Monthly Rentals in Medan Baru

Strategic Apartment 2 is a great value in a good location. We enjoyed the views from the 20th floor. The bed is incredibly comfortable- one of the best that we have experienced in Indonesia. If you are not used to street noise, you may find it difficult to sleep. However, the apartment is quieter than some places that we have stayed in the city of Medan. If you are used to some street noise, it shouldn't be any problem. Reza did a good job communicating and the check in instructions were clear. We did find that the key card only worked in one elevator. Overall a very good experience and we would stay here again if back in Medan.

The room is comfortable, clean and close to everywhere. Alex is a friendly host and quick to reply to messages. Flexible check in makes me happy and one day back to stay here again. Thank you Alex.. 😊

This was our second stay with Mellisa, she had everything we needed and was very friendly and approachable, on top of being very responsive with anything that we needed help with. Location being in central Medan, we were very near Podomoro mall, and just a short drive away from the two Brastagi supermarkets nearby. The kids loved the pool and playground within the condo, and Mellisa also provided them with some toys and books to keep them entertained during our stay. During our first stay, we had asked for the sofa bed to be set up as a bed for the kids, and she even remembered the details of moving the lamp away from the kids bed for safety reasons during our most recent trip. Mellisa was also very flexible with our needs for late check-in and check-out due to our flight timings. On the overall, the unit was spick and span, very comfortable and cosy to all of us during our 2 week stay in Medan. Absolutely a rare gem with the stunning views of the entire city from her high floor unit!
