Barbara's beach house was simply perfect. We were an extended family of four, plus two dogs, and the layout of the house accommodated each of us, giving us our own room and space to relax. The beach house has everything you could possibly need for an amazing holiday: comfortable king and queen beds, quality linen, a fully stocked kitchen with every appliance, including a Nespresso coffee machine, great lounges, spacious bathrooms, and multiple outdoor sitting areas, including a small heated pool. Our two dogs were safely contained within the secure backyard and loved being so close to the dog beach, which is just as fabulous for humans to enjoy! The neighbourhood is friendly, and the house is within walking distance of Point Lonsdale beach and shops. We usually stay on the Mornington Peninsula over the summer break, but after staying here and discovering all the things this part of the coast has to offer, we'll definitely be back! Our family (2 adults and 2 kids) and mother in law had a wonderful stay at this dog-friendly Airbnb! The property was clean, cozy, and made it easy to relax. The location was perfect—just a short drive to both the Adventure Park and beautiful beaches, offering the best of outdoor fun and relaxation. The hosts were welcoming and provided great local tips. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches, like cleaning products and kitchen extras like bags, containers, and spices. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking to explore the area with their dog. We’d definitely stay here again!

The house was fantastic! It matched the description perfectly. The location was ideal, just a short distance from the beach and Geelong Adventure Park, which was great for the kids. There was ample space both inside and outside for our family of two adults and three kids. We had a wonderful time and will certainly recommend it to our friends. We had a wonderful 5 night stay, our room was large enough to fit a port-a cot comfortably. The kitchen was well equipped and the drinks and snacks were a lovely surprise on arrival and definitely not something you receive (ever!)
