Monthly Rentals in Marotta

We stayed in Dino's house for a week, the apartment is large with three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 3 balconies, located in front of the sea( 5 minutes walk), and very close to all the services offered by the area(supermarkets,bars,restaurants and beaches with beaches Just 4 km from Senigallia. Dino was very kind and always available. Suitable for families with children, I recommend it to those who want to spend a holiday in total relaxation. Car parking is located inside the residence .

Great solution if you're looking for some relaxation. The beach is a stone's throw away and the house is very bright and equipped with every comfort. Maurizio was available and timely in responding to us and gave us the opportunity to stay with our dog friend. Recommended!

My family and I had a nice experience during our time at Torette, at Silvia's home. gorgeous house located right on the gorgeous beach and with direct access to it. The house comes perfectly furnished, recently renovated and all the necessary utilities, washing machine, iron, dishwasher, hair dryer, iron and even a fashionable cordless vacuum cleaner, very clean and cozy house, with a gorgeous terrace with jute chairs. we felt very good and we definitely consider visiting again in the future. The newly renovated apartment is very nice, well cared for and clean. There are all the necessary appliances with detergents useful for use. We were also provided with the towels. The area is quiet and not too far from the beach that can be reached on foot through the railway underpass. Positive experience with the host, too.
