Monthly Rentals in Matthews

Really enjoyed my one month stay at Ronny & Kim's place. It's a studio space off in the backyard of their main house. But Ronny & Kim are very welcoming and added a lot of small details to make the stay enjoyable. I arrived late at night and was surprised to see the pathway light up as I walked over with their motion lights. The place comes with about everything you need for a short stay or even a one month stay as I did. 2 burners and a microwave did the trick for most meals. We were even able to enjoy the fire pit they have on the property. Overall, really nice place in a quiet neighborhood and yet a 10 minute drive and you're right in the heart of Charlotte.

Stephen was an excellent host! Answered my many questions promptly. Very kind and polite.Home was spacious and very clean. It's pet friendly but there was a place that our dog got out of the fence so you really can't leave them in the fenced in backyard unattended. Also there's no back door leading to the fenced in yard. Overall it was a wonderful stay.

From start to finish, this was a positive experience. The home is so lovely I really hated to leave! Also, my sweet pup LOVED being there. 😊🐾💖

We enjoyed our two week stay at Ashley’s home. It was in a quiet, safe neighborhood. We especially liked the enclosed back porch but all rooms were comfortable and nicely decorated. We hope to stay here again on our next visit to Matthews.
