Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Massachusetts

Madison has been an exemplary host, and the house was a great fit for 6 adults and 4 kids aged 4, 3, 1 and below 1. Even though we came for only a few days, I had lots of questions. Madison always responded promptly and helpfully. The host went beyond the call of duty by checking with cleaners when house became available, and facilitating an earlier check-in. That was greatly appreciated by our party. The house layout with bedrooms on two floors was perfect for us, where some kids who wake up real early slept on one floor, and others who wake up later are on another floor. Huge dinner table that could fit us all. Lack of clutter that let the energetic kids move around freely. Three bathrooms conveniently located, one on each floor. The availability of good quality, foldable beach chairs and a beach umbrella were a huge plus. The location of the house is in a quiet neighborhood, where we enjoyed walking, jogging or pushing strollers.

Clifford's place worked out perfectly for my crew that was working in the area for a multi week project. I would definitely book again if we have more work in the area.

I really enjoyed my stay here. My friend and I traveled for our kids spring break - kids ages 3,4,& 6 A few things to note that made this place stand out She has toddler eating utensils, a pack n play, baby bath which we didn’t need all of that but if you’re traveling with a baby this place had everything. Each bedroom has a sound machine and a spot to charge multiple devices USB & USB-C Also the place was spotless. One of kids spilled water we got a paper towel to pick it up and the floor had no dirt on it. It was definitely one of the cleanest Airbnbs that I’ve stayed at. The host offered early check in and late check out because there were no bookings surrounding our reservation. Finally - there was a small issue when we arrived and the host had it immediately fixed while we went to dinner. I really appreciate the attentiveness they had to this. 10/10 would recommend booking this the town is adorable to go with this house in a beautiful safe neighborhood.

Easy access to restaurants, grocery stores, beach and mini golf! Great area to take a walk or run around the neighborhood. Had all the basic supplies for cooking and comfortable furniture in the living room and bedrooms. The outdoor patio and yard is where we spent most of our time, the chairs and set up was perfect. The outdoor shower is a nice touch too!

This was a family Christmas getaway, and it was perfect.

Beautiful location with great views while sitting by fire pit or even from inside house. Split level allows for some alternative sleeping arrangements which worked great for us. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. The location provides quick access to a number of highways. The kitchen is well stocked with dishware and cookware. Everyone loved the heated floors and we were glad to be able to bring our dog and take him on walks in a quiet neighborhood.

Had a great stay in Chatham at this Airbnb. Heather the host was extremely friendly and made us feel very welcome. The place was very well located in Chatham, well appointed and comfortable. We were very happy with our stay there, including a pack and play for our 16 month old. Would highly recommend a stay here to anyone.

Clean place, very responsive hosts, great location. Was even more charming than the pictures. Only downside is the parking situation, but that’s what you get if you want to be right in the middle of the action.

No, this place wasn’t located in downtown Boston, it was very easy to get there via Subway, which was only two blocks away from the place. It cost us less than five dollars for a round-trip each time we went into the city. There is also a running path right near the home and several parks for our kids to play in. There is also Whole Foods about a 12 minute walk away and a little corner store/coffee shop which had excellent coffee only about a five minute walk away. We would definitely stay here again. The kitchen is amazing!

It is always comforting to stay at Anna’s condo. It feels like home with well thought out amenities, clean spaces, quiet surroundings and such a helpful host. It is a great space for families and has all you need to cook in. I highly recommend staying here.

Amir’s condo was perfect for what I was looking for. It had all the kitchen essentials for my month-long stay, and the place was neat, tidy, and perfect for studying or working during the day with little to no noise from outside. Parking was right out front with easy in/out. Amir was proactive whenever I had any questions, and he resolved things right away. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a nice, quiet place in the area.

We absolutely loved our stay at Julia’s home! It was in amazing location close to the beautiful downtown but also very private. The private beach is hard to beat! The space was clean, exactly as pictured, and was stocked with anything you could need. Julia was an amazing host who provided clear instructions and responded quickly. Debra had a beautiful apartment in a perfect location. The balcony was especially enjoyable. It was very clean and had everything you could possibly need.

This was my second stay at Garrett’s and the place was just as nice as I remembered (plus a a few upgrades). Garrett’s always quick to respond to inquiries, unit had just about everything we needed including beach towels and location is great as it’s a short bike ride from center town and peaceful/quiet if you’re looking for a balanced vacation.

We always book with Dawn! Her place is amazing. We feel right at home. She ensures the house has everything you could need in case you forget something. There are extra details to make your stay more comfortable. Her linens are softer than mine at home! There is plenty of space for my family of five to stay comfortably. I highly recommend booking here! We can’t wait until our next stay here.
