Vacation rentals with beach access in Marlborough District

Our stay was amazing. First timers to the South Island! Friendly people, easy access to public transport (bus stop at end of driveway-cash payment to ride). Lovely beach near by and beautiful scenery heading into town. Also, uber is available! Our accommodation was cozy, comfortable, modern and enough for what we needed. Ana was very responsive and accommodating and replied quickly. Definitely recommend 👌.

We had a great stay. We loved the vintage style decor and had everything we needed. Great location by the beach. We arrived to freshly baked bread which was a nice touch. And loved seeing wild rabbits in the park across the road in the evenings. Would highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at Neville's place, it was beautifully clean and well kept. The layout is really nice and everything you could need was provided. Tata Beach, only a 2 minute walk away over the road, through beach access was beautiful. Neville and Debbie were wonderful hosts.

lovely flat well provided for. check in needs to be arranged but this worked ok. great location overlooking the bay, great balcony but very noisy road when the doors are open so best enjoyed from inside. Definitely a good find .

Fabulous apartment right on waterfront. Amanda met us there and showed us in, explained how everything worked. Very modern and comfortable and clean with absolutely everything we needed for our weekend away. The bed was so very comfortable, the aircon was great and there was a lovely balcony where we had some pre dinner drinks with friends. We arrived mid morning and they let us have an early check in which worked perfectly for us. Highly recommended.

The accommodation was great. The view is beautiful. The apartment is large and equipped with everything you need. The city center is also within walking distance.

I don’t have words to describe how nice April is. She went above and beyond to help us book the tickets for water taxi and other help we need. Wish we had time to unwind at her place more. Highly recommended.

This was one of the nicest AirBNB’s we have visited. We appreciated Debbie’s thoughtful touches, including homemade cookies to greet us, a nice supply of basic condiments, cooking oil, tea and coffee, and a useful handbook for the house and local attractions. We enjoyed taking their sea kayaks for a short paddle on Ruby Bay. The house is very convenient to Able Tasman and minutes from the cute town of Mapua.

just a perfect place to relax, hike and swim. the view was stunning the house was very comfortable and had all we need inside and more. the beds are super comfortable and the private suite my teenager got was priceless. peace and quiet.

Amazing house with a million dollar view. Loved the kayaks and paddle boards to play in the bay. Coffee machine was an amazing bonus. This house was a dream and we WILL return. Thankyou for a wonderful family holiday

My wife and I stayed at Bon's place for two nights. The home had everything you could need and we were very comfortable. There were fantastic, unobstructed, views of the sea from the front window. Easy walk to town and a short drive to the seal colony. Amazing walks around the coast. Interesting museum in town and lots of restaurants and simple shopping.

It is very nice house recommended for any family

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the Pink Palace. There were books and toys that engaged my toddler. We also had chocolates, chilled beers and a small bottle of champagne to welcome us. The bed was comfy too. It is a nice accommodation to stargaze as well. Thank you for letting us stay at your accommodation!

I booked this house as a surprise getaway weekend for my husband and a couple of his friends for a surfing trip. I did not actually stay there so I'm writing on behalf of them, and they all had a wonderful time and enjoyed the location. Thank you. We will be back!

Great place, the view was amazing. We saw the ferrys coming in and out of the harbour. It’s right on the waterfront and you can walk to everywhere. Also had 2 bathrooms which is great when you have a family staying. Thanks again!

Lynda’s apartment was exactly what we needed. Two equally nice bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom. The patio was perfect for morning coffee and the two restaurants within walking distance made dinner easy after a day of adventuring.

Fantastic apartment with a great view, comfortable beds, functional kitchenette and sparkling clean. Little Kaiteriteri beach was a short walk down the hill (though not a straight path, so make sure to follow the directions carefully). Craig was a friendly and responsive host. This all made for a lovely stay.
