The location is great - easy walking to French Quarter, Bywater, right next to Frenchman St. Ton of everything you need right nearby, but still very quiet and peaceful. Place itself is comfortable and charming. Many nice little touches of tasteful but joyful mardi gras decor. High quality and plentiful towels - soap, shampoo, coffee, tea etc. if you forget to bring any. A wonderful place!

This place is absolutely beautiful, clean and safe. We loved how attentive Forest was with us for our entire stay! We always felt safe. Any time we needed something we got it right away. Service was impeccable and all the staff we encountered were extremely friendly. We highly recommend anyone visiting NOLA to stay here!

Ben was a great host! Super responsive and easy to communicate with. Neighborhood was great, within walking distance to Frenchman St. and the quarter if you're able and willing! Had a bunch of bars, stores, restaurants to check out, it can get a little loud at night but we knew that going into it and it didn't bother our group. Highly recommend this as a place to stay when you're in NOLA!

Nicki’s home was an amazing place to stay during our trip to New Orleans. We wanted something with authenticity in a residential area away from the madness, and this was perfect. It felt like we were truly immersed in the history of the area, but with all the comforts one could ask for. Comfortable beds and thoughtful touches throughout the house made it feel like home, and a quick 2-block walk to Magazine St offered tons of cute coffee shops, restaurants, bars, etc. Nicki was a great host and let us leave our bags early ahead of check in time. I would happily stay here again!

Great location! Perfect size for our family of 8. Responsive host. Easy in/out. Very high ceilings in unit and lots of sweet character. For anyone street parking in this area..we got a parking ticket for parking within 20 ft of a crosswalk. Also lots of 2 hr parking. It was fine until the French Quarter festival started, then there was no parking. We had to find a paid lot.

I loved staying here. We went with 9 girls for my bachelorette party. There were beautiful places to take photos, a great back yard/courtyard to hang out in (and balcony), and was modern and clean. The girls loved the Airbnb as did i. It was in a quiet and safe neighborhood while also being a 20 minute walk to bourbon street. At night we ubered but during the day we walked! She’s also so sweet and responsive- let me check in early too! If I was going back to NOLA, I’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

What a gorgeous home! We were just blown away when we checked in and couldn't get over the layout and the character of the place. I wish we had had more time, and I will definitely book this place again next time I visit NO. The Marigny has always been my favorite neighborhood, and Franz's place was just deep in enough to be quiet, away from the lively bars on Frenchman, while being a short walk to all the action. Mostly though, I could have spent the whole visit on the balcony porch drinking coffee. So dreamy!

Fabulous place, great location, easy access to transportation and NOLA attractions yet quiet enough area to sleep, clean, has everything listed, more spacious than you can tell from photos! Love the off street gated parking, host was responsive, definitely recommend!!

This establishment was exceptional, offering a quiet, secure, and clean environment that felt like home. The beds were comfortable, and the location was conveniently close to numerous restaurants. The only drawback was the parking situation; I wish they had designated parking for their guests. Nevertheless, I rate my stay a 10 out of 10.

We had a great time at Dan's place. The space was clean and spacious for the 4 of us. The home is so close to magazine street that I was initially concerned about the noise but that was not an issue at all. With it being a few blocks away, the home had a neighborhood feel while also being in the thick of it. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Great location for our New Orleans visit. We will definitely plan to book this location again in the future, if available when we need to do so. We were a little confused, and disappointed though, in that we had requested, and thought we'd had received back a messaged response of approval, for an early check-in at the property at 2:00pm rather than 4:00pm. However, there must have been some confusion as we we did not receive our access information for property access until right at 4:00pm.

New Orleans holds so many memories for us, some too wild to tell. This trip was to celebrate my 65th birthday and Bob and Sue made sure we did that in style. From the moment we checked in and all during our stay, they made sure every detail was covered. They even had a beautiful birthday card, a "Happy Birthday" tiara and a bottle of champagne, waiting for our arrival. Airbnb needs more Hosts like these two. I have already told several friends about this place. The next time we visit NOLA, we will be staying at Casa Martini.

The location was perfect for us as it was midway on St. Charles- so easy to get anywhere. Having the pool was ideal in order to cool off after a hot day. Pool was clean and well maintained. Linens were exceptionally soft and the entire apartment was very neat and clutter free. Also, we never had any problems locating off street parking nearby.

We rented the home because we had plans to go to the Irish Italian parade that was only a 5 min walk down the street. It is very modern but cozy and spacious. The house is in a great location because it is safe and in close proximity to many restaurants and the French quarter. We will definitely stay there again next year for the parade.

The house surpassed the photos, the house is truly beautiful. It was spacious and well appointed. It was close to all the restaurants of Magazine and I enjoyed my short work every morning to get breakfast at District and coffee at PJ's. The neighborhood was all that is great about New Orleans with beautiful houses, new and old, and some mixed use properties that enlivened the area. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed, I recommend this property whole heartedly. Alice and Scott are fantastic hosts. Thank you!!

Location was convenient to everything. I chose the location based on the nearby streetcar; however the streetcar is unreliable as the main mode of transportation so we didn't even use it. I had forgotten that an on a busy weekend you could easily wait 1+ hr st a stop for pickup. An Uber was about $15 to the FQ. The bedrooms are large. Plenty of towels. Note for other guests- you may want to take extra blankets & supplies for coffee. Beds are made with a fitted sheet and a blanket on the thin side. Also coffee pods were supplied. We were a party of four women and felt safe.

I’m a last min person with everything I do so when I say I was kick to run across this hidden gem I was. The place was very nice and clean. There were extra bedding to accommodate more people. The place was very clean and cozy. I overly love the spacious bathroom room to the point I almost asked where did they buy the tub from lol. Natalie was a very friendly host and if she couldn’t be reach she had her team right there to help. The location of the apt is everything. It’s walking distance from bourbon st and slap in the middle of restaurants and shopping stores. You can’t go wrong with booking with her. This will be my forever spot to book whenever I’m in New Orleans

Great large house just walking distance of everything you want in the French Quarter. Far enough away to be nice and quite, but close enough to get around without Ubers if you like. Marigny was also very responsive and gave helpful information. Would stay here again.
