The building is nice, with welcoming atmosphere and well-maintained common areas. One of the standout features was the pool-it’s large, clean, and great for fun or relaxing. Location is also a plus, close to beach, everyday essential stores, and the mall. Plus a 30 minute to Miami south beach if that’s what you are looking to do as well. Any downside if you want to call it that is to keep in mind these two things. Do recommend you stock up on essentials but Walmart and other type stores are super close so it’s not a big issue. And parking can get very busy so you just need to plan ahead for your car to be ready when you need it. But once you know these things, not a big deal at all. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, would definitely go back and definitely would pick the host over again.

We were in town returning from a cruise and decided to stop by and visit with our adult kids attending FAU. The convenience to FAU was only outshined by the pristine, tastefully-decorated, and fully stocked home that this host provided. Peter is rated as a "super-host" and it is a rating that is not only well-deserved but it also raises the bar for all the other hosts. His attention to detail with the decor, and generosity with amenities and supplies make any guest feel right at home. This will definitely be our first choice for future visits to our kids at FAU.

We really enjoyed the stay. Easy parking, beautiful and clean space with well equipped kitchen. The beds are super comfortable and the furniture is very nice. The host went above and beyond to accommodate us with early check in and even got us a baby bed. The location within few minutes drive from Aventura Mall, Target, Whole Foods, beach, and playgrounds. We were really happy.

My family and I felt right at home. It was clean and welcoming. Wish we had more time to enjoy the surrounding area, but due to prior family engagements kept us away. We will be back. Elliot is an awesome host. You will not be disappointed!

Nick was a great host and this home was beautiful! We were in town for the Eras tour and he even had Taylor playing on the TV when we got there. Very well stocked and clean home. Amazing stay!

This was our first time staying in an Air BnB ever. My mom and I stayed for five days to visit my daughter and newborn granddaughter. Luis’s house was the perfect size for us, and our dogs loved the backyard space (which they don’t have where we live). We were so happy to bring them with us, and this saved us more than our stay in boarding costs! ❤️ The kitchen was well equipped-we had everything we needed to prepare some meals for the new parents! The entire place was so clean when we arrived and Luis is super-friendly and nearly immediately responsive! We hope to stay again soon as we will be making far more trips from the Gulf Coast to spend time with family!!

This place was absolutely pristine! We originally had issues getting into the home due to a battery issue with the keypad lock. Vanessa responded immediately and was on site within 15 minutes of us reaching out! Great host and the house was perfect for our trip. Would definitely book again!

I had a lovely few days with a friend here! the location is amazing. 7th floor overlooking the pool and ocean. The balcony is bathed in sun through the morning and the sound of the waves crashing is really easy to hear. The valet was really reasonable ($18) and the guys running it were very fast and friendly. there was an iron, beach chairs, beach toys, shower amenities, a normal brew coffee pot, an espresso machine, and full kitchen. the picture layout was hard to understand before getting there, but it's a one bedroom with a king sized bed (with a new comfortable mattress) and a queen size bed in the living room where a couch would normally be.

I highly recommend this apartment for the location, for its cleanliness, the ease of access, and the parking lot it has.

Our stay was excellent! The host was incredibly easy to reach, very responsive, and always willing to go the extra mile to make our visit enjoyable and memorable. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and ideal for beach lovers, located just a 5-minute walk from the beach in a quiet neighborhood. We were there primarily for business, and the space was perfect for remote work with solid WiFi speeds. Highly recommended! Given the opportunity, we would definitely return.

I’ve stayed at several Airbnbs, and this is honestly the first place that seemed spotlessly clean. I usually notice even the tiniest bits of floor dust accumulating near furniture, but I didn’t see any of that here. The interior of the Airbnb looks exactly like it does in the photos. We chose this location because of its proximity to the beach, and I appreciated that the host provided beach chairs, beach toys for the little one, accessories, and towels. There are restaurants nearby, and it’s about a 15-minute walk to Walmart. I also appreciated that we weren’t given a list of tasks to complete before checking out, which is a downside with many Airbnb rentals. However, I do want to mention that if you’re a light sleeper, you might wake up from some noise outside. While you can hear it, it didn’t bother us too much. Also, you’ll need to log into your own streaming accounts if you want to use services like Netflix or Disney+. Overall, it was a great stay for us. I highly recommend thi

The condo was ABSOLUTELY beautiful, better then the pictures!!! I only down fall(and we got around this after we figured out what to do). There are "no coolers" to be brought through tiki area OUT to beach. They want u to drink @ tiki bar. SO, get up before the "guard" is there @ 10am. and take your cooler out to beach. Just so you know this if you would like to have a few drinks of your own while enjoying the beach!
