Vacation rentals with a patio in Minglanilla

Highly recommended! The apartment was spotless and ready for us when we arrived. It was exactly how the host described it and everything in it. The host's mom who runs the place was super kind, friendly, and attentive to our needs. The gated, quiet place was well-maintained with a huge parking lot and colorful bougainvillea flowers all around. We had the chance to take a look at the apartment months before we rented it so there were no surprises. I definitely will give it a 6 out of 5. Such a beautiful and relaxing place to stay!!

A home away from home. So happy we stayed here. It’s perfect for bigger groups and even accommodating for babies/kids. The house is equipped with everything you need and is nicely decorated. The beds are comfortable, each room has an AC, there’s a Smart TV, the bathroom is impeccable and there’s a powder room downstairs. Everything was so well planned out. We liked the terrace so much, it was fun hanging out there. The location is more intimate and peaceful, located in a residential area but still easy to get to the city center by private car or public transport because of its close proximity. Overall, it was a fantastic and pleasant stay. We highly recommend Manny’s place. He has a good system working for him. We’d keep his place at the top of our list the next time we visit Cebu. The place was nice and beautiful. It was a great experience for us to stay in your place although we can hear the noise from the outside. The unit is big, spacious, clean, neat, and comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped. And last it is ideal for remote worker because of the high speed internet. Thank you for the great unit 💛

We had a great stay in Cebu! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had an amazing view of the city. The location is convenient, close to shops and restaurants. The host, Elsie, was very responsive and made check-in easy. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Cebu!

The whole stay was great from the responsive host up to the beautiful, neat and clean unit. Our stay was very relaxing except with the key card that we keep on asking with the receptionist but thankful with their very friendly and approachable receptionist.

My boyfriend and I had a good last night at Hanna-Mae’s place before flying home from Cebu airport the next day. The Appartement is beautiful and comes with access to a very nice big outdoor swimming pool and a modern, well-equipped fitness center. It’s very close to the airport, very convenient for late/early flights.

The best place to stay in Lapu-Lapu Cebu. Place is quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Kumpleto ng gamit pang bahay, sobrang convenient specially sa mga long term na stay like weeks or planning to stay for a month. Lahat ng gamit na need mo meron na sila. Except for iron for clothes. But the rest specially for pang luto, meron . Malinis, Mabango, sobrang at home ka . Spacious. Sobrang relaxing. The best place for me. Highly recommended. Thank you Shai ♥️🤍

We enjoyed our stay and the massager chair with the coffee espresso was our favorite. Almost everything you will need has been provided. I am thankful that Florabel and Ronah were responsive in all our communications. One suggestion will be if they can put a shower curtain in their bath tub since it make the bathroom flooring slippery. My mother had to be careful here. Overall, I will definitely come back here. The family stayed for a few days and spent the New Year. The location was good and the place was worth the price and had very good rooms, pool and a great roof top to barbecue and a higher one with great views. Would recommend the place for any family. Happy New Year!

It was a nice place. Clean and very big ang area. Perfect for big groups who want to stay together and celebrate. Also nice to unwind at the pool area.

Hiram's abode is truly amazing! No wonder why it's booked 100% 30 times a month❣️The host is very responsive to my concerns. There was a time when I told him about the problem with the kitchen sink and he immediately dispatched a repairman first hour the following day! That's 100% customer satisfaction🥳. Leizl (the caretaker) and her crew were still doing some " final touches" when we arrived almost around 1600H. They were all friendly and have vibrant smiles. She did a quick house tour, enough for us to know the basics around the house. All rooms are with AC, including the sala/kitchen area. The only thing that needs improvement might be the wattage of the lightings. I would say that there was something to improve on the illumination particularly in the dining area and bedrooms. Nevertheless, everthing is great! And oh, there's no bidet spray in the bathroom😉

Had such a great time. I would encourage anyone in the morning or evening to walk out of the door, take a left down the street and see the community of children and families playing joyfully, admire the nice homes, and bask in the atmosphere. Host was great, internet was flawless. Water refills and trash pickup everyday. Doing laundry was easy. Neighborhood was so nice. Felt very safe doing night walks.

The property was spotless, beautifully decorated and thoughtfully equipped with everything we could possibly need such as kitchen essentials, a washing machine, etc. It is exactly as described. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure we are comfortable. The location was perfect, and everything about the stay exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend and would definitely return!

The place was immaculate and exactly like the photos. I put in the wrong neighborhood on Grab but found out you can put the address directly to the house which made it much easier to get around. Quiet neighborhood. Located pretty close to everything you may want to do Lapu Lapu. Dana was especially nice, friendly, and courteous during our stay when we had questions. Would recommend.

Then we rested really well afterwards kasi comfortable yung beds nila. Highly recommended and we will book this again next time!

recently had the pleasure of staying at Tambuli Condo with my mom and cousins, and it was a fantastic experience. The condo itself is well-maintained, spacious, and comfortable,perfect for a family getaway. The living area was cozy and had enough room for all of us to relax. The security was also top-notch, and the staff was friendly and helpful, which made us feel very at ease during our stay. I highly recommend this place for family stays. It gives a balance between comfort, convenience, and relaxation. I’d definitely stay again!

Highlight of this booking is the dedicated workspace which is perfect for a traveling virtual accountant like meeee! They’ve got a monitor ready and a standing desk! What a steal deal! 🥺❤️

The place truly exceeded our expectations. The kitchen was fully functional and the rooms were clean and well maintained. Location was convenient and the place was very spacious. We just had a slight issue with the water supply on our last day but the front desk attendants were very accommodating and helpful. They even assisted us with our luggage. Our family spent Christmas in this unit and we left with nothing but good memories. Thank you for being such great hosts and looking forward to our next stay in your unit. 😉
