Estella was a fantastic host. She greeted us so warmly as we pulled up and showed us around to make us feel comfortable. It’s a wonderful place with many amenities provided to make one’s stay comfortable. It’s a very quiet place with privacy. We would gladly do a return stay! Thank you very much Estella.

The home was exactly as described, very clean, and comfortable. Check in and check out were very easy. I love not having to worry about a list of things to do before I check out, so huge plus for me that the only ask is to turn things off and lock up. The host was attentive, helpful, and responsive. I’m in the area often to visit family and will look to stay here again in the future.

Excellent stay, beautiful property. Very peaceful and safe to walk around. Condo and amenities went above our expectations. Will definitely return when next in this area.

I loved this place all the beds where super comfy along with the couch. I have to say my favorite part was the fronfrscreened it porch, they made it so cute. it was a perfect place to spend Thanksgiving. Oh and I loved the Robes they provided!

We enjoyed a most relaxing vacation in this modestly furnished but comfortable condo as was clearly explained to us by Johanna. Johanna is a very accommodating owner and gave us very clear instructions which made our registration very smooth. The beach and sunset views from the wrap around balcony are beautiful.

I felt cozy, safe and right at home. I was comfortable staying here. Yete was friendly, super responsive and helpful. The location was perfect!!! I was never too far away from anything, everything was within a 10-20 min drive for me. Thank you so much! I loved staying here

First class condo and super location too!. The folks at the Resort could not be nicer. Mari's condo had every thing you could want to make for a very pleasant vacation. I would describe the condo as modern, clean, new and zen. Very nicely decorated and comfortable. Mari was very responsive happy to answer any questions. The rental is on my favorites now and we plan to return when we plan out next Naples vacation.

Great area, nice home and well stocked with anything you could need during your stay. Beds are comfy. We enjoyed our stay!

Danielle was very proactive and communitive. She reached out to us several times to confirm that everything was ok. The house was everything we expected and the location was awesome!!

It was a great stay and very relaxing. There was an issue with the washing machine and coffee maker but both were fixed/replaced in a timely manner! Highly recommend this beautiful home if you are visiting Naples!

Kelly's place is a great option for a weekend on Sanibel Island. The home is extremely clean and well-appointed, and has obviously been recently renovated with modern appliances, beautiful kitchen remodel, and comfortable furnishings. A small group of girlfriends and I came here for a weekend getaway/reunion and Kelly's condo was the perfect homebase for us with easy access to the main downtown area, access to the beach, and literally right next to the complex's pool. Plus Kelly herself was kind and lovely in our messages and extremely communicative when we had questions. Thanks for a great stay, Kelly!

It was a great place that my wife loved. We booked Tonya’s place in October. We had to cancel due to the hurricanes. This time, we were able to make it there. I told her we just got married. She decorated the master bed room for us. She Left Champaign and glasses chilling in the fridge. It was a great treat. She also put darker curtains in per our request. Great host!!!

We had a wonderful stay at The Blue Pearl - the house was as described and even had quite a good amount of spices, oils, etc. for cooking, cards/games, and basic toiletries if we had forgotten anything. Our family of 5 had plenty of room and we were quite comfortable. Tiffany was very helpful and responsive, and her on island property manager Raj was very helpful in making us feel settled once we arrived. We had a terrific week and hope to return!

We had a few issues, but Nicholas went above and beyond to make up for it. The house is great with a private pool and very comfortable beds. Thanks Nicholas!

100% a perfect place to stay in south Naples. We are a couple with an 8yo, and this rental had everything we needed. Plentiful beach towels, toys, chairs, umbrellas, etc for beach days, and the bathroom and kitchen were equipped with anything we needed. I loved the espresso machine; I asked my husband for the same one for Christmas! The unit was so clean and pretty, and it looked like no one had ever used the appliances. We had a car but did not use it other than to/from the airport. Next time we come to Naples, I will contact Andrew to book his place.

Had a great stay! Host was very responsive and the place had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Newly renovated and in great condition. The community pool/hot tub and tennis/pickleball courts were really nice. Was super helpful that they had some pickleball racquets at the unit!

The Condo’s location was great for a weekend in Naples. Close proximity to restaurants and shopping. The unit is large and we felt right at home for our weekend getaway. Thanks!

The condo is perfect! It’s decorated so cute, is stocked with everything you need, and has a great view of the little marina and pool. The last hurricane did significant damage to Captiva but it didn’t impact our stay and we were happy to spend our money there to help support the local businesses. During the week there are a lot of construction and maintenance crews around and they are loud. The weekends are very quiet. Sara was a dream to work with. She responds almost immediately. We had concerns about staying after the hurricane and she provided all the details about the state of the island and offered a full refund if we didn’t want to risk coming down. She checked in with me before we came down to ensure I received all the information from their property manager. The property management company was also wonderful. I highly recommend this unit for your stay on Captiva.

The view was amazing and there was everything we needed for the beach and the stay the walk to the beach was a little long but the views made up for that

Immaculately clean one bedroom, newly renovated, just a short walk from the beach. Lots of helpful touches like a beach cart. Nice pool view (the pool has a gas barbecue). The host communicated clearly and followed up to make sure everything was up to spec and we were enjoying our stay. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.
