Monthly Rentals in Marcus

Had a great stay! Location was perfect for visiting a NWC student. He was able to pop in between classes and practices. House was adorable! Warm and cozy! Bed was VERY comfortable and everything we needed was there to make a home cooked meal for our son and his friends. Will definitely e staying again.

This was the 3rd time we've stayed at The Sanctuary in the past 2 years. It's comfortable and welcoming. The linens are outstanding and offer a great night's sleep. Marcus is an Iowa small town where you feel safe and welcomed. Jeff's Grocery Store although smaller than a Super Walmart has an amazing selection of items to pick from. You'd have to be pretty picky to not find what you need there. The place is very well stocked with kitchen ware and utensils. As I said, we've stay there 3 times and plan to stay many more in the future (if it's available - if you find an open time slot you better grab it!)

This place is amazing and everything and more! As we walked in, we were in awe as the real beauty of this place was so much more than the photos online. During our stay, we didn’t have a lot of time to wander the property but there are so many fun things to discover, such as the jigsaw puzzle ceiling in the bathroom. This will definitely be one we want to keep on our return list!!
