The cozy venue is beautifully located, offering all the comforts of a small Cape Cod cottage on the salt marsh. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, ensuring that everything was available for a comfortable stay and making themselves accessible at any time. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a super unique, peaceful retreat that has convenient access to endless activities. The property is situated in a unique, serene location with easy walking access to local parks and a variety of quality restaurants. The water is perfect for paddling to explore the large area of connected coves. It’s a short distance to the Cape Cod Canal Railroad Bridge and the canal trail. There's little need to leave the property but there is much close by to explore. I'm looking forward to returning to experience everything again, and maybe, experience and discover even more next time.

Immaculate, cozy cabin that’s the perfect balance of modern and rustic. My partner and I loved it so much, the view during fall was gorgeous! The record player, the wood fired hot tub - every little part of the experience was so relaxing. The Berkshires make for a stunning backdrop and you have tons of great restaurants and cafes nearby. Highly recommend, the hosts have been so thoughtful with how they designed this space.

This place is an absolute gem. Definitely one of our favorite Airbnb‘s we’ve ever had the privilege of visiting. The setting is spectacular, and the house is so charming and well equipped. Our kids had a blast and we definitely enjoyed the Jacuzzi in the master bathroom. It’s easy to tell that this is a treasured family cabin, lovingly tended to. Very accessible to Great Barrington and loads of wonderful hikes nearby. I highly recommend!

Definitely an amazing place, beautiful! But secluded make sure to stock up on groceries and essentials before arriving nearest market is about 16 minutes away. Overall great stay!

Thank you to our wonderful hosts at the Onset Compound for an incredible stay! The home is located in a picture perfect waterfront setting with all of the amenities a beach house offers. The hosts recommended some great restaurants and things to do that kept us busy all weekend. The home is sparkling clean and we felt right at home!

The view out the window to the ocean was spectacular and the accommodations were very pet friendly, my two dogs were very happy hanging out on the two couches in the living room. Perfect place to serve as a home base for exploring the quaint restaurants and shops in downtown Falmouth. Full kitchen if you want to cook, and plenty of furniture to have guests for dinner with a good size kitchen table. Ron, was very available and friendly, and I will definately go back!

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy and beautiful cabin! It was exactly the quiet, relaxing, and secluded getaway we were looking for. We were welcomed with a beautiful basket full of goodies. The bed was comfortable, and the sauna and large jacuzzi tub were perfect for unwinding. The kitchen was well-equipped, and having both a crock pot and air fryer made meal prep super convenient. We really enjoyed the cozy wood-burning fireplace. Communication with Elle was excellent—she was very responsive and helpful throughout. Although it rained during our visit and we didn’t get to use the outdoor spaces much, there are some lovely spots for enjoying a fire or just relaxing outside.Highly recommend this cabin for anyone looking to recharge in a peaceful retreat!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The proximity to the beach and the Brewster Flats (the largest tidal flats in North America) can’t be beat. The cabin was comfortable and the hosts friendly and helpful. Plus our Labrador Retrievers enjoyed the stay as much as we did.

Had a great time sitting by the fire, fishing, kayaking, watching the water, and hanging out with friends. Listing is accurate and the house is beautiful. If you love being outside it’s a great place!

My second trip back, and definitely not my last - just a total gem of a place, and Bob and Giovanni are so friendly and helpful. From my review last year: My new favourite Airbnb! The Montello Cottage is perfect - even better than the pictures. Airy, spacious, clean, with everything you could wish for, including an incredibly well stocked kitchen (with nicer kitchen tools than I have at home!) and even beach towels/chairs/umbrella! Everything is brand new and high quality. The patio is beautiful and even though the location is incredibly central, it's quiet and peaceful. I can't say enough good things about this place. Bob and Giovanni are wonderful - very easy to get in touch with, made sure I had everything I needed, and were very flexible with check in/out times.

Tim was a great host of a great house. We had a family of 8 including 3 kids and were so comfortable and felt that the house was clean, well-stocked, and welcoming. Tim responded to any questions within minutes and was so accommodating. Would recommend to anyone and everyone.

Really perfect little place to stay with everything we needed. Bonus that it’s a flat driveway right on the road, if your car can’t handle the snow that well.

Maureen's cozy beach getaway was just what our family needed to relax and unwind. Everything was as described, and Maureen was a wonderful host. The house is nestled back from the road (which is a quiet dead end), and it feels very private and peaceful. The location is just perfect, with a short walk to a sandy section of Sagamore Beach. Walks along the lengthy beach are perfect any time but especially at low tide on the sand bars. We carried some kayaks and paddle boards down to the beach for some glorious sunset paddling. You can easily bike from Maureen's onto the canal bike path where you'll see boats traveling through all day. What a beautiful location to make unforgettable memories.

Amazing ambiance, sensational amenities, really worked well for the isolate cabin feel my girlfriend and I were aiming for this weekend. Lots of blankets, heaters, board games, local maps and recs. Had a winter storm our last day and owner was up 6AM shoveling a path from the back of my vehicle to the road. An incredibly conscious pair of hosts, can’t wait to come up here again!

I planned a weekend getaway for my family as we all live about 2.5 - 3 hours from Great Barrington. Betsy's place worked perfectly for 3 couples and a baby. The kitchen was well stocked with all the equipment we needed to cook breakfast and dinners. The living room was very comfortable for our Saturday after-dinner game night! Everyone slept comfortably and enjoyed having their own space. Betsy is a great and responsive host and even though she was not in the area last weekend, we were also able to contact her local house manager with questions! I definitely recommend a stay at this cabin in Great Barrington.

Beautiful spot with what feels like your own private pond. The home itself is well furnished and stocked with some amazing local coffee which made for an extremely enjoyable stay. I have a feeling we’ll be back for round 2, preferably when the water temps are above 40 degrees 🥶

This was our first Airbnb stay and it was an amazing experience. This little cabin is right by the beach, easily walkable and the neighborhood is gorgeous providing many oohs and awws from these Southwesterners. The cabin was a fun little staging area for us for our first Cape Cod vacation, being in Dennis allowed us easy access to all of Cape Cod and we were never wanting for anything from the property. If we visit Cape Cod again I hope this place is available.

This little private cabin is a perfect retreat for a couple! We could only stay a couple days but there was so much to do we are already trying to plan a way back! We never had a tv on and got a chance to reconnect with hours of talking. Once we understood how tbe commuter trains worked we spent time in Boston and even Salemn. Both cities are amazing and less stressful if you arent use to the city traffic. Sherrie always was willing to give us suggestions on things to do, see, or local places to eat! Its a lil difficult to find the first time but after that its simple and Sherries walks you through it knowing that a GPS wont take you to the correct spot! They made our stay special and we cant thank them enough!

Alice's place was the perfect place for a long weekend on a beautiful and quiet late September weekend. Comfortable studio beach house, quiet, very bright and airy when the windows were open. Beautiful views on all sides. Comfortable bed. Great outdoor shower with very good water pressure. I barely wanted to leave to do other things. Took multiple walks a day or sat on the beach and read. Would definitely come back! Was perfect for a solo traveler.
