Where do I begin.. we keep coming back to stay at this wonderful little place because we feel at home. Pubudu and Mithila’s hospitality is unmatched. We are so grateful to them for always making sure that everything is in tip top shape. Honestly it’s stress free and we can trust them blindly to make our stay perfect. Simply, it was our home for a short period of time. Everything was so perfect that we didn't even want to make a call to get clarification. Genuka is a very friendly person, and from the moment we placed the reservation, he was carefully concerned about what we wanted. And his father, who handed over the key to us, was also a very gentle and professional person who explained everything in the house clearly. The neighborhood is very relaxing, calm, and safe. There's a grocery store very close to the house where you can purchase almost all the things you need to cook (the house has a nice kitchen that includes all the related items to make your own meals). And the Galenigama highway interchange is much closer, so you can access most of the places very quickly. So Genuka's property is highly recommended; it is a nice, clean, safe, and calm place to relax and achieve your requirements closer to the main cities. Good Luck! 

I stayed at Roni's place for nearly 35 days. Initially booked for a month then extended again a further 4 days. The place is Ideal to use as a base for a long holiday. Roni was extremely helpful often going above and beyond whenever asked for something. She even offered to take us out for a lunch which I didnt expect. The place is run very efficiently and there are cleaners who keep the place spotless. Im very happy with my stay here. There was zero hassle, no loud noises, no unexpected issues etc. If I return to Sri Lanka again later this year Roni's place would likely be my place of choice.

I’m more than glad I chose to stay at this cute little place. It’s quiet, clean and has easy access to everywhere. The hosts are super nice and externally helpful. They are the sweetest hosts ever. I’ll rate this place a solid 10000/10. Great for solo travellers, specially girls. It truly is a safe place to stay if you are a girl travelling alone. Will definitely come back.
