We had a great stay at Betty’s place! It was perfect for my husband and I to have a get away. The view is amazing and the beach wasn’t super crowded as other parts of the beach were. The pool is small which was fine with us! The only con would be that it is an older building, but it didn’t bother us at all! Thanks Betty for a great stay!

We always love our stay here. It's great getting up, walking 100 ft to the beach and watching the sun rise. Fantastic way to start the day, and it just gets better from there.

Loved everything about it super helpful and very nice

The house was very beautiful and well maintained. The kitchen was very clean and complete. Beds were very comfortable, decorations and layout make the house feel spacious and organized. We used it for a family vacation and enjoyed it very much. We did not need to use Jenifer for anything during our stay, but at the time of our check in for an issue with the key and she responded immediately and solved on the spot. We definitely recommend this house and look forward to come back ourselves.

Rosie thought of everything. The hairdryer, laundry detergent, and USB ports on the nightstand came in very handy. The proximity to the beach is very convenient. My one modest complaint are that the ice maker does not work, but there are a couple ice cube trays to make your own. I appreciated that Rosie was very responsive to texts. Whenever we had a question, she was easy to reach.

The views were everything! Beautiful place to stay and was a great stay for myself and kids. We enjoyed the weekend and will definitely book with Elisa in the future.

The unit is super clean. It is modern but cozy. We had a very relaxing weekend. It was nice to have a TV in every room. The pool was just steps away from the back porch. Thank you for a great stay!

Roberto’s place was perfect for our stay! It’s close to lots of major stores and restaurants. The area is quiet and private. He was very responsive and helpful. I recommend his place to anyone visiting the area.

Really enjoyed our time in this house. Felt like we were at home.

Great location. Huge backyard for dogs to run around. Loved having access to garage for parking to help keep car cooler. We didn't have time to use but there were a good assortment of board and card games. Quiet neighborhood.

This place was next level luxury. I’ve always wondered what Rancho Viejo was like growing up. We’d pass by every time we’d go to Brownsville for the holidays to see our family in the valley. Beautiful house and neighborhood. Luxurious inside the home all the way throughout. Plenty of linens, kitchen ware, and cleaning supplies incase you need to clean up. Cozy beds a d dual zone hvac systems. Came into town for a family wedding and was able to stay in a beautiful home for the same price of a nice hotel. Will be staying here again for future visits. This place was amazing! Such a great location to be able to walk to both the beach and to restaurants near by. We even got a chance to be able to walk to the mini golf and go karts location. We were very excited to stay here, and it exceeded our expectations. Thank you for the great stay!

We came to South Padre Island on Spring Break (high school) and just needed a quick getaway. The house is a perfect set up with bedrooms on either ends of the house, a super cute backyard and legitimately a 1 min walk to the beautiful beach. Everything was exactly as advertised. This location is also great because it is centrally located on the island and you can walk to so many places to eat and to many activities. Highly recommend!

Had an amazing time with my family staying in this house, the house was bigger than we thought!, very close to the beach, bars and restaurants nearby. Rooms are extremely big compared to other houses I’ve stayed in. A lot of chairs in the pool area. Some water toys available incase you forget. A lot of parking space for 4-5 cars. One thing that i really liked was that theres access to the pool area or balcony from almost all the rooms and theres a balcony in the backyard and another one in the front of the house both really big! … excellent home for a big family.

This Airbnb was perfect for me and my fiancé. We went there on a Friday to celebrate my 35th birthday. My favorite color is turquoise, which is what drew me to this listing and turquoise is the theme color. The beds were extra comfortable with extra covers and pillows. We didn’t even have to bring our Keurig because there was one provided .There were even two extra fans which came in handy because I sleep with a fan year round 👍The place was spotless and it smelled so good. We had everything we needed there. No complaints and when I visit South Padre Island again this will definitely be where I will be staying. 5 stars across the board!!! Melinda was an awesome host and from the start, she communicated well, provided a lot of local attractions and things to do in the area and was responsive. Very close to the beach. The place was perfect for our family and had all the necessities. The pool was clean and everyone enjoyed it. The kitchen was stocked with all the things we needed. Beds were comfortable and there were places to gather together but still have areas to retreat if needed since we had 9 visitors! We loved it and would definitely stay again!

Jose was super responsive the whole time. Our stay was a little chillier than expected; however, Jose made sure that the pool was always heated - much appreciated. Slight fruit fly issue downstairs, he wasn't able to get pest control in time but it was manageable. Overall amazing stay and would stay again if the opportunity presents itself :)

my fifth time staying at this location. that should say it all. my favorite spot on south Padre Island!!
