She also gave great recommendations for local activities, which made my trip even better. I really appreciated her kindness in accepting my request to extend the stay — it made a big difference and meant a lot. Highly recommend staying at her place!

This place is very close to Provenza. 5 minute walk. Lots of restaurants nearby. The building is on a bit of an incline so walking back will give you a slight work out. Didn't have trouble getting Ubers or taxis from the building. The apartment itself was so clean when we got there that we could smell the clean floors! Washer and dryer work as expected. Lock box works. Had no issue going in and out of the building or apartment. For its location, it's a great value. My only complaint is the air conditioner had the LED display on all the time which is unbearable at night. I figured out how to turn it off via the remote. But it's not super obvious. You need to hit the menu button, navigate to "DISPLAY" and hit the Menu/OK button. Rinse and repeat to turn led display back on.

Daniela was a great host. Responsive, friendly, and helpful with any request I had. The first night I had to deal with neighbors being loud around 4am (it seems there are a lot of short-term rentals in the building, so people are less considerate) - I communicated this to Daniela and the issue was resolved immediately. The building is central and secure, so it's easy to call an Uber and the 24-hour security guard makes you feel like your belongings will be safe while you're away. If you're a light sleeper, the unit is located on the street side directly next to a main road which has cars driving at all hours of the night. It's good for a solo traveler in town for a short stay.

Our stay was excellent. The apartment is as described in the listing: well-equipped, with good internet, a full kitchen and a beautiful view. The only thing to keep in mind is that in the surroundings there is some noise between 10 pm and 3 am due to the nearby nightclubs, but over time you get used to it. Overall, a very good experience.

I spent 7 weeks at Finca Maria Tutu and it was truly an exceptional experience. The location is easy to access yet feels peaceful and tucked away from anything touristy. The space is comfortable, spacious, and well cared for — ideal for a longer stay. Each day brought stunning mountain views and the sound of birds all around. As a cyclist, it was the perfect home base to explore the region’s incredible routes while having a serene place to return to and recharge. I highly recommend Finca Maria Tutu to travelers looking for a balance of comfort, nature, and authenticity — a place to slow down, stay a while, and enjoy a different rhythm.
