Beautiful condo in Kihei with every possible amenity to make you feel right at home. Private and peaceful with a pool, beach access. Perfect for getting around to snorkeling which was nearby. Access to stores too. Great place from which to visit Haleakala as well!

This was a fantastic place to spend our week in Maui. The condo was amazing and spacious with all the amenities you would need to enjoy your time. The location is perfect, relatively close to the airport and well situated next to route 30 so you could go everywhere on the island quite easily. The view from the condo is second to none, from the patio you can easily see the Haleakalā mountain and from the front door is a great sight of the western Maui mountains. And on top of everything this condo was much more peaceful than the huge resort areas. There were not too many people around, and even when we did go to the beach we were able to find a spot easily. I’d recommend this condo for anyone who wants to spend a week or a few days in Maui - the price is quite good compared to the normal resorts, you get a great view and anything you don’t pick up on your way from the airport you can grab on a 20 minute drive to Kihei. This place was perfect for us.

Mike and Ashley’s place was perfect for our little getaway. It was one of our birthdays and they had a little balloon and card for us. They were very responsive when we needed a couple of things and I 10/10 recommend to stay here!

Amazing house in a beautiful location. The beach is rocky but you can walk up to a sandy area easily. There is a super gorgeous tree swing in the park nextdoor that our kids loved walking to. We loved the neighborhood cat, Buddy, and watching the locals fishing out front.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Susie’s as it was located in a beautiful, private nook in Hāna. Her home radiated with the love for the land and was decorated with the history and beauty of Maui. We were able to catch a view of the crashing waves, ocean, sun and palm trees through almost every window in the home. Susie’s book of local recommendations were up to date and validated to the research we had done prior. We were a couple minutes from Hamoa Beach- walkable distance. We also were a short drive to two different state parks. Susie was kind to turn the lights on for us as we were arriving late which made our stay more personable. We were grateful for our time in Hana. Mahalo! Until next time❤️

Annie is a great host, the home was clean and comfortable. The beach a minute or two walk. The pool is close to the condo, about a minute too. We slept peacefully in the comfortable beds, the kitchen was well stocked, and the place is beautiful and comforting. We sat outside to drink coffee in the mornings and it felt like home, but better.

First time in Maui was a success. Only thing we would change is the length of stay. Recommend 10 days minimum. Will definitely be looking to stay here again.

Kris & Kirk were fantastic from the start with their communication. We had a little hiccup with the door code BUT I still gave them 5 stars because it was not their fault by any means. The entire property just happened to change their door code system that day. Even on an airplane, they communicated through text and they had maintenance there within an hour or two to open it up, PLUS their renters left earlier in the morning so they let us check-in early anyway. The place was so cute and perfect for our family. It was clean and gave the Hawaiian condo vibe I love. Location was great and so close to Napili Bay with gorgeous views less than 500 feet (give or take) from their sliding back door and the Gazebo restaurant about the same distance. The grounds were clean and absolutely gorgeous plumeria trees everywhere! The bed was comfy and my girls loved having a “sleepover” on the pull out couch and loveseat. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to my friends and family.

Five stars with a big caveat about the AC- see below. The many pluses: Very good value for highly walkable neighborhood, especially for families: well-locked pool, awesome playground at the end of the block, and lots of kids toys for pool and beach. Very comfortable layout with 4th bedroom garage conversion that feels like its own suite. Robyn lives in the front house and was so helpful with local recommendations and even lent some additional beach gear. For those who are more heat sensitive like us: Listing is vague about AC settings: lowest allowed temp in the main house is 73 and in the 4th bedroom, window AC goes to 72 but only can be turned on 7p-7a. These are reasonable ways to balance electricity use, but hopefully hosts will be more transparent in the listing (and include what cost would be for lower settings, which we didn’t end up asking about because we squeaked by.) It would have been nice to have option for a cooler temp at night ideally.

The coconut cottage is an ideal base for Maui adventures! Large, spacious property to easily accommodate up to 6-8 people - with a full functioning kitchen, 2.5 baths, large backyard and a lovely front-facing deck. We had the most luxurious and comfy stay, and lots of fun family memories in the main living area. The property is located in Kihei, with quick access to the beach, shopping and local markets. Marc is the most gracious host, and was incredibly accommodating, easily accessible and super kind. 10/10 recommend!!!! Would love to come back at some stage :)

Stayed just over 3 weeks in this spectacular unit. Well appointed, incredible views, so clean! It was fully stocked with anything and everything you could possibly need. Full size toiletries in bathrooms, tons of clean linens, soap, detergent, cleaning supplies, and toilet paper to cover our entire stay. We felt right at home. Andre was responsive and immediately assisted when we had an issue with the AC unit in the second bedroom upon arrival. There is ongoing construction in the complex, but it didn't affect our building or interrupt our stay at all. Parking is open season during this construction period, which turned out great because we could choose any open spot - super convenient and tons of availability. Kamaole Sands is our fav complex in Kihei and we are already planning our return visit. Will definitely stay in this unit over and over again.

Rina’s place was great for us. It had all the basic amenities that we needed. The place is a quick walk to the town of Paia and a few local beaches. All the food in the town is great and the beaches were awesome. It was a good place to rest after a long day of being out and about. No complaints here.

Our 3 families had a wonderful stay at Shannon's property! The house has a nice open area combining the living room and dining table making a comfortable area to relax and hang out. Location was convenient as we were able to walk to Nipili Bay and a few restaurants in the area. Nipili Market and other restaurants both fast/local (Joeys and Mamas) and nicer (Merrimans and The Sea House) were just a couple minute drive away. Shannon had quick responses to all my questions and great suggestions! Would definitely stay again if we're in the area!

The ping pong table was awesome! Screened in lanai made it easy and comfortable to be outside without getting attacked by bugs. Good airflow and fans to keep it cool inside. Appreciated the variety of sleeping options, even with just the one room.

We loved our stay! The house was perfect, the kids loved picking out their bedrooms, the view was amazing and we felt so welcomed. Sitting on the deck with the beautiful breeze and views was the perfect way to start and end the day. The kids loved holding yoga classes in the loft. The pool was perfect, floats provided and it was viewable from the deck! Perfect for the kids as we prepped for the day's adventures. We loved that we could compost, feeding the chickens was an extra bonus. Thank you for the amazing stay!

We absolutely loved Jay and Amy’s place. It had everything we needed and more. The location was perfect ( 5 minute walk to the shopping center), restaurants and beach were also a short drive away. The house was pristine. It’s better in person than in the pictures to be honest. Amy was very helpful and super responsive with any questions we had. We truly felt at home. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Jay and Amy for your hospitality. You truly made our vacation very special.

Look no more!! Vans place is absolutely stunning. We stayed here with our four kids & we cannot wait to return. The location is so peaceful and extremely spacious. Thank you Van for hosting our stay. We look forward to staying here again.

Beautiful property with a great deck. Was perfect for a family vacation. So close to all the resorts and the beach. Great location to get around Maui. Would highly recommend!

This place is terrific! It's clean, very comfortable, nicely laid out. The rooms are spacious and all have AC units and ceiling fans - and an AC unit in the main living/eating area. The linens and towels are high quality. There is a wonderful deck that overlooks the pool and the ocean with easy access to a small grassy area and beach. The house has lots of amenities for guests' use incl boogie boards, snorkel equipment, sand toys for kids. There are also a lot of spices and other items in the pantry which is always nice when you cook in. The hosts are responsive and friendly. The only downside is the condo sits on a pretty high traffic road and it can be noisy. You can walk to some restaurants but a car is a must. I would come back here for sure.

Kapalua Ridge is an incredible development and Kevin’s place was absolutely stunning. The entire setup gives all the resorts in the area a run for their money. The place itself was clean, well equipped, massive and luxurious. The views of the coast and islands was beautiful and we enjoyed stunning views everyday. It’s a short walk to the beach and few steps past the nearby beach gets you to Kapalua bay which is where the restaurants are. The bathrooms were very large and luxurious - which we loved. Our host Kevin was super responsive and was very helpful with recommendations and helping us find things in the airbnb. Will come back here if in Maui - amazing place.

Perfect location with beautiful beaches nearby. Not a lot of restaurants around but if you have a car - it’s easy to navigate. The view from the bedroom and living room is brilliant 😍 We really enjoyed the stay. Definitely recommend 🙌🏻
