A great, compact apartment in a terrific, lovely area of Uptown. Very comfortable bed and living room, and very clean throughout. Frank was quick and responsive to any questions I had. A perfect place for a couple or a single person.

Had a great stay! This is a small accommodation, a small kitchen with the essentials and a large living/sleeping space. Full size bathroom also. Excellent size for 2, probably cramped for anything more than that. Good food options within walking, bus a couple of blocks away and the streetcar is a 5 minute walk. Very convenient for getting around. Parking is street parking, we did not have any issues getting parking in front of the house. Everything was cozy and comfortable, an excellent value for a New Orleans stay!

A beautiful, wonderful place to stay while visiting New Orleans. This place is on one of the main streets in New Orleans where you are a few steps away from the streetcar. The hosts were speedy with responding to anything we needed and all the essentials were available. We also slept very comfortable. You can also go out on the balcony and enjoy the scenery surrounded by the beautiful trees. Additionally, having an Airbnb with a washer and dryer is always a plus because many others may not. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and of course ate great New Orleans food. David and Lauren were wonderful hosts and we would absolutely stay at this place again!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Lori’s place! The house itself was full of character and charm, reflecting its age and history in the most delightful way. Every detail in the home added to its unique atmosphere, making it a truly special place to stay. The location was perfect—situated in a lovely, safe, and quiet area that was ideal for exploring the surroundings. We appreciated how accessible everything was, yet the property still felt like a peaceful retreat. What truly made our experience exceptional was the amazing host. Lori went above and beyond to accommodate all of our needs and requests, always responding quickly and with a smile. Her attentiveness and kindness made us feel so welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. We cannot recommend this property enough for anyone looking for a charming home with a fantastic host in a great location! Thank you for an unforgettable experience!

Excellent place! We are a family of 5 with 3 teenagers and it’s so hard to find an affordable space where we are all comfortable but this was perfect. Although it’s a studio space, it is HUGE and none of us felt like we were crawling all over each other, to say the least. The beds were also super comfy and the walkability of the location was great. My only suggestion would be to budget for parking because there is just not enough free parking available for everyone so we had to use the nearby lot, which took from our overall budget. But the host and description did note that so we knew it was a possibility. Overall 10/10 would stay here again.

Kitty and Brad's apartment was just as described. We loved the finishings and open layout. The building and rooftop terrace were also beautiful. Location is conveniently located near streetcars and the French Quarter and felt safe at night. Very walkable and great place to call home exploring NOLA. Kitty and Brad were responsive, always pleasant and also accommodating allowing us to check in a bit early and also providing a place to put luggage a couple of hours after checkout while we explored a bit more before our return flight. Excellent and kind Hosts and a great space!

We had a great stay. The house looked just like the pictures. Talyta and Kaio were very responsive and checked in on us to make sure we had a great stay. We also enjoyed the snacks and coffee that was provided. I would def booked their place again.

Blair’s Place was fabulous! The place was just as you see in the photos. Beds were very comfortable, being able to use the laundry room that was fully stocked with everything you need was a plus! The kitchen was well stocked where you can cook meals. The trolley stop across the street worked out great and very reasonable, you can buy your tickets at Walgreens walking distance. Our recommendations Crabby Jacks for huge Po Boy sandwiches, Lil Dizzy’s for chicken or seafood family owned restaurant, Bamboulas on Frenchmen street for entertainment food and cocktails, Oceania on Bourbon Street tasty food, and Cafe du Monde at City Park.

We enjoyed our stay so much! It was perfect weather and a perfect space for our family to connect and celebrate my birthday! There is so much around the neighborhood to do, shop and explore. Getting to places was easy because of connections with a great taxi guy right off the get go. We enjoyed the neighborhood very much. We felt totally at ease and comfortable in the home. Thank you so much.

If I could give this place 6 stars, I would! Perfect house: perfect location, perfectly clean and comfortable, perfect host. My only complaint is that I had to go home! Such a fantastic house! Already planning our return later this year.

Cynthia's place was conveniently located for our group's purposes. We walked the area to explore Freret Street's many cafes, and even walked to the zoo. We had easy check-in and check-out, and Cynthia was helpful and attentive when we needed assistance with something that came up.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were able to walk to several bars and restaurants. Enjoyed the large living room and outdoor area. Great location!!

Wayne's place was spacious for two couples; great common area and kitchen for hanging out. We loved the area and it was so walkable to the French Quarter and Frenchman Street - the whole area was lit at night. Treme has a cool history and it was nice to stay in an area that was not overtouristed. The place could have been more meticulously cleaned and does have a little wear and tear but that would not deter us from staying again given the price point.

My wife, two children and I stayed here between Christmas and New Year's. It was exactly what we needed. Robin was super on top of communications, and the extra personal touches made us feel welcome. We would definitely stay again.

This condo in the central business District was perfect for our family New Orleans vacation. Outside of the hustle and bustle and noise of the French quarter but close enough to it to walk or take a short Uber ride. Located on the Saint Charles trolley line, also very easy to get to Magazine Street or any number of popular local destinations. The location of the condo and the ease of getting an Uber, coupled with the access to public transport means that we probably wouldn’t rent a car next time. Great style, the condo has two bedrooms (K & Q) with en suite bathrooms, and another king bedroom. This was very comfortable for our group of five and could serve more if people were coupled up. Brad was extremely responsive around check in and receptive to requests. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place and great hosts. Super clean. Great location within walking distance of restaurants and museums. I would definitely be happy to stay here again.

The apartment itself was immaculate and tastefully decorated, with a perfect blend of modern amenities and cozy touches. Very comfortable apartment! Super clean! It's in an excellent location and within easy walking distance to many attractions and restaurants. There is a parking lot right down the block; we parked for 24 hours for $40. Street parking is available and is free from 7p-7a, but can be difficult to obtain. There is a market downstairs that has anything you forgot. There is also a bar downstairs, but noise was never an issue. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful, walkable place to stay in New Orleans!

Great place to stay: it was exactly as described in the listing, very clean, comfortable, well equipped, and we really appreciated the included parking in the garage across the street. It’s also in a great spot in the CBD, close to Canal, the French Quarter, the streetcar, and most of the touristy stuff is an easy walk. We were extra impressed with how quiet it was—we never heard sound transfer from other units in the building and, even with lines on two streets around the block the condo is on, we could only hear the streetcar occasionally when sitting by the window in the living room.

Judy was great. Super communicative and easy to work with! Parking was a bit of a difficult thing to navigate, but other than that was a perfect stay. 5/5!

The Natchez was amazing, each bedroom has its own bathroom, beautiful decor…our new home away from home. We plan to stay here each time we visit New Orleans.
