Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Metropolitan City of Florence

This was a perfect place for us. Centrally located. Walkable to everything. Loved it. Would stay here again.

Can definitely recommend this apartment. What we loved was the short walk from the train station and the short walk to all the attractions of Florence. And the view is outstanding, loved sitting on the balcony and enjoying the sites. Perfect for a couple for a weeklong stay.

a great welcome. the place was really very clean.we are very looking at the top it was really great. there is everything you need ( dishwasher, washing machine, hair dryer, coffee machine... with the coffee offered in addition👍. a great basket with fruits and vegetables from the garden. possible for the kids to make pony. the pool to finally cool off was very good too even if it is missing some sunbeds when the accommodations are all full.

Great location and great apartment. Everything was spotless and it was a great addition to be able to wash our clothes as we were right in the middle of our entire trip in Europe. The only thing that was a challenge was the AC which we found it very cold and couldn’t modify the temperature. We did had an issue with the lock to check in that was not working but the host understood our frustration at 1 am and it was nice that she offered us breakfast for the inconvenience. Everything else was perfect. Thank you so much for a great stay!

Our stay was great. We very much enjoyed the large covered patio for morning coffee and evening drinks. We grilled steaks on the large grill and the wine and olive groves surrounding the house made sitting out a pleasure. It is easy access Florence or Pisa or Sienna or a number of other villages and towns, but you will need a car even if only to drive yourself to public transportation. Chiara suggested a wonderful nearby winery which we visited twice and the local restaurants are wonderful. Highly recommend.

wonderful property, so cozy, and so clean! I did the cooking class with my partner while we stayed there and it was absolutely wonderful! We also highly recommend the breakfast which was €20 per person but VERY worth it - it was a breakfast buffet for just the two of us which surpassed our expectations. Absolutely beautiful place and we cannot wait to come back for a longer stay!

Lovely place surrounded by nature, equipped with all the comforts (even the unthinkable ones). Finely-kept and clean environment. Very helpful host, especially for all our needs.

Paola's Suite is exactly as shown in the photos, perhaps even better than in the photo, very clean, very tidy and very fragrant. The location is perfect for those like me who needed a place near Careggi Hospital (10 minute walk). Since the accommodation is located in front of the tram stop, it is also very easy and convenient to get to the center of Florence. Paola is a very kind and helpful host.

Good place to stay a few days, close and easy to public transportation. I left my car for 10 EU, a day at a parking close to the apartment because parking in the streets is not easy and I was always thinking on fines and used the public transportation due to ZTL in Florence. It is a very nice city to know. The rooms in the apartment are good in space, Federico is a very nice and comunicative person and he always answers very fast, I think there could be some improvement in the decoration but the apartment is fully functional.

Beautiful apartment in a hostor building, in the center of a quiet little town where you will find restaurants and everything you need to have a quiet recollection, away from the hustle and bustle of large Tuscan towns. Suitable for flooding to Florence, Lucca, Pisa. We do not regret the choice of accommodation.

We had a lovely stay at Torre Rossa early September. We were without car so walked the long driveway to the bus for outings to Florence and managed to get taxis easily back. The pool was great with gorgeous view of Florence. Our 3 year old enjoyed the cubby house and toys.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The host went above and beyond to make our visit enjoyable, especially for our 2-year-old daughter. There were plenty of toys and useful items that made our stay stress-free and enjoyable. We were pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful snacks and drinks provided – a perfect touch after a long journey. The location is incredibly convenient, with a pizzeria, pastry shop, and grocery store just a stone's throw away. Plus, the bus stop to the city center is nearby, making it easy to explore. Our stay here was excellent! This apartment is in a superb location near Santa Croce church and the Arno- walk to shops and food. My family and I stayed for 9 nights in mid Nov with our 2 kids, and the grandparents. We lucked out with mostly sunny & chilly weather. Yelena met us at checkin & was incredibly helpful in walking us through the huge apartment, explaining & answering all our questions. Conad grocery store just below us on the same block has everything to cook a quick dinner at home of pasta and veggies for the kids. The apartment was incredibly clean and comfortable. The kitchen had all the essentials to cook a dinner. Beds very comfortable. The apt was higher end than most Airbnbs. And it was much nicer than the other places we stayed in Italy and where our other family members were staying. Superb! I felt like I was staying in a relatives beautiful apartment. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to the team at Acacia for making our trip easy and special!

The accommodation was as comfortable as my home, and it was perfectly equipped from kitchen utensils to towel toiletries, and if you have a car, you can also park your personal free parking. Simone took great care of us before check-in and welcomed us so much. He was really kind even until the checkout. Luggage storage was also possible in advance. The big supermarket is also right near the house, so you can use it conveniently, and the bus and tram going out to the city are just around the corner from the house. I would definitely recommend this place if you are coming to Florence. Finally, we are very grateful for Simone's kindness.

We had a wonderful stay. Chiara was very friendly and gave us lots of suggestions of places to visit. The accommodation is lovely and the surrounding garden is perfect for relaxing in the evening. Highly recommended.

We were there as a group and had a wonderful vacation. The single location is very idyllic with fabulous views of the valley and over the olive trees. The villa was very well equipped( kitchen everything you can imagine, additional fridge, washing machine +dryer...) you noticed that the house is also used privately and was therefore also decorated with a lot of love for detail. The style is very comfortable. Beds very comfortable, screens on all windows. We were very enthusiastic about the pizza oven, as well as the pool. We spent most of our time at the house due to the heat and the very steep driveway (gravel path, partly rinsed out, two sharp turns). A car for activities and shopping is a must-see.

Alessandro and his wife were excellent hosts! Alessandro was expecting us and helped us arrive at the house and he gave us useful instructions about the area! He was very friendly and communicative and made our stay very nice. The place itself is a paradise for hikers and nature lovers. The yard was ideal for our dogs! Thank you Alessandro!

The house was very nice and comfortable overall. The decor was a little old-fashioned, but that added to the authentic atmosphere. We particularly enjoyed the quiet surroundings, which allowed us a relaxing vacation. The kitchen was well equipped, which made preparing your own meals very easy. A small drawback was that the house is a little far from the city center and that the pool could only be used at certain times; it would have been helpful if this information had been provided in advance. Nevertheless, the host was extremely polite and attentive, which made our stay very comfortable. Despite the small flaws, everything was outstanding.

Beautiful country place to stay. Close enough to town for easy access. Amazing landscape views in every direction. Vineyards and olive trees galore. Louise is very responsive and happy to help with restaurant, sightseeing suggestions, and also teaches cooking classes. Would definitely stay longer next time.

I only stayed for one night, I was passing through Pistoia. Automatic check-in has allowed me to have no problems and not to give Sara any problems, since due to delays in Livorno I arrived in Pistoia very late. Sara was also available and responsive in her communications. The place is extremely clean and well-kept. Very welcoming.
