Chalet vacation rentals in Marratxí

We really miss Isidro's place now we're back home. We had a wonderful stay. Isidro is a very considerate host. He left us lots of supplies, brought us cakes & regularly asked us if we needed anything... a true gent! There was pretty much everything you needed in the house already. The house itself is stunning & was a great family house - we had lots to do when some thunderstorms came, playing pool, darts, table tennis & watching films on the giant TV! There's not much in Pont d'Inca itself although an excellent Mercadona was only 2 mins away (there's a trolley for shopping in the garage!). Transport was really good for Palma we thought. The station is 7 mins easy walk & trains are regular. They stop early coming back (22.20). It's worth getting into Palma a lot... It's a beautiful city.

There were six of us (4 adults and 2 infants) in the finca for 13 days and loved it! The house was clean and everything as described in the ad. The view from the terrace is beautiful!! Miquel had always responded quickly and responded quickly if we needed anything. His very nice father came a few times to see the right and clean the pool, etc. He always came with advance notice and was very kind and helpful. Our children were also big fans of him :) I can't confirm the negative comments here because of the aircraft noise. Every now and then you've heard a plane, but that's the way it is all over the island. This didn't bother us at all. We had a very nice time there and felt very comfortable!

The apartment or rather the house is on the 2nd line of the beachfront, you can see the sea from the balcony. Spacious with a shaded garden on the other side. Antoni and his wife were very responsive to our requests upon arrival. Its Sierra is a quiet resort (at least in October), that's exactly what we were looking for.

We especially enjoyed the lovely terrace and pool area, where our children aged 14 and 9 had a great time. The pool is about 2 meters deep at one end, and about 1 meter deep at the low end. Furthermore, the pool is easily accessible with the stairs down. The house and the surroundings fully live up to the pictures and descriptions, and it is very private and peaceful. Our host, Fernando was extremely welcoming and thoughtful towards us. Because we arrived late and could not shop in time, he had arranged for, among other things, water and breakfast for us, so we had the bare essentials to start out with. The location of the house itself is good, and by car there is easy access to most of Mallorca. There are also a few sights in the immediate area, fx a hike up to an old fortress with a beautiful view. In Alaró there is a cozy little square with restaurants and an ice cream shop. There are two pharmacies and two smaller supermarkets. If you need to make larger purchases, the city of Inc

Very quiet and peaceful location. Pool is nice for small kids. Has everything you need. The only thing to improve would be BBQ place. Overall would definitely recommend.

If you're considering the Finca as a venue for celebrations, there couldn’t have been a more perfect place for us to celebrate our wedding. We were able to easily arrange everything with Fabrizio and Miriam from Austria. The Finca is the ideal location for a gathering of up to 30 guests. As a vacation home, it's perfect for families or two couples.. One bedroom is located in a separate wing under the terrace, while the other section has two bedrooms connected by a staircase, all three equipped with double beds. We loved the interior design and appreciated the natural surroundings. We love chickens, and enjoyed the sounds of the free-roaming chickens and rooster on the property. Contrary to a previous guest's comment, we didn't notice any disturbing noise from the nearby, yet distant, road. For us, this place has become truly special, and we are filled with gratitude for the wonderful support from Miriam and Fabrizio! And last but not least: the pool is amazing and magical!

A fantastic location, very close to the restaurants of Cala D’Or and the beach. Its also a short walk to the Marina, with a couple of large supermarkets close by. The staff who look after the villa and clean it do a great job and were lovely and friendly. The pool is great and it was wonderful to come back to an air conditioned place. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spotless and well equipped. A very well managed property, thank you Jesus.

Absolutely incredible spot and we had an amazing stay at Villaonline. Thomas and christine were great hosts. Would definitely recommend their property, Plenty of space for large groups. It was a pleasure to stay and enjoy the scenic views from La Perla Negra, will definitely visit again. Thanks

Amazing host, great communication. Villa was actually bigger than pictures showed. Swimming pool was a perfect size, mountains view and sunsets were amazing. I highly recommend to stay in this property we definitely will be coming back.

We had the most wonderful stay at Finca sa pletassa. It is situated in a peaceful countryside location but is only a five minute car journey to the nearest beach or ten minutes to Cala d’Or. The villa has been finished to a very high standard and is well maintained. The pool is amazing and a really good size. It’s a perfect villa to stay in with a family. We have a three, four and six year old and appreciated the stair gates, bed guards and lockable fence around the pool. Margarita was always very helpful and prompt in responding to any queries. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!

Very nice finca outside of the city. The finca is very well maintained, the communication with the host pleasant. Cots and high chairs were provided on request.

This house is just perfect . It has a beautiful design , it is huge , it literally has everything you need (even a waffle maker ) and it is super clean . We spend the holidays there with 8 people , and everyone was impressed by the house. It is a really quite neighborhood, so you can relax and enjoy the time by the pool. Nearby there is a supermarket , you can walk down to the beach or the bay nearby . All in all I don’t have anything critical to say . I would chose this house over and over again and recommend it to everyone who wants to have a nice relaxing holiday , where you still live central enough to go out easily .

The house was absolutely brilliant for our family (ages 3-75), spacious with a lovely if a bit chilly swimming pool. The no. 40 bus stopped outside and took us to and from the beach and we found friendly restaurants nearby.

We loved our stay at Toni’s place. The location was fun with many restaurants and shops within walking distance. We also loved the proximity to the beach.

We had a family vacation. We loved it. It turned out so our flight was delayed, but the hosts waited for us even though we arrived quite late. The place was clean and prepared for us and the hosts are nice and genuine people. It is also worth noting the presence of a smart cat, which added to our experience at home even more. Recommended.

Our stay at Francisca’s place was lovely. Nice home for our stay in Alcudia, lots of space inside and out. Good location walkable to the beach and locals shops and restaurants. Great communication throughout from Francisca, thank you for having us!

We had a great stay here, the lake view is beautiful and it's very close to the beach. The place is very clean and equiped with everything to feel like home. The garden is impecable, we spent most of our time there barbequing and watching our toddler run around. Raquel was very responsive. I would stay here again, I highly recommend for families with children.

We liked the house very much, everything was very clean and cozily furnished. The location is perfect for walks on the lake and beach, all in the immediate vicinity. The garden with pool offers the opportunity for relaxing hours.
