Loved Alma and Norma’s house very much. It’s my daughters’ dream house. Everything is just perfect. The decoration of the house is simple but with good taste, and everything is arranged in perfect order. Not too much, not too less. I felt relaxed and refreshed by live a house like this. The balcony is convenient to get a glimpse of the street. We love the orange tree in the courtyard, which adds a natural beauty to the house. Oranges sometimes fall to the stairs, and my daughter was always delighted to pick them up ( though tast sour but an interesting life experience😛). Alma and Norma are so nice to offer us rides to grocery and starship-launch (twice). I’m such a lucky person to meet so nice hosts. Every penny you spend on living here is worth it. Special thanks to Norma and her son Tony, thank you for taking me and my daughter to feed birds on the beutiful seashore. Norma is really an inspiring person, like sunshine pouring into my life, reminding me there is a happy part of life.

Very comfortable and safe for the price, it had everything we needed and an excellent location, I loved that the private guard is always attentive to prevent unknown people or those who have not been invited from entering! 👏 The hosts were attentive and answered my questions as soon as I sent a message. 10/10✨

It was very good, half a block from the consulate, it had air conditioning, wifi, hot water, drinking water, shampoo, paper, microwave and minibar, clean sheets and a towel. The truth is, it was really good. You can't ask for anything else

I came down to Brownsville for the purpose of doing IVF in Matamortos. The location was perfect as I had to do follow up visits multiple times during the week of my stay. The location was perfect. It’s very close to the border, I was able to walk to and from in and out of Matamortos. It’s located on the university grounds, the condo was as described, felt like home. Convenient parking, there’s a Stripes nearby and during the day and at night not a lot of traffic. I also noticed it’s so quiet during the day and night. I was within 10-15 mins of HEB, Walmart and the mall and many restaurants. Any questions I had for the host, she was very quick to respond. For the 7 days that I stayed here, I absolutely loved it. I highly recommend and would love to definitely stay here again.

Excellent stay, good location and great service

The only issue was parking. Everything else was excellent, I highly recommend this place to anyone. If you’re coming without a car, then it’s a perfect place. WiFi works great, it has two comfortable beds. Has a fouton and a small tv. If you have your own passwords to watch Hulu or Netflix then you’re set. Lots of restaurants walking distance and gas station nearby. Oscar responded to all of my messages.

Host is super available and communicative. Area is pleasant and close to several restaurants. Pool is very nice. Stayed here for the duration of my internship at SpaceX. If you’re also considering it: Lot X is a ~20 minute drive, Starbase is ~40 minutes.

A comfortable place away from the bustle of the city. Very close to the mall. Grey, kind and always in communication! The place is very good, comfortable! We battled to use the jacuzzi but otherwise everything was fine!

Beautiful apartment!

This was a beautiful place. I was quiet peaceful. We had no problems whatsoever and the host was amazing. My grandson told him that we only had serrated knives and he actually came with a whole bunch of knives for us. That were not serrated. Lol my grandson left a necklace there and he said he would just mail it to us. It was a gold cross. He suggested a lot of different places that we could go and we really enjoyed it.
