Our second visit after 5 years and everything is as delightful as our first visit.

The house was very nice and clean. The location was also great and the view fantastic. In addition, the landlords are very nice and helpful. Everything you need is available in the house. Furthermore, it has a nice patio to linger in. I am very happy to book the house again :)

We loved our stay here, Cristina was very welcoming and we loved the apartment. It was the perfect place to explore Tuscany with easy access to Florence. A car is def needed but you can also drive a very short distance to a train station for access to other areas if you prefer. Ensure to take Cristina up on her breakfast option, it was delicious and her attention to detail was amazing! Keep that in mind for your first morning there.

Cocomeraio was my best Airbnb experience so far! Lucia was an amazing host, she did everything to please us and make us feel comfortable. From before the arrival to after she made us feel like home and took care that we have an amazing stay! The place is stunning! Amazing view, amazing sunset! The house is very cozy and clean. The garden is huge and very relaxing. There’s space for enjoying the time with our beloved ones and also relax. Perfect stay. In addition to this amazing stay, we had the pleasure to try the olive oil produced by Lucia’s family. We loved it sooo much that we brought 15 liters of olive oil back home. It’s made with so much love and care and the quality is super premium. You don’t find a quality like this so easily. Thank you so much for the beautiful days in Cocomeraio Agriturismo!

This was our first trip to Italy and we really wanted to stay in the countryside. Leonardo’s home really fit the bill. An easy walk to the train station and only a 30 minute ride into Florence. The home was private and comfortable with lovely gardens. Rignano sull Arno had several restaurants which was very nice.

Our stay at Rosaeugenias Apartment was very comfy and calm. Personally, i loved the kitchen with the gas stove. The Apartment had everything we needed and it felt like home. Eugenia was always around if we had some questions or needed anything. She also was very helpful and showed us everything on the property. Looking forward to the next stay at this apartment.

Carmine's place is just wonderful. The views are stunning and the atmosphere is so calming and peaceful. The house is well stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bed is comfortable and the rooms are spacious. We were there in the beginning of March and it was a bit chilly the first day but Carmine had the fire going for us when we arrived which helped a lot. Overall we really loved our stay and would highly recommend for anyone visiting Tuscany.

Donatellas apartment was beautiful. The location was perfect for visiting anything in town. The rooms were clean and lovely decorated. Each bedroom had a bathroom which was incredibly helpful for our family of 8. Grocery store was right next door and the neighborhood was safe. The check in process was seamless and Erika who met us educated us on all of the apartment details. Would HIGHLY recommend this apartment - can’t wait to come back!

My partner and our two dogs only stayed two days from December 31 to January 2 in the "Green Apartment"; The apartment was very clean and well-stocked from every point of view ( kitchen, bathroom and bedroom) the spaces are quietly there for a long vacation. We are from the Florence area, and finding ourselves in the middle of all that greenery very close to the center and all the services did not seem true. The entire farm is very well cared for and you can enjoy the stay in relaxation, being very quiet. Unfortunately, staying in winter we could not enjoy the very large outdoor pool, but you can see that it is well maintained. We'll definitely be back to get away from the routine towards the hottest season. Highly recommended for those who want to visit Florence and its surroundings and spend a long vacation.

The apartment is in a great location. There are a lot of restaurant options and a grocery store just downstairs. The elevator was convenient to carry up luggage. Checking in and out was really easy. Very clean and comfortable. The host was friendly, responsive and provided a great service. Would definitely visit again.

A great peaceful location with excellent pool area and gardens, but also well placed to visit Florence, Siena and San Gimignano. A car is necessary and it is easy to get around the Tuscan hills from here. Giorgia greeted us on arrival and responded very quickly to our questions during the week. Bug spray is essential. All in all we had a wonderful holiday.

Do yourself a favour and come and stay at Maddy's place! The pictures do not do it justice, it looks even more stunning and bigger than one could think. Maddy was an incredibly friendly and responsive host, making sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay (she went as far as buying a new mattress for our baby and dropping it off a few hours later). The beds are confortable, the linens freshly washed. The garden is just wonderful and the pool is just so inviting (we couldn't use it due to cold weather and boy was it torture). Not only the house is beautiful and has absolutely everything one could need, it's also extremely well located: in a quiet place but so close to Florence and smaller villages. Arriving from Pisa was also very convenient, driving mostly on the highway. We can only hope to come back next year, as this was by far the best accommodation we've stayed at in Tuscany! Thank you Maddy!!

The apartment was beautiful with all the communities, modern and equipped with everything needed. Spacious and with all the details. The bathroom super clean and a good wide and comfortable shower. Sara is super friendly and helpful at all times. We love the tobacco factory that was just a few blocks away. I recommend the accommodation!

Violetta is an extremely friendly and accommodating landlady. After the warm welcome, we felt very well taken care of. We were in Tuscany for the first time and the apartment with its quiet location just above Florence in the middle of the olive gardens was great. In addition, the wonderful view of Florence came. Amazing and we are looking forward to coming back.
