Townhome vacation rentals in Maui

Kaon is a good soul and a very nice host. Checkin was super easy, he showed me as well the neighborhood and answered all my questions. He is allways there when u need him, but also very quiet and respects your privacy. His House is a perfect Spot to explore the island

This place is a great getaway spot within a private community that has very close private beach access among the beautiful plants and trees covering the property. Inside, the place is very luxurious and is one of the more well-stocked Airbnb's we've been to, especially in the kitchen. The lanai on the 2nd floor is a perfect spot to enjoy the beautiful Maui weather. Definitely recommend.

Wonderful spring break. The condo and surroundings were the perfect atmosphere for our family with kids 10 and under. Communication from the host was best yet for a vacation rental.

We had a wonderful stay at Mike and Madaline’s! The view from the lanai is stunning (180 degree ocean views), we loved watching for whales while enjoying our morning coffee. The bed was extremely comfortable and we had all the basics needed for an enjoyable stay (lots of extra linens/towels, beach/snorkelling gear and books/games). Mike and Madaline were warm and generous hosts - very quick to respond to all communications and ensured we were greeted with some delicious local treats. Kapalua is one of the nicest spots in Maui (walking distance to bars/restaurants, beaches and trails). Mike and Madaline’s place is in the heart of Kapalua and close proximity to all that the area has to offer. I highly recommend.

The condo was pristine. Had all the amenities we needed. Loved listening to the ocean as we went to sleep/woke up. Favorite time of the day was having coffee at sunrise and watching the whales in the harbor! the beach was within walking distance (5 minutes) was not crowded and safe for kids as very low waves. While there a couple shops and restaurants close by at the Maalea Harbor, we definitely needed a rental car to get groceries, and other dining. Hosts were very responsive and even made helpful referrals for support services after an injury.

Kevin was awesome to deal with and very accommodating for us. The condo is right across the street from Napili bay so you can hang at the beach whenever without having to fight for parking. You are a 2 min drive to the grocery store and about the same to the nearest ABC store. The condo itself was absolutely perfect for our family of 6. The condo is equipped with more toys, beach chairs, snorkeling gear etc. than I've ever seen! We had an excellent stay and would stay again.

First I will say that renting from Jay was an awesome experience. He was incredibly responsive to all my questions and made me feel right at home. The condo itself felt like a home and not a sterile hotel/condo or mass vacation home set up. I really did feel like I was staying at my friend’s house. The amenities in the bathrooms and kitchens were beyond what I expected and we cooked in the condo quite a bit since it was over the holidays and we spent a lot of time together as a family. The welcome kit we had when we arrived was perfect and the coffee was much needed for our daily morning fix. The condo is super comfortable for either two couples or a family. The two bedrooms are spread out and each has a TV and bathroom so you have privacy. The lanai has amazing views and the living room and dining area is really spacious. It’s at the end of the complex but that means you only have neighbors on one side. I honestly never heard anyone except when on the lanai or with windows open.

Paul and Bev’s townhouse was spotless and gorgeous. We felt like we were far enough away from the busy roads that it was peaceful, yet close enough to walk to restaurants and shopping. We also had a special request and they figured out how to accommodate our request. We loved watching the sun set from the Lanai every evening and they had us perfectly outfitted for the beach.

The location and amenities of this townhouse are great features and our top reasons for booking it. It's a short walking distance from Napili Bay and Kapalua Bay beaches, the coastal walking trail, and some great restaurants. It is spacious, well furnished, and accomodated our extended family quite well. The kitchen was well appointed and we cooked some excellent meals on the lanai BBQ. The townhouse and lanai are also private and the lanai furniture was comfortable. The A/C worked well throughout our stay. The host also provides a ton of beach towels, chairs, and other beach/snorkeling gear which is a nice value added feature. Jeff was a courteous host and provided helpful insights in the first couple of days of our stay. He also allowed us to check-in after regular hours which was appreciated given our late arrival flight. Directions and instructions for check in and out were clear and easy to follow. This was a nice home away from home for our Maui vacation.
