Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Middletown

My family and I had a delightful time in Providence staying at Colin's AirB&B. The flat was full of beautiful photos, color, and it was clean and comfortable. Colin was a great host. He was quick to respond to our questions and concerns. He even helped us bring in our luggage. I hope that he will have available room whenever I return to Providence!

This was the perfect space to stay while visiting family. It matches the photos very well. Cozy and clean. It has little touches that really go a long way like extension cords with plugs on both sides of the beds. Michael is a great host, very communicative. I will definitely stay here again!

I would definitely stay here again, close to downtown and right in the historic district of Providence. I felt right at home.

If I were an aristocrat in the late 19th century — early 20th century, I suppose I would holiday here. All the charms of the Victorian era still ring true. And although the place is non accessible for physically handicapped people, the charm lays in the spiral staircase, or the third-floor bedroom, or the small but winsome kitchen. Speaking of kitchen, the views from the countertop to ceiling windows are spectacular — especially on the snowcapped I visited. And the other marvel is the third-floor loft. At night, when lights are out, the moonlight sky crashes through the windows. I found this space warm, welcoming, and most of all relaxing. And Emily as host; could not get better. She did greet me the first night…Welcome me for dinner on another night, and was wonderful to chat with….I found Jamestown endearing. More nostalgic than anything.…It is a place to visit again. Possibly summer but I found winter to hold a mystic appeal… with homemade soup and warm bread.

Thanks for a nice stay in Newport and the welcome basket! We enjoyed being nxt to the ballpark and in the heart of town! Gooseberry beach was perfect. The Cliff walk and the Breakers did not disappoint. We took a sail around the harbor and it was so relaxing. The apartment was clean, the beds very comfortable, the kitchen was stocked for cooking and the bathroom had an updated shower with good water pressure. Loved the parking space! Thank u for the quietest AC’s in the world! The apartment had everything you could ask for a great stay to explore Newport, Block Island with the Ferry down the street and the town of Wakefield before and after the drive! The four of us would highly recommend. Thanks for a great vacation!

We were in town for a girls' weekend and Liliane's place was perfect for our needs. She was proactive with communications and very responsive. The property was as described and very clean. The location was perfect -- easy to walk to Thames and we were able to park for free right on the street during our stay (we were there in November). Thank you Liliane for a great weekend!

Amazing 1 week stay with 2 friends Great place great location.. wonderful linens .. a bottle of wine awaited us Got extra coffee when needed . Debbie was amazing .. we did laundry while there and quarters provided .. would definitely stay again ..

Just what I needed close enough to downtown. Parking was better off street than in back but otherwise cozy and comfortable .

Staying at Pat’s home was absolutely perfect! The house was very comfortable, and Pat went out of her way to provide snacks and breakfast items for us. We were in town for a Friendsgiving, and Pat made our weekend stay so much more. The house was wonderful, clean, beds were comfy and the neighborhood is very walkable. I can’t recommend Pat’s home enough!

Quiet, comfortable house. Johanna was easy to communicate with and accommodating. Everything was as listed with 5 large bedrooms with queen beds and two very clean bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked and very clean. The living room was also comfortable. We will definitely stay here again when we return to visit family in Providence.

What a beautifully decorated home! Close to the beach & loved that a beach cart, chairs & boggie boards were included. Although we brought a few of our own, was nice to have extra boggie boards. Great places to gather outside & loved having an outdoor shower. Loved having a water filter right in the fridge. My girls loved the porch that has been coverted to a bedroom with two beautiful full size beds. Loved that it had what we needed an no clutter to distract. Easy check in process. Owner was very responsive. A great vacation for the family!!

Fabulous place to stay that met our budget and was within 15 min. of RI Hospital. Very clean in a nice & quiet neighborhood with more privacy than you'd expect. The space is tidy, easy to relax in and feel right at home. All the essentials are provided from soap and toothpaste to cleaning supplies. Breakfast items, including fresh milk, eggs, bagels, etc, and a surprise delivery of local donuts made us feel so welcome. Seeing as we were there for our daughter to have surgery, they even dropped off homemade baked goods when she was discharged from the hospital. Hands down the best hosts we've ever had! They checked in periodically by text, making sure we had everything we needed. Available at all times, but not intrusive in the least. Nouafal & Jillian now feel more like friends than hosts. They are exceptional and we highly recommend them and their home. Thanks so much you two!! You made a difficult trip so much more pleasant! AAA+++

Fantastic location! House has everything you need for your home away from home. Clean and the best home if you are bringing your dog!! Fenced in yard and even a dog dish if you forget to pack your dogs. I would highly recommend!

The house was easy to find a great location for visiting Newport. Quiet neighborhood but easy access to restaurants, vineyards and the shoreline. The house was clean and easily accommodated 4 adults on this mom’s get away weekend. We visited a vineyard, went on a food tour, walked the Cliff Walk and spend a quiet evening at home. I would definitely recommend Ken’s place!

Heather was amazing. Had a hiccup and she was right on it. House was very comfortable. With 2 toddlers we appreciated the house not having a lot of Knick knacks and breakables.

Stay there during Thanksgiving week and had a great experience. The hosts are welcoming and responsive. The condo is clean, light, warm and spacious. We love the kitchen. The beds were comfortable. Highly recommend.

Wonderful place! Very attractive, super clean, very easy to get into, walk everywhere. The kitchen is so well stocked, coffee, spices all the things needed. Comfortable communal area and beds. It was really nice for 2 couples having 2BR and 2full BR upstairs. We hope to be back.Thank you Shannon for a great stay!

I was in Newport for a work event - sadly, the conference hotel ran out of rooms in the block, but lucky for me, I got to enjoy a different experience! Troy's place was the perfect retreat after a long day on my feet. It was super clean, very comfortable (the bed was fantastic!), and located within steps to restaurants and shops. While I imagine it's noisier in the summer, during the off-season it was quiet. Frankly, it was probably quieter than the hotel room I would've stayed in otherwise. I'd absolutely recommend this place to any solo traveler or couple! Thank you, Troy, for a great stay!

We booked a last minute stay at Kelly’s place and she was great. Always super responsive and helpful, especially when we had trouble finding the place at first (totally our own fault!). The place was perfectly clean and well stocked with anything we could possibly need. It was also in a great central location near many shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay there again!

I visit the area often and usually stay at hotels nearby. We chose to try Airbnb this time because we could save for four adults. So glad we did. We enjoyed our stay at Lisa and Kevin’s condo. The place is well maintained and felt like home. This will be our choice every time we visit, if you’ll have us.
