Comfortable Stay with Considerations Our stay at Jenirma's Airbnb was mostly enjoyable, with a few points to note: Liked: - Exceptional Host: Jenirma was responsive and accommodating. - Cozy Apartment: Well-maintained, with all essentials and spacious. - Stable WiFi: Ideal for remote work. - Outdoor Spaces: Private patio and shared garden were serene. - Peaceful Atmosphere: Minimal noise, perfect for relaxation. Dislikes: - Noise Disturbances: Occasional distant noise from karaoke or loudspeakers - Bed Comfort: Some areas were firm, affecting comfort slightly. - Pest Issue: Encountered common furniture beetles in the bed. - Air Conditioning: Effective but noisy, unit needs cleaning. - Accessibility: Challenging to locate for the first timer, with a rough road. Overall, Jenirma's hospitality and the comfortable amenities made our stay pleasant. Despite minor drawbacks, like noise and comfort issues with the bed, we enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and would consider returning.

Highly recommended! The apartment was spotless and ready for us when we arrived. It was exactly how the host described it and everything in it. The host's mom who runs the place was super kind, friendly, and attentive to our needs. The gated, quiet place was well-maintained with a huge parking lot and colorful bougainvillea flowers all around. We had the chance to take a look at the apartment months before we rented it so there were no surprises. I definitely will give it a 6 out of 5. Such a beautiful and relaxing place to stay!!

Don's place provided us with a comfortable and restful space. It was an ideal place to take tours from, close to a supermarket and allowed easy access to tricycles. Having been travelling it was great to be in a homely environment and cook meals in the well equipped kitchen and eat at our leisure. The pool was greatly appreciated after touring and for relaxing. Many thanks also to M.J. Our stay wil be part of our trip memories.

Place itself is clean & comfy which is also located in an area of peace and quiet. The host let check in earlier than check in time since we arrived early. Papa Rene was there accomodating us during check in until check out. highly recommendable place to stay.

The place was super clean and cozy, and the host was really friendly and helpful. The location was great—quiet but close to everything I needed. It had all the amenities I needed, and I felt really comfortable there. I’d definitely recommend it and would love to stay again!

Timotea took us in at 3am after an unpleasant stay at another location. The house is very spacious and is located in a quiet subdivision. It’s about 10-15 mins drive to Alona.

Absolutely recommend if staying in Moalboal town, sets the standard for a top end accomodation at reasonable price, private bungalow, peaceful although close to main road, comfortable bed, spotless and clean, lots of pillows, great a/c, and beautiful bathroom and outdoor shower area, plus an fully equipped open kitchen with blender. Michael and staff super welcoming and helpful, wish I stayed longer

An amazing stay, whenever I had questions they were answered very quickly. The staff were always approchable and willing to help. The pool area is great with lots of shadow for the easily sunburnt people and the houses have more than plenty of room for 2 persons. There was also an absolutely amazing brunch place when coming out to the main road.

Felt like home from the beginning! So clean and comfortable, and with every convenience from AC's, kitchen, big TV's, linen and towels. They will even replace a light globe for you :) Great location, good and friendly security, swimming pools etc. Great for kids and adults. I searched hard and couldn't find better. I will definitely choose this house again next time

Had such a great time. I would encourage anyone in the morning or evening to walk out of the door, take a left down the street and see the community of children and families playing joyfully, admire the nice homes, and bask in the atmosphere. Host was great, internet was flawless. Water refills and trash pickup everyday. Doing laundry was easy. Neighborhood was so nice. Felt very safe doing night walks.

A Home Away From Home! The place was a delightful surprise. It was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, making us feel right at home. Having a dedicated parking space was a huge plus(for us), especially for those traveling by car. The hosts were incredibly responsive and polite, making our stay even more enjoyable.
