Monthly Rentals in Medan City

Strategic Apartment 2 is a great value in a good location. We enjoyed the views from the 20th floor. The bed is incredibly comfortable- one of the best that we have experienced in Indonesia. If you are not used to street noise, you may find it difficult to sleep. However, the apartment is quieter than some places that we have stayed in the city of Medan. If you are used to some street noise, it shouldn't be any problem. Reza did a good job communicating and the check in instructions were clear. We did find that the key card only worked in one elevator. Overall a very good experience and we would stay here again if back in Medan.

Su was a great host who communicated every single detail of the check-in and out process well. He graced me with a late checkout as well despite another booking made on the day of my checkout and I couldn’t be happier with the arrangement. Highly recommend this place if you are ever in Medan.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Perfect Stay! I had an amazing experience at this Airbnb! I stayed there for one month and enjoyed every moment of it. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was fantastic, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants. But using grab is usual in here. The view from 15th floor is really nice and open, and the pool downstairs is long enough and clean, gym and table tennis there as well. Also to air cons in the apartment doing their job properly. The host was incredibly friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. From the smooth check-in process to the thoughtful little touches, it was clear they truly care about their guests. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a top-notch stay. I would definitely book again in the future! I stayed also in hotels but I like the feeling of home, and I had it.

Perfect, a modern and beautiful apartment in the center of Medan, next to the train station. Everything like the photos, clean, lots of furnitures. Access to the mall, pools, gym… If you have a problem Hartojo is very responsive and the problem will be solved fastly.
