From the beginning Bernat gave us all the facilities, flexibility and precise instructions to get there without problems. Once there he was attentive if we needed anything and he gave us very useful recommendations. The site, a past, quiet and spacious. Definitely highly recommended.

I enjoyed my stay very much. The apartment is ideal for a longer stay. Yes, the hotel across the street is louder music or children who stay up longer, but I would say that everything is in the frame. Good bus connection to Portocristo (nearest larger supermarket & gym), the local supermarket is within walking distance and the sun on the balcony is a dream for a lunch break. Once I had internet problems, I had to go to the beach. Christian took care of it right away and then it worked again. Otherwise, the internet connection is working perfectly! Video calls via Zoom & Teams as well as phone calls wonderfully possible to Dt. Highly recommended! I'd love to come back :-)

Felipe and Ines were great hosts, the house was extremely clean when we arrived and they left us with a list of tips for the city, everything was very smooth. The house is in the best spot you could ask for in Palma, and the house provides everything you could ask for (including a beautiful terrace where you can see the cathedral! We stayed 40 days, it felt like our home at times, we definitely recommend this beautiful spot to enojoy Plama ! Thanks again Flavia&Matteo

We rent the flat for my mother. Flavia has been very kind to her all the time, attending to all her inquiries and concerns. The apartment is in very good condition, and the location is perfect. It is as shown in the photos. We will definitely rent it again.
