place! The location is amazing, a short walk to the beach. The house was perfect for our two families (two kids each) and one dog. Their kitchen had everything we needed to cook multiple meals, and they have great beach gear available as well! Comfy beds, great rooms to hangs in. We enjoyed a meal on the roof deck as well. We couldn’t be happier!!

This was a great house and we hope to stay again! Note that the studio is separate from the house and you do have to walk outside from the house to get there, but it is right next door, and the casita is a bedroom at the other end of the backyard from the house with only a bed in it. Also note that the sleeping nook in the 2nd bedroom is not a full twin size, but more narrow. The grounds are gorgeous and the house is well maintained and extremely comfortable. The neighborhood is very family friendly, with both beach and More Mesa in easy walking distance.

Chico & Coco are epitome of generous, gracious hosts. We were greeted with a bottle of wine & delicious fresh fruit upon arrival. The landscaping brought joy to my heart from the banana trees to the sunflowers. The place was fully equipped with everything we needed & the bed was comfortable. I enjoyed reading on the balcony & walking my dog through their wonderful, friendly neighborhood. The location is close proximity to everything, walking distance to East Beach, a 7 minute car ride to Butterfly Beach, a quick car ride to state street. Overall it was an incredible experience & we hope to stay at one of their properties again/in the near future. Thank you CoCo & Chico, we wish you nothing but love, health & continued success!!!

We booked this home since it's right down the street from family. It was perfect for our needs, we weren't home much as we mostly hung out with our family at their house but everything we needed was there - linens, kitchen gear, etc. I will try to seek this home out again when coming back out to visit.

Very friendly host and beautiful comfortable place. Family friendly accommodations for a large group. The host was very attentive and friendly and accommodating. We would love to stay there again!
