Condo vacation rentals in Mexico Beach

This was a beautiful condo. Everything was so perfect. The view of the gulf from the couch was a nice touch. The receptionist was polite and helpful. The cleanliness of the condo was perfect! Communication from the owners was wonderful. We will definitely stay there again when we come back.

Excellent apartment, location, the complex has everything, restaurant, pool, beach 3 minutes walk, you can go for a walk and breathe fresh air, everything well organized and clean, it's a 10/10, I would come back 100% recommend it, the host is excellent and always attentive to any questions.

Such a beautiful place to stay at !10/10 would recommend staying the pools are very close . Plus just a 6 minute walk to the beach ! Definitely would come back again ! Robin was a great and very responsive host !

Very clean and relaxing

We really enjoyed staying at Pam's place. Regency Towers was very peaceful and away from the hustle and bustle of other spring breakers. We purposely stayed at this end of Thomas Drive because I knew that we would not encounter any of the "wild" spring breakers that typically come to PCB this time of year and would have access to great restaurants. We also chose this unit because I knew that the balcony faced the sunset, which we immensely enjoyed every evening from the comfort of the patio. The property is gated by super-friendly staff and felt very safe. Unfortunately, there were double red flags daily (typical for this time of year), so we could not go in the ocean. However, we enjoyed the heated pool, hot tub, ample pool chairs with included umbrellas, and the beach chairs and umbrellas down at the beach. Pam's place is very clean, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed for a fantastic vacation. Also, the water pressure in the shower is amazing, which I really loved!

I’ve stayed at several condos on this property but Caty’s was one of a kind! I feel like the pictures online don’t do the condo justice. I loved the decor and felt very at home there. I was literally blown away with all of the different things she had for her guests to use. Board games, beach chairs, wagon, sand toys, beach towels, coupons for local restaurants, lots of extras in the kitchen and even several extra throw blankets for those of us who stay cold 🥶 We all felt right at home and I couldn’t be more grateful for the generosity she showed to our family. We will definitely be back! Thank you 😊

Great place to stay! Vasyl responds really fast and even let us check in early. Great location and only a 5 minute walk from the beach and even closer to Pier Park!

We enjoyed our stay here! Everything was clean, as described, and well stocked. There were plenty of kitchen & bathroom supplies to get us started. Communication was quick and easy, which we appreciated. We stay at Ocean Villa every year for spring break and Jae’s condo is hard to beat!

We had a closet door on the pantry that was kind of hanging there when we checked in. It eventually fell next to our 3yo grandson. Door was pretty heavy. We ended up propping it up so it wouldn’t fall again. Dryer had issues. Sounded awful. Husband said bearing were shot. Took a long time to dry. Overall great place besides those 2 issues. Enjoyed our stay with family. Will definitely rent again.

My son and I were in PCB for his fall break. Irina's place was perfect for us. She was easy to work with prior to and we will definitely stay there again in the future. It was very clean and my son enjoyed the bunk bed. We will definitely stay there again.

The accommodations were spot on and everyone had was comfortable. When we first arrived we turned on the tv in a couple of the apartments, but could not get connected to any channels. I messaged Josh and within minutes he responded with the solution. Josh provided local places to go for groceries and things to do. We really liked the donuts, they even had my fave, maple bacon glazed (yum) and it was very close and easy to get to. Josh was very detailed regarding what would be provided and what you should bring. There were more than enough beach items and we even added some items to the collection.

My stay at Jodi’s place was exceptional. She was an outstanding host—highly communicative, incredibly responsive, and always helpful. Her energy and attentiveness made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. The home itself was exactly as pictured—beautiful, impeccably clean, and well-maintained. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay. If I return to the area, I would not hesitate to stay here again or explore other properties she hosts. Truly a top-tier Airbnb experience!

The entire family enjoyed our vacation at Panama City beach. The condo was perfect and had great views. Plenty of room for the eight of us. A lot of extra amenities throughout the condo. Will be coming back again

This condo is really awesome with a great view of both the beach and the city. It is furnished nicely and the beds are really comfy. There was coffee, cream and sugar for our use and I greatly appreciated that extra. It is in walking distance to Pier Park. I really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely return. Check-in and Check-out was easy. My only complaints are listed below and really are minor issues. Thanks Wendy for an awesome view and a comfortable place. The bed pillows were very flat and need to be replaced. The hot water ran out really quick. We did not find a wagon for hauling items to the beach? The road construction is a mess out front.

The place was as listed. Nice views and easy access to surrounding attractions. Would stay again if we come back to the same area!

Staying at the condo was absolutely amazing. The front door opened up to a beautiful beach view, which made every morning feel like a breath of fresh air. But the real highlight was the balcony — it overlooked a beautiful lake, and every evening we got to watch a mesmerizing water show right from our spot. Location was great! The condo itself was clean, cozy, and stocked with everything we needed for the start of a great vacation. It was the perfect mix of relaxation and scenery, and I’d definitely go back in a heartbeat.

Wonderful Stay by the Beach! I had a fantastic time at this Airbnb! The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to the beach, which made it easy to catch the sunrise and relax by the water every day. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, with great cafes and restaurants nearby. The place itself was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway!

Susan was an excellent host! The unit was incredibly outfitted, clean and comfortable. Great location too! Highly recommend.

Jeff was a fabulous host and very communicative! We were getting in early to the area and found his beautiful space last minute and were able to book without any issue! We traveled with our 2 pups and they loved the space as well! The specific dog area on the property was very helpful and the “dog beach” in Panama City was within walking distance for our pups to enjoy the sand as well! Thank you so much for having us and we would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay and would recommend staying at this condo. Zach and Ava were great hosts—informative, responsive, and friendly. It matched the pictures and was everything we expected it to be. My daughter enjoyed the games and sand toys provided. The dogs loved getting to be a part of our vacation and relaxed as if they were at home. The beds were comfortable and the shower had great water pressure and heat. As the water at the beach was closed during our stay due to rip current warnings, we were thankful for the pool. Currently, there’s construction in the area which makes the closest beach access difficult to get to, but there are plenty of great beaches nearby. We loved Inlet Beach, about 15 minutes from this location.

It was a great place to stay- steps away from beach, everything that you need is provided! Only wish I would’ve known that Mexico beach is NOT dog-friendly. Had to travel a mile down to Gulf county line where the beach is dog-friendly. But it still worked out and we had a great time with our family of 4 and our pup.

Location! Location! Location! I plan to come back and never leave the condo, because although Jermeys beach front abode was perfection! And the entire property was well maintained, I found PCB (during spring break) to be a bit ratchet. For anyone wondering I was told outside of Spring Break PCB is less intense. Otherwise my family of 5 and fur babe loved our time at this immaculate condo and had everything we needed!

My family enjoyed our stay! The home is updated, clean, beautiful and in a prime location. The views are stunning and the access to the beach was perfect for us! We were within walking distance of Thomas Donuts and Carousel grocery store! Todd and Kimberly were quick to respond to any questions and ensured we had everything necessary for a fantastic trip! Highly recommend!
