Place was exactly as advertised. Easy access and host communication great. Right on a bus stop or walkable to town centre. All in all great stay

The owner was friendly and welcoming. She made sure to send me all the information I needed for my stay beforehand, and responded to messages quickly. The apartment was clean and there was even some food provided for me. Overall I felt very welcome (:

Spacious clean ground floor flat. Very nice area to sit outside. Host very responsive to a problem with the hot water, which was fixed within the hour. Walkable to the river and on the bus route into Nottingham. Very satisfactory stay.

Great host great stay

Great stay at Simon’s penthouse for a long birthday weekend. A large space with everything you could need. The terrace and hot tub were incredible and a sun trap from morning to evening with great views. A stones throw from Southwell high street and the minster. Simon was very helpful moving the booking forward a week at the last minute and was quick to respond to any requests during the stay. There are a few things that need fixing or updating but all in all a top notch apartment in a great location, and nothing that detracted from the enjoyment of a great weekend with family.

Rebecca was a great host very clear and good directions and information to get the key and into the building. Rebecca was very responsive on any queries I had. Apartment was exactly as described and was very clean and tidy and in a perfect location close to the Motorpoint Arena. Will definitely be booking again on our next visit to Nottingham.

The property met our requirements which was within walking distance to my daughter's. A very comfortable property with the space that we needed. Alison was a great host and would certainly stay here again.

Stayed here with 2 friends and our children. Paulina was really thoughtful in providing toddler plates & cutlery, and a basket of toys which went down well. There was also milk in the fridge. The lounge was a relaxing space, and the beds very comfortable.

The house was perfect for what we needed it for, we had two toddlers and two babies with 4 adults and all felt comfortable and spacious. It’s in a safe feeling new build estate with parking for 2 cars. The whole house was spotless and the beds comfortable. There are lots of spare bedding and towels if needed. Two of the bedrooms have bedside tables with charging spots built in which is helpful and the en-suite shower has shower gel in for your use. Helpful instructions for check in and a message on the day we were leaving to see if everything was okay. Would stay here again and recommend. Thanks for having us.

We met up with all our family which doesn’t happen on a regular basis because the bnb was half way between our homes Robbies place was a perfect place for us to stay and he is a great host. The house was really nice ,super kitchen and bathroom/shower. The bedrooms were clean and tidy with comfortable beds Thanks for a lovely stay

I had booked 2 of Anjus accommodation for guests travelling from abroad to attend a wedding. Everyone loved the accommodations - they were spacious, clean and suited the needs of our guests. Family would be more than happy to book these accommodations again in the future if we have another big event again. Thank you to the team for all their help

This flat in Duffield was perfect for my few days away. The parking is a bit of a nightmare as others have described; very tight indeed. But I parked on the road. The flat was spotless and had everything I needed! The shower head is quite low, so if you’re tall you will need to hold it to rinse etc, but totally manageable for a few nights! Also as a warning the bed is VERY low! So if you’re likely to struggle with that it may not be the flat for you, but then it’s clearly a loft apartment up a flight of stairs. Overall I would definitely return here and 100% recommend it!

Everything was perfect with the apartment and Mary made us feel right at home! We loved going to feed the ducks and ducklings with the nuts she gave us. Thanks a lot Mary, we hope to stay again soon!! X

Perfect find. Everything was as detailed in the listing. Added little extras like bread, milk, eggs and cereal which were very welcomed. Beautiful place for a stay. 5 star and highly recommend with friendly hosts.

A lovely little hideaway in a safe peaceful part of the city centre. The space was cosy and comfortable, had everything I needed for a 4 night stay with clear instructions and easy access. Although there is no parking, there is plenty in walking distance for reasonable charges. Many thanks to the host, I hope to book again!

This is the best airbnb I’ve ever encountered, I have paid double the amount for airbnbs that don’t have HALF the amenities this one has! Anything you can name, this airbnb has it and Stephen was such a kind + interactive host. There is seasoning, sauces in the fridge, many pans, an amazing drying rack and loads more useful things. The balcony is gorgeous!! I’d love to stay here again and there was no problems from the neighbours, everything about this airbnb was accommodating and thoughtful. Thank you so much Stephen :)
