Vacation rentals with a home theater in Middletown

Great spot! Full-size condo with two bedrooms and two bathrooms and living room and a kitchen. Pool and hot tub on the property and let’s not forget, in downtown Newport. Chris, the host was very responsive and gave great inside information about the property. I stayed here for a work trip but I would love to come back for a family weekend. Last night we were there we just chilled by the pool with some takeout food, and there was a movie on a projection screen. Really cool community at the property, very comfortable, very clean. Can’t say enough 100%- do it.

Randi’s place was very clean and safe. It is close to downtown. It definitely met our expectations. Would definitely go back.

This was a last minute booking and Karen was amazing!! She reached out to me right away and I was able to secure this place on one of the busiest weekends in Newport!! The place was the absolute perfect location, I did not have to move my car once. The space itself was very spacious and had a lot of light for a basement dwelling. Very cute. I’m so excited. I have found a new place to stay in Newport every time I come and visit. Thank you, Karen for being such a gracious host.

Steven could not have been nicer or more responsive. I needed a quick and simple place to stay while visiting my daughter at URI. Felt comfortable as a single female.

Thank you Chris for the Airbnb rental we had an amazing time. Everything in the rental was perfect. Amazing views great accommodations, great location, walking distance to restaurants, stores,trolley, boat cruises, ferries the beach is minutes away. The amenities from the sister hotel was awesome as well which was right across the street. Looking forward to coming back🫶🏻

Dan's place was perfect for our annual sojourn to the Newport Jazz Festival. His home is very well-appointed and comfortable, with convenient access to local shops, dining, and the beautiful RI coast. From the outset, Dan was a gracious and responsive host. As a frequent AirBnB guest, I would definitely consider staying here again and highly recommend the Woodruff Getaway for some of the best that Rhode Island has to offer.

Loved how well appointed the house was, from kitchen to towels and patio furniture with cushions .Pool was a great feature and outdoor grilling area was lovely though we didn’t have a chance to use it. Great place to stay near Newport, wineries, etc.

Great location! House was very clean and host was very communicative! Perfect for multiple families as house is very noise proof!

Loved our time at this cottage. Super close to everything we love in Newport. The location was very private and had everything we needed for our short stay. Derek is a phenomenal host. Already looking to see when we can get back.

Enjoyed a wonderful 4 night stay at Club Wyndham at Long Wharf. Condominium style apartment with large living room / dining area that was great for me and my parents. Conveniently located and in a quiet part of town. Parking was easy and secure. Lobster Shack was less than 5 minute walk away and we enjoyed two meals there. Description says harbor view but there are no views of harbor directly from the unit - I'm assuming they mean from the street. Front desk was very friendly and super responsive, they provided an electric kettle almost immediately upon request. That was the only thing missing from the well stocked and very clean kitchen. Would stay again if I'm in the area.

Great location! Easy walk to tons of restaurants and shopping! Nice activities available on site - pool, activities center, movie theater. My kids had a great time!
