Beautiful setting, especially for the evening to watch the sunset or have a bath outdoors and look at the stars. It was exactly as pictured. Friendly farm animals nearby were a plus! Lisa was quick to help when we messaged with questions throughout our stay. Overall great visit.

Very close to the beach, peaceful and quiet neighbourhood. The unit was very neat and clean, everything was as described. Nicki was very responsive and helpful. We came in winter but are looking forward to come back during summer. Thank you!

Loved meeting Garth and Sandra, we had a great time. The place was great and the recommendations on point. Can't believe that it is so close to Nelson town and everything else and yet feels like its in a wee part away from everything and everyone. Would highly recommend.

This is a wonderful airbnb. Lovely hosts Judy and Mike provide excellent hospitality, responsive to any needs and with a wealth of knowledge of the local area. I felt right at home in the beautiful space with plenty of space to lounge and take in the - as the listing says - spectacular views. Photos can't properly do justice to the idyllic garden setting tucked away high on the hill or the breathtaking sunsets. I would recommend a stay here to friends and family in a heartbeat!

Great pad to rewind for weekend for Kiwis needing a break. Location is fine if you have a car, but otherwise it's easy walk up to restaurants and main street. Clean & comfy with King beds. 💫

Perfect and affordable stay in Kaikoura with a beautiful view!

Stayed here many times for work over the past year and absolutely love it. the location is handy to work to the cafes or supermarket. Has a great range of different coffee or tea options and love the small touch with lovely soaps

Valerie and Ewan were very friendly and a highlight was their spectacular garden. We were very lucky to be able to help ourselves to the abundant veggie patch. Lots of yummy treats left for us on arrival. Good small supermarket, a couple of pubs and the amazing bakery. We had a very peaceful Xmas/New Year here.

Thank you Christine & Lincoln for making us so welcome and feel completely at home. We had the most relaxing stay and it couldn't have been any better! This is a very comfortable, spacious and thoughtfully laid out apartment, we particularly enjoyed sitting in our own private sheltered outdoor area, a great spot to read with a glass of wine! It is a central location, an easy two minute walk to central Nelson and a lovely quiet oasis to return to. No hesitation in recommending and we would book again.

I seldom try a product that exceeds expectations but this Airbnb choice was better than I had expected and I would definitely recommend it to anyone needing a base to work from in Nelson.

The property is a modern unit in a great location close to nelson one way and kaiteriteri the other. Had most amenities you would require for your stay. Comfortable and peaceful .

We rode our bikes up a gentle slope to reach The Loft. Caroline met us shortly after we had arrived and welcomed us warmly. Finding out that we were down to two bread rolls for the night, she kindly offered to bring over some food from her family home! The home itself was a welcome oasis after a long day of biking. The sheets were clean, the utensils were pristine and the fact that we had our own balcony also allowed me to take a Timelapse of the sunset on my new GoPro. Thank you Caroline for your kindness and for hosting us in your beautiful home.

We found the Clifftop Retreat cabin suited our needs perfectly and Bob provided an excellent level of communication, service and local tips. He also ensured the pantry and wines were stocked with high quality local products. The accomodation was very good with comfortable bed, terrific functional kitchen and amazing clifftop views of the surrounding bay and local area. The location was perfect for our walking trips up into the Abel Tasman National Park and also fantastic local restaurants and wineries. Bob also organised a pick up from the airport for us as we arrived late at night. Overall a fantastic stay and would certainly recommend Clifftop Retreats very highly.

This place was so idyllic! We love how perfectly sized and full of everything we needed for a family holiday! I didn't need to bring a highchair or cot or toys etc. which made it so much easier for us to pack light and the kids (aged 1-4) absolutely loved the toys, games, puzzles, books...aaaand particularly the spa! Lovely location for walks, close to everything we needed. Our main goal for staying here was to relax and that is exactly what we felt we could do! Such a generous and friendly host Fiona was. A lovely, spacious apartment in Joanne and David’s home. Separate and private, very well equipped with lovely views and a very nice garden to sit out and enjoy coffee etc. beautiful linens on a comfy bed. Joanne and David are great hosts. We enjoyed our stay.

We haven’t been to Nelson for possibly 30 years - this will be our go to place now for Nelson-and we are very keen to come back now after staying here. Thank you for a wonderful stay- also the security, views, sunsets,and excellent introduction to the place with Rob was exceptional.

I’ve stayed in a lot of places all around the world, but this place outshines all of them. The views are absolutely beautiful. The host has thought of every single possible thing you could ever need. I wish there was a stronger word to use than well equipped. Maybe perfectly equipped? I wish we could’ve stayed longer and if I was ever in the area again, I would definitely stay there. I would say don’t bother looking for any place else. Just book this beautiful home. You can occasionally hear people walking on the floor above you, but it was barely noticeable and rarely happened. It is extremely spacious. I mean extremely spacious. It’s huge. The host left snacks, fresh fruit, champagne was chilling on arrival. Outside space was absolutely beautiful. Comfortable furnishings on the deck. I could go on and on.

Lovely new place. Central location to beach and Nelson, short drive to good restaurants and supermarket! Spa was a big plus for us after a beach day, nice quiet neighbourhood. Would definitely stay here again - had everything we needed! Thank you
