Monthly Rentals in Medellin Metropolitan Area

Of the best stays I have had, we were a full month and I felt like a home, there is always security in the residence and the host is always on the lookout for anything we needed, 100% recommended this airbnb.

I just stayed with Viviana for a month and it was perfect. The price was great, the location in Laureles is walking distance from one of the most beautiful parks and rivers in Medellin, local food and more. It’s better than El Pablado that feels like a crowded Las Vegas strip. Laureles is a safe residential neighborhood, and the place was right next to one of the major malls in the neighborhood. I will definitely stay here again in next time. I traveled from Miami.

Really recommend this place with so many other apartments being heavily overpriced. Great pricing, serious and easy going host, great sector in the city, etc. Recommending!

The accommodation was great, everything was as shown in the photos, located in a good place with access to transportation, places to eat; the service was very attentive and friendly, they helped us with directions for using the subway. Highly recommended.
