We felt very welcome and throughout the evening they provided a wonderful and romantic dinner, cooked partly over open fire outside the guesthouse. The breakfast was delicious!

Some Airbnb places are so special that you immediately know you’re always going to come back there; this is one of those places. Dinesh was such a great host and we had so many nice conversations from day one. The higher elevation and lush garden at the bungalow makes for a great view. Also home to many species of birds as well as many other animals; we spotted a family of mongoose in the shrubs, a tribe of monkeys on the trees and a orchestra of tree frogs harmonizing into the night. The bungalow has a homely feeling, and a soul of its own. Dinesh himself, as an architect, saw to the renovation and rebuilding of this old colonial bungalow and gave it a new life. We thoroughly enjoyed the spacious room, the beautiful view from our balcony, dipping in the open plunge pool and our airy cool room thanks to the atrium and high ceiling. I’ve used Airbnb all over the world and this is now one of my favorite places, my wife and I will most definitely be back whenever we are in Galle. 🙏🏾

Stayed here for a month. Excellent Performance/Cost ratio. Bright, spacious, cozy apartment. Fully equipped kitchen. Good location - beach, shops within walking distance, close to the railway and bus station. You don't need a bike. If you need a tuk-tuk, use the Pick me app. Friendly, helpful host, always available. English is good. Drove us from the airport and to the next place for a good price.

This was an absolutely beautiful stay and one of our favourite airbnb experiences. The villa is even more beautiful in person and has all the amenities of a 5 star hotel. The hosts were extremely helpful and have done a great job at keeping the villa clean including daily services around the yard and pool area. Pool was always warm and wonderful to swim in while overlooking the peaceful fields ahead. Very private and serene.
