Cozy retreat is an understatement. This place was great. Exactly as described. Peaceful and quiet surroundings. Would for sure recommend to anyone looking to escape from the norm.

Overall, we had a great time! The outdoor shower is huge and a unique experience to use. We were able to freely use the hot tub, and the directions for using it were super clear. The space was so clean and everything we needed and above was provided. It was so quiet and peaceful, I was able to sit outside and read an entire book. The skies were so clear and we could see all the stars. An amazing experience, and an unforgettable New Years Eve.

Came into Charlotte from Port Saint Lucie, Florida and I was not disappointed in the stay here!! Very cozy & relaxing atmosphere in the entire home, the hot tub was a plus in the chilly weather!! Great outdoor area as well!! Marjorie was an amazing host, very responsive and friendly! We would most definitely come back for a round 2!! so many restaurants and places to go to in the close proximity of the property. A+++

A group of my friends and I stayed here for a weekend. I am from the area originally and the location cannot be beat. It a gorgeous lakefront property and we rented a boat/captain for dinner on Friday to take us down the river to a waterfront restaurant. We heated the pool but ended up using the hot tub instead. The furnishings and house itself are not new or “modern” but it looked exactly as described/and in the photos, and the house is even bigger overall. For the price, this was a great deal. We spent our time hanging out in the kitchen which had enormous windows looking outside, and on the deck, and it was super comfortable for all 11 of us there. Robert was incredibly communicative and always available to answer questions. We wished we could move in! I’d definitely stay there again. Great for large groups.

This Air BnB was one of the cleanest ones we resided. We felt right at home. The beds were extremely comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped with what we needed for the Thanksgiving holiday. We enjoyed the privacy of the backyard & hot tub. Very nice & quiet neighborhood. We will most definitely book this home for our future stays in Charlotte.

We initially had concerns about the steps up into the home, and the stairs inside the home. We have an elderly dog, and we have carpeted steps at home. Our fears were put to rest by determining that we could walk around the side of the house and let her in via the backdoor, that was easier for her and gave her another sniff in the backyard. She finally adapted to being there alone and safe when we went out by staying downstairs on her bed and having a bowl of water nearby. Also, Richard went the extra mile and bought a dog gate to put across the hallway upstairs if we needed it. Really thoughtful and kind gesture! The house was lovely and relaxing.

The area is still being built up with new housing (Charlotte is still booming), but not immediately near the house. Its a very quiet area of single family homes, not heavily trafficked, but within 10 minutes' drive of grocery and other stores. We've stayed with Bryan three times now, and have had no problems or complaints. The house is comfortable - good beds, good bathroom, good kitchen, good living room - and while a bit old, is perfectly adequate. King beds are not common in Charlotte ABnBs, and Bryan's is worth the stay.

My husband and I moved from England with our two dogs and stayed here for about 5 weeks while we looked for a house of our own. We had the best experience staying here. The house was very pet friendly with a huge fenced in backyard for our boys to run around in. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you could need and was perfect for us as we love to cook. We moved with 3 suitcases as most of our furniture/ belongings are being shipped over the ocean, so the house really had absolutely everything you would need. It felt like home which was most important. We loved our stay here so much we even extended it after our first initial booking! The host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful. The home is beautiful, well decorated and everything has been thought of. If you’re looking for a longer term rental or perhaps a long weekend with the family, this will be perfect! We will recommend to anyone. Thank you again!

The condo was as described/pictured. It was clean, free of clutter, the kitchen had a nice amount of pots and pans to cook your own meal. Nice washer &dryer, which was nice. The condo is roomy. The wifi worked well. Great safe neighborhood, great for walks! Neighbors were friendly. Close driving distance to shopping, grocery stores , restaurants, banks, gas stations. Felt at home during our stay. Eli is a great host, friendly and quick to respond. I would definitely stay here again.

This was a great stay for my family visiting for the holidays. Beautiful neighborhood with lots of charm! The home was spacious and cute, and exactly what we were expecting. The in unit washer and dryer was very helpful for our extended stay. I would definitely recommend staying here!

We had a wonderful time! We were in town for a busy wedding and the process was so smooth and simple that it made the weekend much easier! The place was so nice and is a great location. We have always had a great experience with this host and will definitely be staying again in the future!

We were in town for admitted student's day at UNCC and Jayne's place is located across from campus. The house is cute with all the listed amenities. My only comment would be that there are a lot of air fresheners in the house. My family didn't notice but I am sensitive. We would stay there again if our daughter commits to UNCC.

The house was perfect for walking to Bojangles Coliseum for our show. Super convenient to not have to drive and park. Felt comfortable, safe, and quiet. The house is on a cute little street with a cul-de-sac at the end but not any thru traffic. There was also a nice brewery within walking distance. Elizabeth was very informative and willing to work with us. Would definitely stay here again especially if I was attending an event at the BoPlex. Thank you!

We had a great stay again. Like the fact that we can walk to local places in the area. Will certainly stay here again.

We enjoyed the Airbnb a lot .. it was very clean .. comfortable and convenient to everything .. parking was wonderful .. never had trouble finding parking right infront of the unit.. we would go back next time we are visiting Charlotte 🌺

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Jan and Charlie’s place. Their communication was great. The pool house was immaculate and had plenty of thoughtful touches. The cookies were delicious! We especially enjoyed the family history on the walls. Highly recommend a stay here.

From start to finish, this was a positive experience. The home is so lovely I really hated to leave! Also, my sweet pup LOVED being there. 😊🐾💖

I stayed in Charlotte for 6 weeks to get a feel for living in the city, and Rachel's place was a great introduction to the area. The apartment is a short 10 minute walk to the main bars and restaurants in Uptown Charlotte. There is also a great coffee shop (sneakily also a bar) across the street that I would recommend. Any small issue that arose, Rachel was extremely responsive and everything was solved as soon as it was able to. Overall, very satisfied with my stay at Rachel's apartment!

Our family rented the Fountain of Young over Thanksgiving as a central location to gather 3 generations together. It's ideal for families; there are enough bedrooms for everyone to have their own space, yet many spaces to gather together. The media room with the projector screen was a huge hit, as was the heated outdoor pool (a perk when most rentals close up their pools once summer is over). We enjoyed the outdoor gas fire pits; the private beach and kayaks looked inviting for those renting in warmer weather. There are beautiful views of the lake from many spots along the rear of the house. Lastly I must comment on the kitchen - I have never rented an Air bnb with a better equipped kitchen! Any kitchen gadget you could possibly need is on site. For all the dishes, glasses, bakeware, etc., everything was so clean - they have an awesome cleaning crew. Also love that this rental is green they have detailed recycling instructions.

Great location! Very walkable to a lot of locations including all the sports venues! Definitely recommend!
