Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Massachusetts

Madison has been an exemplary host, and the house was a great fit for 6 adults and 4 kids aged 4, 3, 1 and below 1. Even though we came for only a few days, I had lots of questions. Madison always responded promptly and helpfully. The host went beyond the call of duty by checking with cleaners when house became available, and facilitating an earlier check-in. That was greatly appreciated by our party. The house layout with bedrooms on two floors was perfect for us, where some kids who wake up real early slept on one floor, and others who wake up later are on another floor. Huge dinner table that could fit us all. Lack of clutter that let the energetic kids move around freely. Three bathrooms conveniently located, one on each floor. The availability of good quality, foldable beach chairs and a beach umbrella were a huge plus. The location of the house is in a quiet neighborhood, where we enjoyed walking, jogging or pushing strollers.

Clifford's place worked out perfectly for my crew that was working in the area for a multi week project. I would definitely book again if we have more work in the area.

Easy access to restaurants, grocery stores, beach and mini golf! Great area to take a walk or run around the neighborhood. Had all the basic supplies for cooking and comfortable furniture in the living room and bedrooms. The outdoor patio and yard is where we spent most of our time, the chairs and set up was perfect. The outdoor shower is a nice touch too!

This was a family Christmas getaway, and it was perfect.

Craig's place was very nice! It was comfortable and in a great location. Craig was communicative, but not overly so, which was nice. The house had everything we needed and a few fun things (dartboard and fusbol) as well. Definitely recommend a stay!

Beautiful location with great views while sitting by fire pit or even from inside house. Split level allows for some alternative sleeping arrangements which worked great for us. Meredith communicated clearly, and her space was super-convenient to my sports team which was in town for a meet at Look Park (.25 miles away!) Couldn't have asked for a better place. We cooked a full breakfast in the huge kitchen each morning.

Had a great stay in Chatham at this Airbnb. Heather the host was extremely friendly and made us feel very welcome. The place was very well located in Chatham, well appointed and comfortable. We were very happy with our stay there, including a pack and play for our 16 month old. Would highly recommend a stay here to anyone.

Great little place, super cozy. Much bigger than we had anticipated and had everything we needed. Took us a bit to figure out entry door situation but once we did, the remainder of our stay was a breeze.

place is the same as described. I had a very short stay this time but this place has everything you need for an extended stay if needed. Highly recommended!

My new go to spot for Northampton! Affordable, great location and adorable! Susan is a responsive host and was there for a couple questions I had. The bathroom is really beautiful and spacious. The bed is super comfy and it is the best simple kitchen set up. We loved the milk frother and nespresso machine generously outfitted with pods! We will be back!

It is always comforting to stay at Anna’s condo. It feels like home with well thought out amenities, clean spaces, quiet surroundings and such a helpful host. It is a great space for families and has all you need to cook in. I highly recommend staying here.

Amir is a great host! I stayed at his place for two months for work and had no issues. The place was very clean and quiet and had everything I needed for a long term stay. Amir is very responsive and checked in periodically to make sure everything was going good! Very friendly host and was flexible with helping me with dates as sometimes my work can be changed quickly. Debra had a beautiful apartment in a perfect location. The balcony was especially enjoyable. It was very clean and had everything you could possibly need.

This was my second stay at Garrett’s and the place was just as nice as I remembered (plus a a few upgrades). Garrett’s always quick to respond to inquiries, unit had just about everything we needed including beach towels and location is great as it’s a short bike ride from center town and peaceful/quiet if you’re looking for a balanced vacation.

Dawn was great, always a chat away. The place was close (7 min walk) to the mountain but we drove with kids / skis. Plenty of room for our family of 5 and well stocked and clean.

Beautiful little spot on Cape Cod! The condo was private, clean, well-equipped and very comfortable. My daughter loved loved loved the en suite bathroom! The beds and living room furniture were both very comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed. Courtney was very responsive and she answered all of my questions. Check-in was super easy.
