The caravan is brand new and sited in the prestigious Sandy Lodge area in June 2021. This is a really unique experience in an amazing position with beautiful views. Amenities, Consideration and Security of accommodation are fantastic too. The boat can get a bit choppy at times which did make us feel a little queasy, but the overall experience created some great memories for myself and family and I would thoroughly recommend.

A little piece of magic in a tranquil setting, the location is perfect for beach walks and the hut is gorgeous and cosy when the fire is lit and movie on the projector - perfect stay - just felt our shoulders drop 2 inches after being there for 24 hours. highly recommend and the owners are so friendly and helpful. We will be back 🙏🏼

Lovely cabins, very well-equipped with everything needed for cooking. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the view of the pond was simply beautiful. Mark was so friendly and caring, offering genuine warmth and hospitality that made our stay even more special. The place is even more beautiful than the pictures show. We had the most wonderful relaxing stay at the barn. It’s exceptionally well thought out with everything you could need and much more! Truly one of our best Airbnb stays. Sitting in the hot tub as the sunset was a particular highlight! We did a couple of lovely walks through the surrounding countryside & along the river and had a good lunch at The Sun Inn Dedham. This house is very clean and modern. With a well equipped kitchen. The ensuite makes it perfect if sharing with friends. Plus a downstairs loo. It is a ten minute walk to the beach which has a nice cafe . The pub was a ten minute walk the other way. Serving food. The garden is big and very private with furniture and a small BBQ. A very nice two night stay.
