We loved our stay at Andrew’s place. The location is fantastic in a beautiful, quiet garden next to the river and vineyards yet within walking distance of restaurants etc. The hosts were most welcoming and very helpful. We particularly appreciated the eggs from the wandering hens and fresh produce from the garden. We hope to return one day.

Peter’s hospitality and kindness are both heartwarming and we felt welcome from the start. He has a very special home and garden/orchard and his passion for plants and the natural environment really shows. He shared several of his plums and apples with us, as well as homemade bread and fruit leather. The location is serene, yet close to several vineyards and a general store. What a special stay!

This is truely a beautiful spot to fully immerse yourself in nature! A really good location just minutes from the beach and restaurants. Shanti has really created a place that is relaxing and comfortable. There are clear instructions on how to use everything provided which made the stay a breeze. I highly recommend getting the little breakfast platter and enjoying the fresh produce from the garden. The bed was one of the comfiest beds I’ve slept in, especially after a long day at the beach, it was a highlight for me ! Highly recommend staying here!

Raenoi is an excellent host and the place is functional, tidy and home feeling. Our bedroom has everything we needed and a very comfy bed and pillows. The outdoor area is lovely for dinning and entertaining. Thanks Raenoi for everything. We didn't get to say goodbye to you due to timing of checkout. Just want to say " Thank you for the lovely place and your host. We appreciated very much!"

Great value for money and a very comfortable stay. Carol and Geoff are very welcoming and made us feel like their house was our house. Leading up to the stay we had excellent communication and wnen we arrived Carol greeted us and showed us around. We pretty much had the the whole bottom floor to ourselves (besides the other guest) and food and hot drinks provided. Their backyard is large and has fruit trees which we were invited to help ourselves to. The house is in a quiet street right up near the hills with walking tracks. The beds were very comfortable. We slept well! Highly recommend!

Michael was the kindest and most helpful host we could have hoped for. We felt most welcome in his beautiful house and would recommend this place to anyone staying over in pituresque Picton!

We had a very welcoming and lovely stay. We came back after few days camping in Abel Tasman Reserve, and the beds and shower with beautiful view were amazing. Deb is very helpful and had loads of tips for what to do in the area. The breakfast is also very good. Highly recommend staying here!

Michelle’s place was just what we needed. The information made available in the brochure was helpful and the accommodation was clean and well provided for.

We stayed 4 nights at Julies Airbnb. It was one of our best accomondation so far! Julie and her husband are great hosts! We recived golden hints and were pampered during our stay. We felt very comfy. Very highly recommended! For us it is no question: if we return to Motueka another time there is no other place to stay.

Wish we had more time there wonderful kitchen , sitting area, library. Good stay!

We love Karen and John's home. Very beautiful and stunning views from our room of the ocean. Karen was such a lovely and caring host. They made us feel so welcome and were very helpful with recommendations of the area. Karen was very accomodating of us and always helpful. John cooked us the most beautiful breakfast which topped of a beautiful stay. We left with such a great feeling. They are such a lovely couple and we highly recommend that if you are wanting to stay in the area, this is the place to stay. We will be coming back to Ruby bay just to stay here again. Cannot recommend Karens Ruby bay home enough. Thank you Karen and John.

Oh man! Wish I could've stayed longer! This little gem is in pristine condition! It had everything I needed and more. The bed was sooooo comfortable, which was perfect after being on the road for a few days. I had had some of my breakfast for dinner the night before as its already available in the room. Loved the variety of condiments for toast and the fruit. There's not much to do in Motueka but it was the perfect stop over. Carmen and Max are a lovely, kind and welcoming couple!

Ideal location for exploring the area. Barbara and Jerry made me very welcome. The rooms were very comfortable and well equipped. Excellent breakfast. Highly recommended

We are so pleased to have recently stayed at Scarborough House. Ted and Sue are the most welcoming and hospitable hosts who insured that our stay was nothing but the best. Their guest suites are extremely comfortable with all of the comforts of home. The views from this property are stunning and we appreciated the special marine life of Kaikoura.

It was a wonderful and flawless stay. I haven't experienced a better host yet. Kay was caring, gave us tips and we immediately felt at home and very comfortable. We would keep coming back!

Amanda was helpful and friendly. The house had great indoor and outdoor space for us to celebrate and relax. The beds were super comfy and the sheets smelled amazing!!! Showers had great pressure. Scenery was divine! Highly recommend for big groups :)
