Great value for the Edgewater Resort property. Villa is the first building next to the bridge that connects the villas to the pools and beach. Perfect accommodations for the week.

This Condo was very nice and clean. My Family and I felt right at home and loved the place! Would highly recommend this Condo to anyone of my Family and Friends! This Condo was located in close proximity to everything and the Golf Cart was a very nice added bonus , we took it everywhere

We used this beach house for a family vacation. There was plenty of room for everyone, and it is in a great location - steps from the beach! It's a lovely home and we had an amazing time!

We really enjoyed our stay! We love this neighborhood and have stayed in other units previously. The place was clean and well taken care of. It’s definitely lacking compared to our other stays in 30A in regards to what it offers like baby supplies, kitchen supplies, etc. They supply starter items for bathrooms and kitchen and that was plenty for us. They have some beach supplies (some of which we bought and left) and bikes so that was great! If you come prepared with all that you’ll need, then it’s a lovely stay.

Place was perfect! Awesome home. Close and safe trip to the beach. Pool deck was fun and relaxing. Staff was prompt and helpful. Really, really enjoyed our stay and the property overall. Great spot for families/kids.

First check in was easy and the front desk attendant was very friendly and welcoming. We received the cutest welcome box with directions and small welcome gifts. The community is private and tucked away. Safe for walking and family friendly. The beach and pool were both very close and easy to access. Both walkable distances. The house we stayed in was emasculate! Better than described or as we imagined. We were pleasantly surprised to find a private hot tub. Our back patio faced the pool. The 2nd floor back porches also overlooked the pool. The house we chose had 5 bedroooms and 5 baths I believe. Plenty of space for everyone to stretch out. The hosts were proactive and communicative, checking in with us to see how things were going. Restaurants and things to do were all a quick Uber ride or drive to anything we needed. Loved it, will def stay again.

My experience from the beginning until the end of this rental was wonderful. The home was immaculate and exactly as pictured. My family and I had more than enough room to sleep comfortably . We will definitely be returning next year.

They over booked and we didn’t get the house we were supposed to get by the pool. The other house was nice but not what we rented.

The resort is big. The villa itself is a bit of a walk from the beach but it is walkable and there is a crosswalk to cross the street to get over. There are also trams that pass by every couple minutes that will take you to the beach. The lagoon pool was amazing, the beach was gorgeous, the drinks at the bar were really good. Everything was great. Will be back soon.

Was perfect for what we were down for. Super clean place with a very responsive host! Literally the best spot on the beach with a little cove the kids played in! Will stay again!!

It was an awesome stay! We had no problems what so ever. Our dryer wasn’t working but they responded quickly.

Our family cannot wait to come back and stay at this location.

My three teenagers and I had such a wonderful stay over our fall break. The villa was spacious and beautiful. We had everything we needed. I appreciated the soft cooler, beach chairs, and boogie boards that were available for use. Having the golf cart pickup as an option was nice, but we ended up just walking to the pool and beach most of the time. Sunsets were incredible. Tonya was super responsive to my concerns about weather, and she gave recommendations for what to do on our final day waiting on a late flight home. Wouldn’t hesitate to come back!

Nice condo and location. Parking wasn’t great, sometimes there was no space close to your condo and had to walk a bit. Not a big deal, but annoying when unloading luggage and groceries. Appeared clean, but found a tennis ball under a bed which clearly wasn’t checked, and our feet were filthy after waking in the condo without shoes the first day. Didn’t appear to have been mopped recently.

This place was great! So clean and exactly what the pictures portrayed! Great place and will be back!
