Middletown vacation rentals

We booked Tyler and Lauren’s place for a wedding we were attending in the area. It was perfect for our needs and close to the wedding venue. Their place was clean and comfortable and we took advantage of their outdoor fire pit area, including the s’more fixings they left for us. They have a lovely yard and Lauren was incredibly friendly and responsive with all of our questions and concerns. I would absolutely stay there again if visiting RI.

I was in Newport for a weekend with friends. Karen's place was perfect! Fantastic location, very walkable to shops and restaurants. I highly recommend!

We were lucky to stay at Angela’s gorgeous cottage for the week of Thanksgiving. It was the perfect break for my son who goes to school in Boston and close to extended family and friends. The house is very comfortable for a family of 4. It’s quiet though not isolated and within walking distance to Iggy’s and the water. Rooms are bright and warm. The kitchen had everything we needed. Towels were plenty, fluffy and just-like-home. Angela has thought through her guest’s experience and made sure to have whatever might be needed.

We absolutely loved our stay at this oasis in the perfect location in Narragansett. A 12 minute walk to the beach, a 3 minute walk to see the water, as well as restaurants (Boon Street Market, Crazy Burger and Coast Guard House) and some local shopping. We were there for my wedding, it was the perfect central spot to be close the venue at The Towers and get ready. Katie was so responsive and accommodating. She has thought of everything, from a toy closet for kids, every type kitchen gadget one may need and my favorite hand soap Mrs. Meyers. I would love to come back in the summer as it is ideal with the outdoor shower and huge lawn with the fire pit and big table. It was a total of 10 people, which felt perfect for the amount of bathrooms and bedrooms. HIGHLY recommend, as a former local myself, this is the type of house that I have always wanted in Narragansett.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at David's charming cottage, and I can't recommend it highly enough! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that made me feel right at home. The cottage itself is beautifully decorated, blending rustic charm with modern amenities. The cozy living area was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring, and the fully equipped kitchen had everything I needed to whip up a few meals. The bedroom was a true sanctuary, complete with a comfortable bed and soft linens that ensured a restful night's sleep. One of the highlights of my stay was the stunning outdoor space. The garden is a peaceful oasis, ideal for sipping coffee in the morning or unwinding with a good book in the afternoon. David has clearly put a lot of thought into creating a serene environment for guests to enjoy. Location-wise, the cottage is conveniently situated near local attractions, yet it feels like a hidden gem away from the hustle and bustle.

Great host with prompt communications. Easily, the most well equipped and well appointed property we have ever visited.

If you love the sound of waves crashing at your feet, this is the place for you. Incredible sunsets from the private deck. A picturesque, walkable village with a beautiful pier. Your own private beach right outside your door. Restaurants right up the street. Small enough to be absolutely charming but big enough (with the large loft) to accommodate a group. Location is everything and this place has it. Exactly as advertised and Host could not have been more amiable.
