I've stayed many many times and they added extra touches to our stay again, thank you very much! very much appreciated. great stay, super clean and everything is in good order. Heating, WiFi, hot water, lights, bed all works and handy with 2 car spaces. Thank you.

Great little spot perfect for me for my event an the NEC, easy enough to get there by bus and come back at night to a cozy stay

The property felt secluded and peaceful, with good access to public transport. Sunny welcomed me personally after arriving late at night and the room matched its description. Sunny is easy to get ahold of as he lives next door. Great place to stay for a weekend getaway in Birmingham.

Absolutely loved my stay here! The house was extremely cozy, perfect for my weekend at the NEC. The place was spotless, looked exactly like the photos and had everything I needed for my stay there (cooker, microwave etc) The heated pipes under the flooring was a great surprise! Felt nice to walk around the place and feel warm. The garden area is secluded and gives you plenty of privacy which was nice touch for me. Plenty of buses in the area for travelling around Birmingham, and if you wanted to, you can even walk to the NEC in 40 mins like I did haha Mikaela was a great host and I would highly recommend staying at her place if you’re away in Birmingham 10/10!!!
